+ 0 moreWe have used this company to clean oriental rugs with great results; this was the first time we have used them for in-home wall-to-wall cleaning. Technician showed up on time, as scheduled, took measurements and gave us the final price (somewhat higher than phone estimate, but I probably underestimated the total square footage). He went right to work, finished in almost exactly the time he estimated, then provided detailed instructions about how long to stay off the carpet, etc. Although he indicated it would be difficult to remove some grease spots on one portion of the carpet, he was able to do so sufficiently that no one who didn't know about them could see them. The carpet they cleaned is about 8 years old and the office in particular had not been cleaned well for several years. I won't say it now looks like new, but it's close. We have used other cleaning services that charge considerably more for lesser results. We will use ACS Ayoub again.
Description of Work: Cleaned wall to wall carpet (synthetic fiber) in large family room and office and a 4x4 octagonal rug.

+ 0 moreThey cleaned the upholstery on a cotton blend couch. We were very pleased with the results, as we were worried there might be shrinkage and remaining spots. They were even willing to clean some spots in the carpet that were left by a previous carpet cleaning company only a month before. Their cleaning took out the spots! They were also very careful with their hoses on our wood floor. They put down blankets to protect the floor. A previous contractor didn't.
