I dropped off two oriental rugs at the Chantilly location. When I dropped them off, I said I needed new pads for both rugs and I didn't realize until they delivered the rugs that the new pads never got put on the order so they didn't bring them. The delivery guys changed the order to deliver the pads a couple of days later when I was available, but there was a mix up and the guys who showed up thought they were supposed to be picking up pads and not delivering them, so a third delivery had to be scheduled. The rug that needed to be repaired was done well and you can barely tell where the repair was made.

One stain could not be removed (not their fault) but otherwise everything went as expected. Delivery truck accidentally did not unload 2 carpets but quickly came back when they recognized their error. All in all very smooth.

The floor polishing went great but they scratched my wall in the process and did not say anything. I discovered it after the floor dried and I went in to the home to inspect the floors.

Decided to just live with the stain; cost outweighed appearance. Installed carpet runners on stairs. Looks great: exactly what we wanted. No extra nails or staples sticking out. Staff (phone, sales, installation) were professional, informative, and prompt. Followed up when promised (usually same day or prearranged call time). Told me ahead of time which choices I had to make and emailed invoices.

The drop off and pick up were easy. They cleaned the rug in the agreed upon timeframe. We haven't unrolled the carpet, because we are having our house painted, but so far everything is great. We had a coupon for cleaning an 8' X 10' carpet so we paid ~$65 for the extra 38 sq. ft.

Very quick and done well. Slight hiccup in scheduling and price was not discussed beforehand. But the work was done well, quickly and the fee was reasonable, although a tad high (but maybe not much more than competitors). Very professional and capable technician.

Stains that had been on one Chinese rug for years that I thought would never come out, did. Some stains were beyond hope which was fine. I wasn't expecting 100% success but 90% was outstanding. When large rug was delivered, Ayoub offered to take other oriental rugs to be cleaned. If I did so on that day, I would have a 25% discount. Excellent service and quality cleaning

Picked up rug and returned on time as promised, good phone communications. I thought it was a bit pricey, and I'm not sure if its suppose to... but the rug didn't have a "fresh clean" smell when it was returned.

I am amazed with the work done by Steuart Frye. He came to my house to stretch carpet in four different areas. The work was done within an hour and it looks awesome! I had called around to get estimates from two other carpet repair companies and was told it would be around $700. Ayoub only charged me $200. I am so happy I did my research. Thank you so much for making my carpet look great again.

I had Ayoub come to do the work because they seemed very trustworthy. I was right. They did an excellent job with both. They were a little pricey compared to some other cleaners, but I think their knowledge and experience with hardwood absolutely made them worth the money.
