This is our third time using ACS. We used them in March 2011 when our old beagle died and we needed all the carpets, rugs and furniture cleaned. They did an amazing job getting out some old dog stains on the carpets, cleaned my white couch and scotch guarded it (10 yrs old and first cleaning) and took my silk oriental rug in for cleaning. The rug came back looking beautiful and clean. I just finished using them on Nov 18th this year for a semi annual cleaning. They schedule a two hour block and call when they are on their way. They put down drop clothes to cover the floors and pretreat all stains. The equipment is truck contained so very quiet. They are very knowledgable and explained what they were doing befor they started. They also answered all our questions and gave us instructions on how to spot clean anymore pet stains. They are our go-to company for not only our carpets but my expensive silk oriental rug.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I e-mailed them immediately after purchasing the rug, because I read all of their great reviews. Within the same day, Brian e-mailed me back and told me to bring it in. He also made a point to tell me that he'd do his best to be available when I stopped by. Up until recently, I have been completely ignorant of oriental rugs, and wouldn't know a hand knotted from a factory made rug if it whacked me in the face. I had done some initial research and arrived at the store with lots of (I am sure mundane) rug questions. Brian, and the other members of the team that were present that morning, took a lot of time to tell me about the rug, the style, what they thought of the condition, and overall educated me greatly. I was impressed at how kind they were and patient with me and my questions. I never felt like I was annoying them, or asking an idiotic question. In addition, when we discussed the cleaning and repairs, Brian told me that although the previous special had expired, he would still give me the sale price. I never felt as if I were being pressured to purchase services that weren't necessary. For example, the fringe on the rug had either been cut or just worn off with time. The staff told me that it could be replaced for "looks", however, the knots were in good condition and it would be fine to leave the fringe as is. Brian found a few moth-chewed areas, and said that those should be repaired, and quoted me a very reasonable additional charge for that. They then took the rug and did their magic (over the course of a few weeks, holidays and such.) I just picked it up today and am totally thrilled. It was dirty, and the fringe had been dingy, and now it is so soft and clean! And the repairs are so well done, I cannot even locate the areas where the damage had previously been! They did an amazing job. I will never consider taking this rug, or any other rug I may purchase in the future, to anyone else.

I also had them pick some rugs and return that in 10 days before they came in for cleaning rugs. The job went fine. Everything was great and they were excellent. I used to use another company before who wouldn’t pick up but I had heard that this company would pick up and were pretty good and they were fine. The cost always depends upon the type of rugs you have. I had three rugs cleaned and that was $240. That wasn’t that cheap but they did a really great job. They took three rugs cleaned it, where one was very big and it included transportation as well which costed $240 all together. They also cleaned one other rug in the house and one in the stairs but I don’t know how much that costed. So they did some in the house and the oriental rugs that they took costed more as it was cleaned specially. I thought that they were excellent. I really liked them and they were really good. They also came right away as soon as I called them. They were really nice and gave me discount as I got them through Angie’s List. They were polite and came right away. The big rug that they cleaned was really getting older and fraying at the edges but they really got it cleaned as it really needed to be cleaned. The other two rugs look really different and really cleaned. So I’m really happy with them. The worker that they sent to do the other rug in the dining room and the stairs did a really nice job and he was a very nice guy. They should really do more business as people should know as they have very good recommendations. I think that they are little pricier than others. They came earlier every time and each time they used to come earlier than they said they would come.

I called them from their high ratings on Angie's List. No one answered when I called, so I left a message. They never called me back.

Two men crew arrived on time and did a thorough job on several rooms. They were able to add an additional room at the last minute. I have used them several times.

I called the company to have a rug cleaned. They helped me move the furniture to pull the rug up. The comapny cleaned the rug and it looked great. They comp[leted on schedule and delivered it on time as promised. The delivery guys help move my furniture and placed the rug back exactly where they got it. I was so impressed with their knowledge, I asked them if they could clean a rug that we had just purchased because it smelled very musty,. The delivery man was quite obviously, very knowledgable about carpets and rug cleaning. When he smelled the rug he informed me that the oder could not be removed. IT was glue that had been used on the bottome of the rug. He informed me that the rug we had purchased was very cheap and explained what to look for when purchasing a quality rug. He could have taken my money and cleaned the rug, but instead, he told me the truth that the smell could not be removed. I immediately brought them into my living room and asked them if they would clean that carpet as well. THese guys are very professional and I highly recommend them

Overall the service and experience were very good. The person who picked up and then delivered my rugs back to me was knowledge and very helpful. I also purchased a new rug pad for one of the 2 rugs for a reasonable price.

They were a really good company. They were punctual and very accommodating. We had to switch the days on them a couple of times and they were very accommodating. The price was pretty competitive. It wasn't dirt cheap but it wasn't over the top so we were satisfied with the price. They were good and very responsive. They were really punctual and really professional. They were very nice people.

They provided an estimate based on our requirements and advised on specific problems and issues which were raised by us prior to the start. They were very careful in the set up, protecting walls, furniture and they wore plastic covers over their shoes at all times. They worked hard and were very through. The results were excellent especially since the largest area carpets were 12 years old. The house had a pleasant order from the cleaning and dried within 6 hours.

This is the second time we used them, and I actually had the same technician as the last time (a year before). They always do a terrific job, very professional, punctual. They move all the furniture out of the way and put it back. My carpets look amazing after they are done.

