Great experience! Friendly, prompt, and courteous on the phone when scheduling an appointment for work to be done. On the day of service, the service people came in and repaired a frayed edge on my carpet. I thought it would need to be replaced but they managed to fix it. After that was complete, they steam cleaned the carpets in the entire condo. They took special care for the edges around baseboards by hand scrubbing the carpet. They also took special care to find any stains on the carpet and treat those. The carpet came out much cleaner than I ever thought it could given its age. Overall very satisfied with the experience and will call them next time I need carpet cleaning.

Two gentlemen showed up and made sure to put on booties to keep our floors cleaned since we had just recently re-finished them. They look at our two carpets that needed to be cleaned and told us what would be done with them and then proceeded to roll them up and take them away. They told us when the carpets would be done and what day they would return with them. We told them we were moving out of state and we asked if they could wrapped them for shipping and they said no problem. When they came back they had us inspect the carpets to make sure we were happy with the cleaning that was done and then they wrapped the carpets for us so we could move them with our households goods across the country. The two gentlemen were very professional and we would reccomend them to other customers to use.

They were extremely prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. The wall to wall was quite stained from a decade of kids abuse and had some large furniture. They did am amazing job, the rug looked new and they moved all the furniture except a large media center (which they had explained in advance that they would not move. While here, I asked about an area rug, they gave me a quick quote, took it away, called back wit detail and a specific price and then returned the rub. They are a little expensive but extremely easy to work with and provide incredible service. I plan to ask them to do more rugs this spring.

I realized that we had too many 1 year olds coming over for our baby's birthday to use the carpeted living room, we had area rugs but they had been put away due to pet accidents and needed to be thoroughly cleaned in order to be safe for the baby. we took them in on a monday and picked them up on saturday the same week. they got all the pet mistakes out!

Did a good job, on time, very good customer service. Did not get as much of the pet satin spots out as I would have hoped, but still, good job.

Two young men, Willy and Juan, showed up on time and gave me an estimate before proceeding with the work. They were conscientious, hard working and very professional. Some additional work was done without charging. I was very impressed with their courteous manner and smiles. They did an exceptional job. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

When we first went to ACS – Ayoub Carpet Service we dealt directly with the owner and he didn't bad mouth his competition or try to sell us anything really expensive and out of our price range. He encouraged us to shop around and look at other companies' prices. ACS – Ayoub Carpet Service had an all inclusive policy so there was no nickle and diming us for removal of certain odds and ends. The workers were super confident, nice, and helpful and sent all of the samples to my house so that I could select the color carpet that I wanted. The cost ended up being more expensive than Home Depot but we felt like they were a locally owned company that we could trust. They stand behind their products and have pride in the company name.

I thought they were very personable, did a good job, and had no complaints.I believed they cleaned my carpet years ago and they did a really nice job with that too.

I bought a house as a short sale; carpet was a mess upstairs and I thought I needed to replace it. Called a couple of carpet installers who thought it could be salvaged with a really good cleaning. Saw the high recommendations on Angies List and called ACS. Very professional dealing with them from the phone call through the estimate and having the carpet cleaned. It looks great and they have given me a few more years of wear before I need to think about replacing the carpet. Would highly recommend them and use them again if I need their services.

I purchased the Angie's Big Deal coupon, and the company called the next day to schedule an appointment. They were very accommodating on the time. The upholstery cleaners called me to let me know they were on their way and were in traffic. Still, they arrived and completed the sofa cleaning within the 2-hr window. The only hiccup in the whole process was that they hadn't seen the coupon before, but that took just minutes to resolve. They were exceptionally tidy and even the stained area on the sofa was much cleaner than before they arrived. I'll definitely use them again.

I have had this rug since 1991. It has been cleaned once before. However it had been 10 years since the last cleaning and had taken the punishment on a dog and 2 kids. The rug looks great. Colors are nice and bright again.

I was totally impressed with the quality of work the fellows did, their professionalism and courtesy and the very fair price for the work they did so well. I will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors and hire them again when I have work that needs to be done. I rate them excellent in all respects.

I took it to them, when I went to the shop they waiting on me immediately, wrote me out a ticket, said it would be done in 2 days. If they clean your carpets that is over a certain price, they would pick it up and deliver. They called me and said it was ready, went and picked it up and then put it in the car with me. I was very pleased with them

They are reliable, have decent prices and are great with communication. They always do a nice job with the carpets. They are very honest. I have pets and they are very good about taking care of any pet stains as well.

Overall, the experience was fine. We've used them more than once. They picked up the rug, returned it to us, and did a great job. We had dogs that really messed up the carpet, and they were able to clean it, deodorize it, and now it looks great. I'm satisfied with their services and I would recommend them to others.

Overall, both services went great. I worked with Paul on details.decisions related to cutting down the area rug. It turned out exactly as discussed and there were no problems. I worked with Ryan in-store regarding selection of a Masland carpet. He came to the house I'd just purchased, did the measuring, plotted how the carpet would run, and brought the carpet board to confirm color. Throughout, Ryan is customer-focused and helpful. The installation was set for Dec. 30th - Ryan called prior to confirm I'd be ready and the job was completed that day. He stopped in the day of installation and also another day after to check the work. Everything was handled quite professionally.

They did a fine job on it. The price included a pad that I used to replace an older pad that I had under the carpet. The pad was $100 and the cleaning was $150. They did not promise or over promise. It had been a while since the carpet had been cleaned and there were some soil spots on it, which they double treated. They didn't come out perfect but they didn't promise perfection. Ali Ayoub is the proprietor and he was honest as far as that was concerned. The price was reasonable for what they did. Oriental carpets can be cleaned in place in your home but that type of cleaning in my opinion doesn't get them clean enough. They have a special facility where they perform the cleaning. When I was there Mr. Ayoub took me through the plant and showed me exactly what was going to be done and when and how. I was really impressed with their facility and the history of them doing it. He said they do probably 15,000 carpets a year and they have the equipment and facility to do that well. They were very personable and helpful. They were all eager to assist and they did so professionally. I have used other carpet cleaners for similar jobs and they were much more expensive for the services. His is a reasonable charge and this type of carpet cleaning doesn’t come cheap. I was pleasantly pleased with the cost of the service. It was thorough and a professional cleaning for this type of expensive carpet. They got it done when promised. It is a 2nd or 3rd generation operation so they have been doing something right in the community.

They did an excellent job and used less water at our request so that the carpet would dry quicker. The went over the carpet with us when they finished and pointed out a couple problem areas and what they had done to treat the spots. Carpet looks great.

Fantastic. Very pleased. Nervous at first because I had always used Keshisian. The estimate the young man gave me for the repair when he saw the one rug, was the price I was charged. They didn't balk a bit about coming to Arlington.

Excellent service and Willy was very professional, trustworthy, and did a superb job in cleaning carpets. I have used ACS (Ayoub Carpet Services) for years after meeting the owner at a home show in the area. He impressed me with his knowledge and professional manner, as has his staff since that time. ACS has cleaned my wool area rugs and I am more than pleased with their work. One of my area carpets had hot sauce dropped on it, and I thought the rug was ruined. ACS was able to remove the stain and the carpet looks new again! Great service all the way around from pick-up to return delivery. I highly recommend them.
