Willy, called 20 minutes before coming (as he said he would). He arrived within the stated time frame. As usual "ACS", did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in a timely manner.

I called several companies to get an estimate, and told them we could not remove the living room furniture due to its size. ACS was the only company that would agree to give me an estimate, all the other companies insisted that all the furniture would have to be removed. We had used ACS for cleaning once before, and had been happy with them, so I had them do the stretching. The ACS employee who did the work was very professional and nice, did the work quickly, and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. We are very happy to have the carpet nice and flat after living with large wrinkles for a couple of years.

In order to save time we agreed they would pick-up the carpets at my office. They picked up the carpets on the date we agreed on but did arrive somewhat late. They were to deliver the carpets back to my home in time to be packed for shipment. I had to make a couple of calls to remind them of the urgency of making the delivery on time and on schedule. The carpets were clean, smelled fresh and properly rolled for shipment. The appraisals were not done as contracted - they forgot. The cleaning process is good and if you take your items to their factory and pick them up the service is much better.

Terrible pickup and delivery service. Pickup was delayed 24 hours without prior notification Delivery was 1.5 hours outside a 3 hour window...a total day wasted.

I have no don'ts. They came when they said and did an excellent job moving the furniture and cleaning the carpets. I have also had oriental rugs cleaned by them and they did an excellent job with those. I am also going to call them to install new carpeting in two bedrooms.

The scheduling was a breeze, and when our painters had completed their work early, we were able to reschedule the carpet cleaning for several days earlier with no problems. They arrived promptly, gave a final quote, performed the cleaning and Scotchguarding without any damage to our newly painted walls. We plan to hire them again for our next cleaning.

Mr. Willy and Juan arrived on time. Reviewed areas, set up equipment, took precautions, treated stained areas, worked steadily, methodically, and were very thorough neat, tidy, and professional. I have used this company previously.

This was a quick repair and it worked well. I submitted a form online on Ayoub's website and received a call promptly giving me an estimate over the phone. We emailed photos to the person to get a more accurate estimate, which was helpful. Ayoub wanted us to bring the carpet to them, and offered a significantly lower price ($75) had we been able to do so. Once we decided to have the work done at our house, we got the repair scheduled. They showed up on time and did a very good job on the repair.

They were quite good. The price was reasonable, but it wasn’t low. We did have some standing issues that were particularly hard to address. They were very upfront about what they thought they could do and what they might not be able to do. They actually under promised which was good. They did better than what they thought they might be able to do.

2 employees arrived, very polite, introduced themselves. They gave me an estimate, after I showed them what I wanted to be done. They got right to work. Did a fabulous job.

They were late to the appointment. But did an incredible job. Were friendly & professional. The office staff was great in taking the appt & giving an estimate.

We used the Big Deal coupon to have two oriental rugs cleaned for the price of one and also took in a sisal woven run that had been damaged when a pipe burst in our other house. All of the rugs came back looking like new. We have two active three year olds who trample and spill on everything. We were pleasantly surprised to find all of the miscellaneous stains gone from our Kashan dining room carpet. It looks lovely again. The flood damaged sisal rug also looks fabulous. They did a greate job!

This was the fourth time we used this company, although the others were not so recent. I called and, they picked up the rugs on the day they were scheduled for my neighborhood. They said to call for an estimate for the repairs. I called and confirmed the repair. I may have had a discount coupon from the mail for the service. I don't recall. I gave them a deadline for completing the work and a preferred date and time to deliver. They agreed to comply and they did. Of the $1243 total, $306 was for the repair of an older Chinese rug (pre-communist revolution).

Everything was excellent. They are more expensive than their competitors, but the price is definitely worth it.

These guys are awesome. We've been using them for years and I can't say anything but great things about them. They come when they say they are coming, they look and behave super-professional, they deliver the carpets back on time and they are extremely well cleaned and packaged. Honestly I don't know how their prices compare because I've never had reason to use anyone else. I would never think of using a different company and anyone I have ever recommended this company to has been extremely pleased.
