Ayoub Carpet Service

The rugs were picked up to be cleaned and to be appraised. (See my separate review for the cleaning.) The appraisal report we received was not really an appraisal. It had minimal descriptions and evaluations of each rug. At least one rug was misidentified and was listed as being made in the 1950s, but on that year, it had been in my grandparent's house for decades. I called to say that there had been an incorrect description of that particular rug, and I was told that my message would be passed on. I received another "appraisal" that was identical except for a changed date for that rug. I never received any communication from the appraiser other than the erroneous appraisal and the one corrected to reflect the information I supplied. If you need your rugs cleaned and/or repaired, Ayoub does a good job, but if you need an appraisal, find another company.

Cleaners called ahead, came on time, worked efficiently & quickly were courteous.

Overall it went great! Willy and Marco showed up on time and performed the work. They were careful with their cleaning as we had just had trim painting completed a couple days before their arrival. They also took the extra time to go over a couple of high traffic areas more than once. The job was a great experience.

The people at this company are compassionate and well informed. I went to them after having a bad experience with another company and they were understanding and made sure I got what I needed. They even helped work with me on pricing because the other company ripped me off so much. Dan is extremely knowledgeable about conservation and preservation of oriental rugs as well, which is great. The salesman, Ryan, is great as well. My flooring turned out beautifully and I will be having them install carpeting soon as well.

They were courteous workers with names on shirts. They performed work over 11/2 hours. They laid down pads to prevent water on floors, cleaning, neat and professional.

Our experience with Ayoub has been great from the frist time I walked into the store to shop for carpet. I was met by Ream, who after learning what I wanted was able to narrow my search to a few good selections quickly. She was knowledgeable and helpful with absolutely no pressure. She introduced me to Ryan Gallahan, who became the service coordinator for our carpet installation, and subsequently, for our hardwood floor installation. Ryan, like Ream, was thoroughly informed about the products and was able to give us helpful advice in making our decisions. He brought samples to our home, measured and gave us a quote that was very reasonable, taking advantage of available discounts. One of the important suggestions that Ryan gave us was to consider a carpet that came in a wider width that would allow for more cost-efficient measuring. It helped us decide between two similar carpets that we liked. We were able to make a fast and comfortable selection. Installation was planned for our convenience. We were again thrilled by Ayoub service, this time, from Carlos and his installation team. They were friendly,hard-working, professional, and did a wonderful job of moving some very heavy furniture in tight spaces with great care for our home and furniture. They did a terrific job and finished as quickly as possible. Again, Ryan was monitoring the process and seeing that we were pleased with every step. We were so please with our new carpet that we immediately asked Ryan if they could help us replace the harwood in our entry area to create the total image we wanted for our home. He met with us and was able to give us the best options and we were quickly able to make the best decision after seeing the samples in our home. Hardwood installation was again monitored by Ryan, but the very hard work of removing the current flooring and installing the new flooring was done by Juan and his helper. They were pleasant and good at what they do. We were amazed at how hard they worked and how happy we were with the results. The installation was near perfect. There was only one minor spot that needed some additional attention, which was handled quickly with just a call to Ryan. We will probably use Ayoub to repair an oriental rug we have and later whenever we need carpet cleaning. They definitely will be our "go-to" place for all flooring needs going forward. We have enjoyed our relationship with Ayoub, largely attributed to Ryan Gallahan's excellent service. We chose Ayoub because of their great Angie's List ratings, and we will be delighted to recommend them to others who want quality flooring products and services at fair prices.

Wildredo Guardo was the most helpful and knowledgeable teach. He looked at ingredients of my large spill and put the exact cleaners to get rid of the spills--he also suggested to do the matching love seat because he cleaned the original sofa so clean, it was shades lighter than the matching love seat. He applied the same percent discount as my coupon.

All carpets were cleaned and scotchgard was applied. The carpets looked and felt much better. Very good job. Very professional.

My overall experience with Ayoub is outstanding. The carpet looks gorgeous!! Ryan, the salesperson, is very professional and directed me to the most appropriate carpet for my rental. He told me that there is a sale on this carpet and that he would take the 15% off the labor coupon from Angie's list. The price is very reasonable for a 623 sq ft. apt. The team came in when no one was there, did their job and left. It couldn't have been any easier. Customer Service is efficient, prompt & straight forward. I had such a wonderful experience dealing with Ayoub and am going to tell everyone looking for a new carpet and rug cleaning services about them.

We found them through a referral. They are very honest and very responsive. We shopped around.

They come and take the rugs out for cleaning. The last time I had used them was to have them do cleaning on two of my oriental rugs. I called them and when they got here they moved the furniture and the table because I couldn’t move it myself and they picked up the rug and brought it back when it was done. They were on time; they were professional and efficient when there were here. I rate them highly and will use them again in the future if needed.

Went very well. Rugs were picked up just a few days after I called and they arrived early within the window I was given. The two men picking up and the ones who returned them, carefully moved my furniture aside in order to roll the rugs up and lay them back down. Rugs were ready and returned by the end of the following week, well within the estimated timeframe. One of the rugs did shrink a bit which I knew could be expected given that it is tufted wool, and no longer fit properly over the padding I had laid underneath. One of the men took the time to trim back the padding and make sure it sat properly which I appreciated.

Beautiful work, the very fine oriental's colors were renewed and new tassels were perfect; and in fact, stains that had heretofore been unable to be cleaned were either removed or fixed to the point they were barely visible. All carpets were returned and professionally installed in the house; they moved furniture as well to put rugs back. Both members of the delivery team were very professional and courteous. They were particularly attentive to being careful on moving furniture and the like to avoid damage.

Called ahead asking if they could come half hour early. Very polite & respectful. Wore plastic booties on the job. Finished in about 2 hours, attentive to detail & thorough. Were able to get rid of some serious stains.

It had been a while and the carpets were really dirty plus we have 2 dogs and one had several accidents when he got older, Mo and Mario were very professional, efficient, and very nice guys. Mo showed me a side-by-side cleaned/not cleaned and the difference was incredible.

They were great! Called prior to coming to the house. Both men were very professional. They took exact measurements to give me an accurate estimate. They spent about 2 hours cleaning all the carpets and they were really clean. Would definitely use them again.
