He arrived on time, removed the greased area of the rug and replaced with new. He was very friendly and professional. I would certainly refer the company. My sister told me about them originally as she had used them before.

The overall experience was great. Both the oriental rug and the wall-to-wall carpeting had pet problems. Both the rug and the carpet were completely cleaned. Odor problems were totally eliminated. The pick-up and return delivery occurred exactly as scheduled. Every activity that took place in my home left my home clean and looking terrific.

We are in a town house so we have a lot of stairs to clean. They had been out before and told us that the stairs were wearing. They came back and cleaned them, and did a really good job. It is off white carpeting, and it really looked good. They are a little expensive. My neighbor used somebody and they were a little bit cheaper. The service was good. They guys who came out were good. They didn't scratch the molding or railing up the stairs. They charge by how many stairs they do.

When I called them after finding them in the yellow pages, they were enormously polite and helpful; gave me an estimate right up front for most of the work, called me shortly thereafter for the rest. They emphasized their willingness to schedule work when it is convenient for homeowners who work (late afternoons/early evening and weekends). I think this is the first service entity I have EVER called that voluntarily offered to schedule at a convenient time for those of us that work. That was really important to me. They did not disappoint. They were able to schedule the work within a week, they arrived when they said they would and the work took the time they had projected. They were courteous, smart, efficient. They even took the Angie's List discount coupon after they had written an estimate and without my mentioning it in advance.

They're awesome! They really know the product that they are selling. I feel like I can trust them with my property. When I first called them they scheduled for a pick up within the next couple of days. They were quite prompt in returning my carpets.

The service provided is excellent - way above what I usually expect. The price came in $30.00 below the estimate. My daughter was so impressed when the carpet was delivered to her that she plans to have them clean her carpeting.

Everyone from the office to the men who performed the work were professional, polite and friendly. The team clearly knew their stuff, worked very hard and stayed as long as it took to get everything done, and left things neat and looking much better than we expected it would. They also called beforehand to see if they could arrive a half hour early, which they did and which was great. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

They were terrific. They came within two days of being called (on 12/31, no less), at the time they said they would (3 hour window), and were very professional, friendly and quick. They took time to explain what they would try with the stain, and the chances of getting it out. The rugs were done within the period they predicted, they called as promised, and quickly delivered them and laid them out. Amazingly, the stain was almost gone (they had warned that was unlikely), and both rugs look lovely. Others said their prices were high, but frankly for the service provided, we thought it was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again.
