Exceptional job. These rugs haven't looked this clean or vibrant in 20 years. Responsive, prompt and professional. The gentleman who returned the rugs gave me some background history on the rugs (origin, age, etc). Very fairly priced compared to others I explored. Will definitely use them in the future and refer friends/family.

Simply put, the best! The Ayoub crew showed up on time and went straight to work. We had moved out all the fragile "stuff" the previous evening. The Ayoub crew moved all the furniture around and placed protective pads under everything when they moved the furniture back onto the cleaned (but still damp) carpet. The living and dining rooms and hallways were an "easy" clean with only a few spots. The stairs to the second floor were a bit more of a challenge, as to be expected, and they were cleaned very nicely. The real challenge was the family room and back stairs where we have Berber carpet. These areas get a lot of daily use and were dirty and had a lot of spotting. The Ayoub crew did their magic in these areas and really got these areas cleaned and freshened up. Great job!

We have 2 Oriental Carpets, purchased overseas, which were quite dirty. One had been cleaned by a different company 5 years ago and they did not do a good job. After reading Angie's list reviews of Ayoub Carpet I decided to have them clean both rugs. I contacted them through their website to get an estimate and they promptly returned my call, were very knowledgable, and confirmed that they pick up and deliver for only a nominal fuel charge. They examined the carpets at pick up, and the cleaned carpets were returned exactly 10 days later jsut as they said. They unrolled and looked at them with me. I am extremely happy with the results, the colors are brighter, the fringes are whiter, my husband says the whites are blinding. Thanks so much to Ayoub for doing a great job.

It went very well. They were punctual and thorough. They also delivered the two cleaned rugs when promised.

They offer pickup and delivery as part of their service. When they brought it back they made sure it was in the correct position over the pad. It looks really nice and the colors are less dull looking. They were very prompt, they did a good job, I thought the price was fair, and they were very professional.

I would definitely use them again as they were easy to deal with, the service was excellent and the price was reasonable for the job.

I received a reply to my email requesting for an estimate within 24 hours. I called them and scheduled for pickup. The staff was very pleasant. They scheduled for a pickup for the following morning. The pickup guys came within the given time frame. A week later I received a call that the rugs were finished. I scheduled for drop off. The guys dropped the rugs off during the time indicated. They were pleasant and helpful in going over my bill. The rugs feel wonderful on my feet. They are bright and there is softness to them. The fringe is white again!

The work was performed by Hector and Omar. The appointment time was a 3-hour window (from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. They called me shortly after 11:00 a.m. and told me that they were on the way and would be here within a half-hour. They arrived 20 minutes later and began a walk-through with me to see what rooms/areas were to be cleaned and any areas that needed special attention. (I have a dog that has habitual places that he went in the house during the night when he was ill. They took measurements of the areas and provided me with a detailed list of areas and cost for each, including the option of a special treatment to remove any residual smells from areas the dog had habitually used. I was given the sheet with the total (minus my 10% discount for being a member of Angie's List). I signed on the bottom line and, after putting down protective coverings on my wood floors, they went to work. Two and 1/2 hours later, they were finished. I was truly amazed that my carpets looked like new and they smell so fresh! Their stain treatment process worked fabulously, with the only exception being two places where the stains were red-based dye. I already knew that removal of those would be "iffy", at best. I am absolutely thrilled with the whole experience and with Hector and Omar's performance and professionalism. My recommendation for Ayoub Carpet Service is enthusiastic and unequivocal!

They're very nice and very honest. When I had John come up to measure everything, as I had asked him to do, he asked me why I wanted it replaced because he said it just needed to be clean and that it wasn't worn. He saved me a ton of money.

The quality of the work performed was very good. The price was quite a bit higher than other quotes we received from other vendors. I used this company based upon the reviews. I would probably use them again, but may explore other less expensive options in the future.

A little pricey, but overall great service. Fast response. Professional staff. Carpet looked like new. Would definitely recommend them. Will use them again. Gave me a first-time customer discount.

Everything went so well, from calling to make the appointment, to the actual job itself, that we have not been this pleased with a service company for a very long time. Willie and Juan arrived on time for the job, calling from the road to tell us they were coming and how long it would take them to get to our door. On arrival Willie looked at the stairs and living room rug, discussed what he would be doling and how. I was a little concerned about the amount of hot water/steam that was going to be used to clean our living room because there are some beautiful old oak floors beneath the carpet. In fact I had even discussed this the day before they came with the lady who makes the appointments and she, speaking to her manager first, called us back to reassure us that the cleaning would be adjusted to prevent any damage to the floor beneath the carpet. They steam cleaned the carpet beautifully while at the same time getting the steam/water sucked back up quickly. When they were finished they placed a large circular fan on the floor to help along the drying process. The two stairways, also wall to wall carpeting, were cleaned and scrubbed by hand. The rugs came out looking like new. We couldn't believe our eyes. It was like we had new rugs. And they had been deeply soiled in places just from shoes carrying in dirt and dust. They offered to clean our kitchen's tile floor and we took them up on it. The person who had originally laid the tiles (10" x 10") had not cured them properly, hence dirty grouting which we could never seem to get clean enough. (Moral: get a real tile person to lay a tile floor, not the contractor or someone on his team who doesn't have that specialized art.) Again, a brand new kitchen floor! They told us it would take about 6 hours for the carpets to completely dry even though the drying is going faster. We plan to use this company again not only for the carpeting but for furniture fabric. They are very professional, polite, and give a lot of good advice as well. These people are the gold standard as far as we are concerned.

