Very pleased. Professional and helpful technicians. Arrived as scheduled. It had been some time since previous cleaning. Although there were a few places that did not come clean or rings that did not come out, it was a vast improvement on both carpet and upholstery. Stretching the carpet was also done professionally, and we were very pleased. Price on upholstery cleaning seemed a bit high.

Ayoub was on time, professional, cleaned through the house. Protected our home and furnishings. Explained all that they were going to do before they started.

They did fine. I was satisfied. I had a spot that I couldn't get out, and the manager came out and tried to get it out as well. I was satisfied that they really tried and made the extra effort. They did a good job cleaning the rugs.

Ayoub was fantastic. They arrived on time for pick up and were friendly and helpful. They looked at my rug and gave told me that the phone estimate was incorrect because I had mis-measured my rug. It actually cost about $150 less then the phone quote. I appreciated their honesty. The rug was taken in and, as promised, I got a call within a couple of days to discuss some damage on the rug. Unfortunately for me, the damage is not repairable, but it is small and can be hidden by a piece of furniture. They explained to me how the damage probably happened (enzyme cleaners do permanent damage to wool rugs). The last cleaner HAD treated it with an enzyme cleaner. I'm sad, but happy that the rug is now properly cleaned and the damage is what it is. I am very pleased at the professionalism and speed at which Ayoub worked. I will definitely use them again. I happily recommend then to everyone.

Technicians were right on time, friendly , and helpful. they even trimmed an existing pad for us for free. Carpet looks GREAT. and was delivered ahead of projected delivery date. REALLY pleased with service and outcome.

Toward's the end of the 2 window but very efficient through. Moved more furiture then i expected from the past. Excellent job! Expensive but with the price.

I thought that it went very well. They were a little higher as the price was higher than what I thought that it would be. I received a quote initially over the phone and then it was $100 higher than what their quote was but they said that it could be because the area was bigger. It was good. Their service was good and so was their turn around.

I don't remember the cost of the service. They were nice people. They did a decent job. I recall at the time that they were expensive. They did a couple of rugs, a runner, and something that was probably 4 x 5.

They were on time. They did a good job of cleaning and keeping it in storage. They came to my house when they said they would. The rugs are looking good and there is no complication. I would recommand them.

They were good. The picked up the carpets and then brought it back which was a nice thing. It was also pretty standard. The brought me back the wrong carpets. Then I let them know about it. Then they were a little pushy about getting it resolved.

Ayouob Carpet Cleaners showed up on time and gave a detailed estimate before starting the work. (The actual estimate was less than what was given to me over the phone!) The work was done quickly and efficiently with no disruptions at all. After the crew was finished, the foreman went over all of the areas they cleaned to see if I was pleased (which I was), and if I had any questions. He also went over things I could do to keep the carpets cleaner longer. I was very very happy with the work they did and would absolutely use them again!

I called the company and got a responsive sales person who gave me fairly accurate prices over the phone. She was able to schedule a prompt pick up. They picked up, cleaned, and returned three rugs from my house of varied sizes and materials. They did a fabulous job on all of them. They were prompt, courteous, and gave me good advice on one older rug, even though it lost them an expensive cleaning and repair job. They were more flexible than I was at return times.

The two fellows who came to do the work were flexible enough to deal with a parking situation which delayed the start of the job. The lead fellow said he would carry instructions back to his firm so the next time here carpet-cleaners would be forewarned. That is just one example of the thoughtfulness that Elvis showed in leading the job and his partner Jose was equally good humored and a hard worker too. I asked that as little water be used while still cleaning the carpets so they would dry ASAP and they were OK with that. Julia who set up the appointment was pleasant as well. The carpets look great too.

is the second time used this company. Prompt, very polite and helpful. Rugs came back very clean, in good shape. Had to wait two weeks for the rugs to be delivered back but am very happy with the service and the condition of my rugs and will use this business again.

On time to pick up, called to okay work and price, once they saw rugs and returned rugs on time. All cleaning and repairs were excellent.

I called them and arranged to have my rug cleaned. They gave me a rough price quote over the phone and gave me a $25 coupon from their website. I underestimated the size of the rug, but they didn't end up charging me any extra. They promptly picked up the rug and said it would take about a week to clean. They contacted me when it was finished and brought it back on a Saturday afternoon. I had looked them up on here and saw that they had a great reputation and they also had a coupon for members. I mentioned it when they dropped off the rug. I figured that it was too late plus I had already used a coupon from their website, but the delivery guy immediately said sure and even rounded down the cost to an even $500. The rug looked great and the whole process went very smoothly. I was extremely satisfied and would definitely use them again.
