They are hooked wool rugs and 1 that had been in front of the kitchen sink was particularly dirty. They did a wonderful job. They called to let me know when they would pick them up. They were on time. They did a great job cleaning them. They called to let me know when they dropped it off. They were on time that day as well. They were kind enough to even look at one of my bedroom rugs. They were very polite gentleman.

Upon cleaning I was told the 8 ' x 10 ' rug had a "stain". This was surprising as I was the only one to have ever walked on the rug. No pets, no spilling, etc. Ayoub suggested sending it to a specialist, and quoted a figure of $100 for the service. The specialist, who did all of their special work, would clean the stain. I was also told the rug was larger than 8 ' x 10 ' and would cost another $190 or so for the basic cleaning. For 19 more square feet, I was paying as much as for 160 square feet ($220).. When the "stain" was cleaned, the rug looked like I had bought it at Walmart (not that anything is wrong with Walmart, I just wouldn't buy a fine oriental rug there).. Cleaner had stripped and redyed the stained area. The carpet had been appraissed at $25,000 last year. Now worth $0. I had to put it in the kids play room. Can't put it back in the dining room, have to buy a new rug. Ayoub scheduled the return on two smaller rugs on a seperate date. They never came. They never called. I can't get any response from them. Rugs are beautiful, silk on silk Kahmiri made, 1,800 knots per square inch. They are extremely nice rugs, that is why I hang them on the wall, as tapestries. Can't bear to walk on them. I have the feeling I will never see them again. By the way, the second rug (that Ayoub wouldn't clean), looks perfect. Brand new, almost. I wish I had sent all my rugs to the competitor, forget the coupon. Even with coupon, when first rug was dropped off, I was given bill of over $700, just for that rug, which had a coupon. I wonder what I will be billed for the rugs that have disappeared, and I'll never see again. The only confusion, seems to be ACS Ayoub Carpet Servce. The idea that I would be confused at who I did business with is strange. Their name is printed on the receipt. Their telephone number is printed on the receipt. I receive bills from them. The VP of Operations does not know what cleaning is being picked up by the drivers. They seem not to know that they took two carpets in place of the one coupon carpet the "couldn't clean because it would fall apart". They may not know anything about these carpets, but the carpets are clearly marked on the receipt by the driver who picked them up. The idea that I would be confused at who I did business with is strange. Their name is printed on the receipt. I read well. The statement that they have attempted to reach me at the numbers they have, but one is wrong and one is never answered is also very odd. I was called multiple times, on both numbers, by people from this firm. I was even called to schedule the deliver of the two carpets that they claim not to know about. How could they successfully call me a dozen times, and then suddenly can't reach me make sense. I have the same numbers I have had for 20 years. They are answered on the fifth ring if I don't pick up, every time, and a message is taken. I am unaware of this not happening. The real confusion is where are my rugs. They each cost between $8,000 and $10,000 less then a year ago. Now I am confused about them. I think that Mr. Zazanis is confused. As VP of Operations, he should know more about the operations of his company. If he did, then his firm would keep appointments to return cleaned rugs (why make the appointment, if there aren't rugs to return). I only did business with one Ayoub. Your firm. Why would I check with other cleaners. To resolve this, the rugs should be found, cleaned, and returned. You don't even have to make an appointment this time, just bring them by.

Ayoub Carpet Cleaners do an excellent job from beginning to end. We have been using this company to clean wall to wall carpets and oriental area rugs for many years and we keep using them and are always very happy.

They were very responsive; came within 2 days of call. Work was excellent.

Using an Angie's Big Deal coupon as well as the usual Angie's discount, I had 5 Oriental rugs of various sizes picked up, cleaned, and returned to me. The woman who took my call was enthusiastic about the company and very customer-oriented. She and her manager made sure I got the best deal for the number of rugs I needed cleaned and assured me that the cleaning would be done with care (four of the rugs were hand made in Turkey so I was particularly anxious). I estimate that their efforts saved me at least a couple hundred dollars. The gentlemen who picked up the rugs came on time and were courteous and friendly. They took care when taking up the rugs--which badly needed cleaning--and also gave me an approximate completion date. The same people returned the rugs and placed them exactly where I wanted them. Since I did not have them unroll the rugs at that time (I was in the midst of an intense house clean up mega project), they assured me that I could call at any time if I had concerns about any of the rugs. When they came to pick up the rugs, one of the gentlemen took a look at an additional rug that had been languishing in a plastic bag for quite a while. Instead of just taking it and charging me, he took the time to look at the rug--he determined that the rug was beyond salvage and told me not to bother cleaning it. I appreciated their accurate estimate and honesty, their outstanding customer service at every point of contact, and their excellent handling of my rugs, which have both sentimental and financial value. I would use them again without question, and indeed hope to once I get the rest of my house in order!

