Excellent experience. Easy to schedule the work and the company understod the type of rugs and needed work. They picked up the rugs and delivered them when ready - very gracious about schedule both times. All contact persons and delivery persons were professional and friendly. Timing was as promised.

ayoub did a fantastic job on an old oriental rug. i didn't even know the colors were as vibrant until after it was cleaned! the price was lower than other estimates i received, and i am extremely happy with the end result. the pickup and delivery option was important, and everything was done relatively quickly. i also had ayoub clean a sofa, and their guys came in and did a great job. linda helped me with all my questions over email, and was extremely friendly and helpful. overall, it was an excellent experience!

I have used them before to clean big carpets. They are really good with Persian rugs. They are professional and easy to deal with. I spent $250 for upholstery cleaning. It was part of the Big Deal offer. I don’t remember how much I spent to get the carpets cleaned. The price was all right. I would use them again in the future.

They were fine. I don’t have anything to complain. They were prompt and courteous. We didn’t go with them. It was a matter of price point for us that we went with somebody else. The person who came out was very knowledgeable and definitely knew all the materials and how to go about doing things. I was impressed with him. We would consider using them again in the future if needed.

We researched a lot of companies on Angie's list, got quotes from three, but probably called 6 or 7. ACS did call us back and provided an estimate over the phone. Their price was high, but they had such good references. We were happy with the cleaning. They did show up on time and clean. They took a long time to re-estimate once they arrived, spending a long time measuring each room in detail before starting, and adjusted the priced to the dollar based on the square footage. We needed the cleaning done quickly, so we got what we needed, but it was about twice as expensive as we'd had from other cleaners. We'll go back to our last cleaners, smaller company with just one truck, but much less expensive. Some edges in the rooms weren't done all that well, and one door threshold wrinkled up after they cleaned it, but we had that repaired by another sub easily. But overall the quality of the cleaning was good.

There was initial confusion about their arrival time (his office personnel). The technicians were very professional and did an outstanding job.

When the size of my carpets came through on the order they let me know that they could actually clean them for less than what I paid for the Big Deal, which will save me a lot of money. They definitely did not need to do that and I appreciate their honesty.

I have used this company to clean our 8.5 ft. x 10.92 ft. oriental rug for years. They do a great job. The rug looks brand new after the cleaning. The 2 techs who picked up the rug, Ryan and Mike, were polite, professional and punctual. They called to let me know they were on their way. After arrival, they carefully lifted the furniture off the rug and hauled it away, taking care not to mar the walls. While the rug was being cleaned, I noticed that I needed to replace the padding, which had deteriorated over 10 years. I learned that ACS also sells padding so I purchased one for $ 181.40. Josh, the Tech who delivered the padding, noticed that a larger pad was delivered. He promptly made the correction to the invoice. You can't ask for a more professional crew!

They were very good. I have only used them once, but they were adequate. Their workmanship was fine for what they did. They were here when they said they were going to be. They took the rugs with them and brought them back in an acceptable time limit. They said it would be approximately one week and that is the time they took to do it. Their price is in the middle range, but we get value for the work that they do. In comparison to another provider, they were much ahead in terms of work.

The best part is that the rugs look like new. One even looks better than when it was delivered from the vendor. I purchased it in Mexico and when it arrived, it was not as I remembered. The colors were muted and it was drab. However, after the clearing the colors are bright and vivid. What a wonderful surprise!

I've know these folks have been in the area a long time. I called for an estimate, but wanted to check around before I locked in the appointment. I ended up using another company (found through Angie's List) because of comments/remarks from previous home owners and services. Ayoub was going to charge me four times more than the company I chose. I am sure the quality would have been excellent, but the costs kept me from choosing Ayoub.

They called when they were on the way but I had been unavailable, so I explained, I won’t be at home when they come. When I called them later, they came back and completed the work.

We have had a moth infestation and I wanted to make sure that our wool rugs were not harboring any eggs. I called Ayoub Carpet Service on April 19. They came by on April 22 to pick up the rugs. They brought the rugs back four weeks later (they were ready after two), which gave me time to deal with the moth infestation in the bedroom. The color of the rugs is brighter and they look great. The company gave us a 10% discount (because we are repeat customers, at least I think that's the reason). There is a fuel surcharge of $5. I paid by check. We have used this company in the past to clean all our oriental rugs; primarily Afghan rugs and Turkish kilimsand one Chinese silk rug. Five years ago, we bought thick non-skid rug pads to go under all our rugs from this company, and the pads have stood up well to regular foot traffic. I was assured by the woman who took my order that the pads did not need to have the moth treatment because moths wouldn't eat them (no surprise, but I had to ask!). We are quite pleased with the rug cleaning service provided by this company and we certainly will use them again in the future when we need them.

The coupon from Angie's list made the price more reasonable. It was in good shape before is was cleaned, no stains or wear. We just wanted it cleaned before moving into our new home. We chose not to get any stain protection applied because it doesn't get that much wear. We were please with the cleaning and will be using them in the future for our other oriental rugs.

Brought in remnant rug (light tan) w/ very noticeable traffic pattern of dirt. They did very good job of cleaning it in 2 days as promised. Very polite; professional personnel at time of drop-off and pick-up. Rug was not damaged or nor any odors of cleaning solutions.

I never had any face-to-face interaction with them; they gave the estimate over the phone. They were very responsive and professional over the phone. Basically, I just priced estimates, and their estimate was higher, so I did not use them. Their estimated price was $600. I would consider using them in the future.
