The job may have been burdensome, but they were careful vacuuming and moving. Will and Marco were efficient and friendly.The carpet looks great.

They charged a lot because the rug was huge. I have used several companies in the past and think they do the best job.

They came on time and explained everything they could and couldn't do. There was one spot where a cat had been sick on the rug and they said they could get it clean but they couldn't completely fix it. They don't promise you miracles, they are honest about what they can and cannot do. The one area they did clean did not take an especially long time to dry.

Atef and Marcs arrived within the block of time expected. Atef explained all of the process to me. They were very efficient and careful with my furniture. Great job.

A team of 2 representatives called for permission to come early. They were very personable. They discussed the task and process, sat up and accomplished the task in one hour. They provided guidance when we could use our carpet again.

Very easy to set up appt.& get estimate. I needed to have my mom's sofa cleaned. It is cream colored and hadn't been cleaned in about 5 years, so this was not an easy task! Willy & Alex called just before arriving, as promised. They were very professional & pleasant - and did their best to get all the stains out! I will most definitely use these folks again!

Prior to moving any furniture into our 'new' 15 year old townhome, we needed to have all the carpets cleaned. They were amazingly dirty. The stairs coming up from the garage level were especially bad. The 2 workers arrived on time, were very courteous, gave us their revised price based on actual carpet square feet (it was 20% lower than the phone estimate), and got right to work. They were at the house about 90 minutes. The carpets looked lovely! We were warned that the steps to the lower level would not come completely clean and they didn't, but so far look fine. I was disappointed that an array of orange spots (soup, perhaps?) on the carpet in the dining room did not come out, nor were we offered a 'spot clean' option for that area. Even more surprised when I decided several days later to see if I could get them out myself and they came up in 2 seconds using an Oxi-Clean spray product. Because an oriental rug will cover this area, I was not concerned at the time to ask specifically about cleaning these spots. I would use Ayoub again - the very light wall-to-wall.carpet in the whole house looks fantastic now.

My overall experience with Ayoub Carpet Service was excellent. We were very pleased. They did a very good job in cleaning the carpets. They came when they were supposed to. They picked them up and picked them out. They had them done in even shorter time than they had said and delivered them back again. They didn’t lay them out but we were very, very pleased with the actual affect. There’s nothing they could have done any better; we were very satisfied. I thought that their price was very competitive; it was fine. I had checked with other companies. They were upfront and told me what their prices would be. I did not know that there was going to be an additional cost for pet urine stain removal. They told me that prior to them taking the carpets. I understood it, it made sense, but I wasn’t told about it in the very beginning. They responded promptly and were timely in their service. They were here when they said they would be here and delivered the cleaned carpets when they said they would deliver. They did exactly what they said they were going to and I was surprised that the carpets came out beautifully as they did. I have already recommended them to others.

Both employees (Elvis & Jose) were great : promptly got to work, moved and replaced all furniture requested. Work was through.

Estimate and measurement given upon cleaning date- approximate, over the phone prior, A very polite Jay explained in detail the procedure .Area cleaned: LR,DR, STAIRS, HALL UPSTAIRS, 4 BEDROOMS & SITTING ROOM. Also,had anti-allergen treatment in MBR,SR, LR,DR. Completed in 2 hours. Allowed to dry in 24 hours, and vacuumed in 2-3 days. Good price, good job.

We called for an appointment and explained what we wanted done, and then we made an appointment. The two workers arrived on time, put on booties whenever they came into the house, and talked through what they would do. They set up the equipment and cleaned all of the carpets and rugs that we asked for. They put plastic pads under legs and feet of furniture as they finished a room. When they finished they put all the equipment back in the truck and explained what we should do until the rugs dried. The carpets and rugs dried in 6 to 8 hours, so we were able to get back to normal quickly. We are very pleased with their work, and would recommend Ayoub to friends and will use them again when we need carpets cleaned. We liked their high ratings in Angie's List, the professionalism of the crew, and the results of their work.

Ayoub Carpet Service has been used by a friend for years. From our first call to the customer service till the truck leaving our home, we were very pleased. They were on time, explained the work, did great work and gave us advice on maintenance.