Overall, he did a fantastic job. He called 20 minutes prior to arrival to let me know how far out he was and when to expect him. He was prompt, professional in both appearance and attitude. I showed him the tear in the carpet and explained the the complex (I lived in an apartment at the time) would not provide me a remnant that he could work with. He said that he would do the best he could without the remnant. I did not stay with him while he did the repair, I was packing to move. He came into the room to tell me the job was complete and to show me the completed job. I saw the repair and I was amazed. You could barely tell that there was a tear. I was positively thrilled.

Two young men came, very polite, introduced themselves, neat, beautiful job cleaning. Excellent. Took about 45 minutes to 1 hour start to finish.

They arrived on time with a pre-arrival call 30-minutes in advance as promised. They were very professional and able to get stains out of my carpet that I had not been able to remove. When I called to schedule the appointment, they discussed all my options thoroughly and even offered a discount that was not advertised on Angies List. At the time of appointment, they did not try to do additional "hard selling" to get me to add "extra" services as this had all been discussed when making the appointment. Great team, I will use them again!

We just had a price conversation and I decided to go with someone else. They were very courteous and professional, they were quick to respond, and they came out for an in-person visit so they would be quoting us for exactly what we needed.

It went very smoothly. The work was done extremely well and right on time. We are very happy with the results.

I had been thinking of getting my carpets done, and was looking into another local company, but they had horrid reviews on Angie's list. Then a deal became available. I purchased a coupon through Angie's list for cleaning oriental carpets - the first 8x10 was $220 and the next one was free. I took in a total of 5 orientals, various sizes and ages, for cleaning. One of them was badly in need of repair on the ends. At drop off all the carpets were inspected and we discussed repairing the fringe on a couple of them. One of them I chose to repair, the other didn't need it as much so I didn't do it (approx $80 per side to sew off and re-do fringe). They explained the repair process, and I was also able to see the area where they were cleaning the carpets. The cleaning was done fairly quickly, but the repair took several weeks. However, it was summer, so I didn't need them back. I was more concerned that I would be away when they were ready for pick-up and they won't store them for very long once they are done with the cleaning. All the reviews said Ayoub was good and professional, and they were. Will definitely use them again in future.

Overall, I was satisfied; however, I had them pick up the rug again after the initial cleaning because one of the stains I had initially brought to their attention hadn' t been addressed. They took the rug back and recleaned with a better result.

The workers were polite and very professional. They removed all the items and the furniture very efficiently and treated for pet stains. They also found small corners to clean and put everything back beautifully. The carpet and the stairs look beautiful after cleaning.

The technicians arrived within the time frame and called 45 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on their way. They went over all areas that were to be cleaned and then gave me a final cost. I had hesitated to have the carpet cleaed and was considering just replacing it, although it was only 3 years old, because two other companies had cleaned it and were unable to get the stains out. Elvis and Carlos worked very hard and when it was over they made my entire wall to wall carpeting look absolutely new. I am so completely surprised and pleased with the quality of their work. I will never use another carpet cleaning company other than Ayoub!

I called ACS on Friday and they were able to send out two separate crews, first to repair then to clean, by the following Tuesday. The crews came as scheduled and were professional and competent. The carpet looks way better than I expected -they were even able to remove some old stains as well as the mud from flood damage.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They placed plastic booties over their shoes which reflected that they respect my home. My carpets were VERY dirty in the two upstairs rooms occupied by my teenagers. After they finished they looked like new! I would definitely use their services again in the future!

Two young men were very pleasant and efficient. We have used this firm on several prior occasions and have been very satisfied.

I contacted them directly and made arrangements for them to come out. They were right on time and did an excellent job cleaning the rug left in the house. They then took 9 oriental rugs back to their office to clean. I ended up purchasing carpet pads through them. They took the measurement for the pad and ended up not taking it quiet right. They immediately offered to correct the issue and adjusted the billing accordingly.

the team arrived on time and set up an amazing cleaning operation in my living room. They were very careful to protect the floor. the cleaning was very thorough. The sofa was very stained and looked dingy due to dye from kids' blue jeans. It looked 100% better when they were finished.

I was very happy with the company overall. I called originally for an estimate and I thought they were reasonable. When I got the rugs back it was actually cheaper than estimated. I would defiantly tell people to give this company a try.

The carpet was installed by another vendor in 2005 and there were large buckled areas in the hallway and bedrooms that really bothered me. This was the main reason for the service and I wanted to be sure that the provider was going to do a great job with no hassles. While we were at it, we got a cleaning as well. It was a 2 step, 2 day process, first the stretching, then the cleaning. The work was excellent on both, and the crew was very professional. Spots that have been there for years, even after others had cleaned the carpet are now gone. The carpeting looks clean, even in the kids rooms. The stretching was very well done, I'm not even sure where the seams are. I will definitely have them clean my carpet again.