I purchased a discounted rug cleaning through some online deal offer and used it on my lowest value rug. They did a beautiful job so I sent them all of my other oriental rugs, except for one 100% silk one. They generally gave me a two hour window for when they would arrive to pick up/deliver the rugs and always arrived within the window. Of the four times they've been to my home, they called when they were on their way 3 of 4 times. Although they generally told me a week to ten days for the cleaning, I found it was actually a bit longer, although I also had the sense that if I'd set a hard deadline they would have met it. The people who came to pick up/deliver the carpets were knowledgeable and able to look at certain damage spots and offer advice. They also recommended pads for two of the carpets and were able to clearly explain why they were important. They were not pushy about it and advised me to go with the lower priced of the options they had available. For the most part the people I spoke to on the phone were knowledgeable and helpful, I did get one less experienced person, but when what I asked for was beyond her (I was trying to put together several different coupons from different sources to get the best possible price), she gave me no difficulty about talking to a manager who immediately grasped what I wanted and gave it to me with no argument. My rugs all came back beautifully and, for most rugs I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. My only hesitation would be 100% silk rugs, which I'd probably send to a specialist who knows how to clean them without damaging the texture.

Both men who picked up and delivered rugs were courteous, professional and careful. They were knowledgeable about processes used on rugs and explained how durrie was repaired. They had samples of new rug pads I was interested in.

After checking with Angie's List and a friend who had used ACS, I called for information. Their phone rep was friendly and helpful and provided all the information I needed. My cleaning was scheduled for the following week. The team of two called when they were on the way and arrived within the specified time. They measured the rooms and computed the final charge (I received a 15% discount on the cleaning portion of the bill with my Angie's List coupon). They pretreated all the spots and stains, cleaned the carpets, and applied stain protector to the high traffic areas. They were polite, thorough, and efficient. They left a bottle of spot remover and instructions for treating various stains. Total time in the house, including measuring and cleaning up afterwards, was less than 3 1/2 hours.

Overall, everything went well. They were very good to work with and picked up and delivered my rugs. They also laid them for me.

As mentioned above, I was very dissatisfied with their carpet cleaning service, even though I have used them for years.

I was very impressed with their work. We’ve had the other providers clean our carpeting in the past, and Ayoub seemed to be the most thorough and detailed. I would certainly use their service again!

We have used this company for years at our personal home and rental property that we own. The employees are extremely nice, polite and professional. We will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to others.

One of the rugs didn't clean well, but they tried. I'm not 100% pleased. My husband took them to them and brought them back.

I was very happy with their service. They came when they said they would come. The rugs were nice and clean when they came back. The person who came to get the rugs was knowledgable nd courteous.

They are hooked wool rugs and 1 that had been in front of the kitchen sink was particularly dirty. They did a wonderful job. They called to let me know when they would pick them up. They were on time. They did a great job cleaning them. They called to let me know when they dropped it off. They were on time that day as well. They were kind enough to even look at one of my bedroom rugs. They were very polite gentleman.

Upon cleaning I was told the 8 ' x 10 ' rug had a "stain". This was surprising as I was the only one to have ever walked on the rug. No pets, no spilling, etc. Ayoub suggested sending it to a specialist, and quoted a figure of $100 for the service. The specialist, who did all of their special work, would clean the stain. I was also told the rug was larger than 8 ' x 10 ' and would cost another $190 or so for the basic cleaning. For 19 more square feet, I was paying as much as for 160 square feet ($220).. When the "stain" was cleaned, the rug looked like I had bought it at Walmart (not that anything is wrong with Walmart, I just wouldn't buy a fine oriental rug there).. Cleaner had stripped and redyed the stained area. The carpet had been appraissed at $25,000 last year. Now worth $0. I had to put it in the kids play room. Can't put it back in the dining room, have to buy a new rug. Ayoub scheduled the return on two smaller rugs on a seperate date. They never came. They never called. I can't get any response from them. Rugs are beautiful, silk on silk Kahmiri made, 1,800 knots per square inch. They are extremely nice rugs, that is why I hang them on the wall, as tapestries. Can't bear to walk on them. I have the feeling I will never see them again. By the way, the second rug (that Ayoub wouldn't clean), looks perfect. Brand new, almost. I wish I had sent all my rugs to the competitor, forget the coupon. Even with coupon, when first rug was dropped off, I was given bill of over $700, just for that rug, which had a coupon. I wonder what I will be billed for the rugs that have disappeared, and I'll never see again. The only confusion, seems to be ACS Ayoub Carpet Servce. The idea that I would be confused at who I did business with is strange. Their name is printed on the receipt. Their telephone number is printed on the receipt. I receive bills from them. The VP of Operations does not know what cleaning is being picked up by the drivers. They seem not to know that they took two carpets in place of the one coupon carpet the "couldn't clean because it would fall apart". They may not know anything about these carpets, but the carpets are clearly marked on the receipt by the driver who picked them up. The idea that I would be confused at who I did business with is strange. Their name is printed on the receipt. I read well. The statement that they have attempted to reach me at the numbers they have, but one is wrong and one is never answered is also very odd. I was called multiple times, on both numbers, by people from this firm. I was even called to schedule the deliver of the two carpets that they claim not to know about. How could they successfully call me a dozen times, and then suddenly can't reach me make sense. I have the same numbers I have had for 20 years. They are answered on the fifth ring if I don't pick up, every time, and a message is taken. I am unaware of this not happening. The real confusion is where are my rugs. They each cost between $8,000 and $10,000 less then a year ago. Now I am confused about them. I think that Mr. Zazanis is confused. As VP of Operations, he should know more about the operations of his company. If he did, then his firm would keep appointments to return cleaned rugs (why make the appointment, if there aren't rugs to return). I only did business with one Ayoub. Your firm. Why would I check with other cleaners. To resolve this, the rugs should be found, cleaned, and returned. You don't even have to make an appointment this time, just bring them by.