Found the company's name and recommendations on Angie's list. Called several times to set up repair and cleaning. Staff on phone and visiting my home were professional and polite. THey were efficient and did a thorough job. Repair work was slightly pricey but overall experience with cleaning and staff was excellent.

A great experience from initial phone call to pulling away from the house. The crew was very knowledgable and professional. They called as they were leaving the previous job to let us know they were on the way...and ON TIME! They used bumber guards for the front door, used cloth to protect the wood floors and were so quiet,you almost forgot they were there. I will be using them to clean two sofas in the near future!

They did a super job. We were actually going to throw the carpets away, but we couldn't find any that would fit, and they made them look fine. They did a terrific job quickly. The price was quite reasonable.

They do an excellent job. I have used their service in my previous 3 homes. They did the carpet on time and they were reasonably priced.

They were wonderful. They were very helpful and helped us right away. We have a house which looks like an older house and is very traditional. So we wanted something that was specific and was sort of very traditional and not the contemporary stuff that you find in the other stores. They found 2 rugs for us and they were just wonderful. They didn’t charge anything for the service. One rug was in the $3,000 range and the other one was less than $1,000. We are going to use their services in the future too since we are still looking for a rug for our dining room. It’s a family owned business and they have been around for a long time. I would rather deal with them since it’s a small and family owned business than any other big stores. They did clean some rugs for us too and did a great job on that too. They were excellent. The price that they charged was good and was reasonable since that’s what they cost. We intend to buy wall-to-wall carpeting for the upstairs from them. We have just bought area rugs from them so far.

It went very well. I would recommend that you be there while they are working to see what they are doing. They didn't do the transition from wood floor into a carpet area very well so they did come back to fix most of the things I asked them to. I am having them back out to redo two more rooms so they will fix a couple of things I wasn't happy with when they come to do that. They have a show room and I went to look at what they had. Then they brought out samples of the flooring and tile to my home. I went back to check some other options and they gave me some tile to bring home and try again. Until you see the flooring with your own furniture and lighting you really have no idea. They were very accommodating and helpful in getting something that I was going to be satisfied with. It took three days and they worked hard. I would say they were on the higher end as far as price.

From the initial contact by phone to set up the appointment to our final goodbyes to Willie and Elvis, the service techs, everyone and everything was done in an extremely professional and pleasant manner. I was able to get the appointment time I wanted, which was fantastic! Willie and Elvis showed up exactly on time, and immediately introduced themselves. They explained the work they were going to perform in exact and clear detail. There were no hard sells for other services, even when I asked about refinishing the hardwood floors. Willie only answered my questions and did not push to sell any services. And that, to me, speaks volumes for this company! Willie and Elvis were very professional, pleasant and conversational. I would highly recommend this company!

Mr. Ayoub is a highly ethical manager who saved us money. He has the highest integrity and chose to help us solve our problem rather than take our money for an unnecessary task. We believe most companies would have simply cleaned the rug and charged us without explaining anything. Also, we asked their sales rep about using a non-slip pad under the rug. Rather than simply selling us such a pad, she honestly told us that pads don?t work well when area rugs are used on top of a carpet like ours. This is a most impressive company that we highly recommend.

They were great. I called up ahead of time and inquired with a bunch of companies and they said they would not vacuum ahead of time. I moved a lot of the furniture and vacuumed, but when they came, they moved every piece of furniture and cleaned underneath it. There was about 45 cents a square foot and they went above and beyond. I wasn?t having the hall carpet done and they said they did that because they saw that it needed that.

They did a good job and I had a very positive experience with them. There was a stain on the carpet and they did quite a good job on it. They cleaned the sofa, made a world of difference and the sofa looks wonderful now.

The job was done thoroughly - they moved all the heavy furniture to clean underneath, even though I wasn't going to require that. They were very careful of our possessions and newly finished floors and provided me with information about how to care for the carpet while it was still damp. They worked hard and completed the job in a reasonable length of time. I also appreciated the help I got from the office staff on the phone. All in all it was a very positive experience and we couldn't be happier with the results.

I recommend them highly. They did a good job cleaning the rug. There is a special thing with these rugs, they have to be hand washed. We let them know we were shipping the rug from DC to Chicago and they took the extra step to double wrap it at no extra charge to us which was very helpful to us. They have reasonable prices. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have used them in the past. My house is more than 2000 square feet and they charge $800 to clean all the carpets. I like them because they are very good at scheduling. They are available on weekends, early mornings or evenings. They usually make sure that your hardwood floors are protected. They come in with the equipment and do the pre-spotting. When they move the furniture back, they will put little protectors underneath the furniture. They make sure that it is raked out and looks good. They are in and out within a couple of hours. They have been consistent and dependable. They also have good prices. They are an affordable high quality, professional company that you can use for regular maintenance of your carpets. They charge me half the price as compared to another carpet cleaning company I had used earlier. They will be coming out again, next month.
