Ayoub Carpet Service

The Ayoub people are nice enough, however, my Oriental rug never got clean. I sent it back once and when it returned, it still was not clean. There is a two week tumaround time each time the rug is picked up and cleaned. There was also a question of the price and how much the cleaning of the rugs actually costs minus coupons and discounts. Although a manager did call me a day later to straighten out the matter and did not charge me $35 for pick up and delivery, since I sent back my Oriental rug for further cleaning, I was not confident about this company's ability to clean my rugs. My fears were confirmed when the rug came back, cleaner but still with stains. I would not use this company again.

The cleaning and service staff went very well. They do a great job - this is the 2nd time I have used this company. The billing leaves a little bit to be deisred. I called and asked the billing department to use a specific charge account, they tried to use the wrong account and it did not work. My credit report took a negative hit because this company failed to follow directions.

Our dog had several accidents on the carpet. We decided to have it cleaned, deodorized, and wrapped. They picked up the carpet, performed the services and returned it about a week later. I missed the first pickup (just forgot) and they came a second time to pick it up... only charged me a single pickup fee... and did not seem upset over my forgetfulness. Overall a great experience.

They weren't thorough enough and my carpet still doesn't look clean. They were just in and out in no time and my carpet still looks the same. They did perform the service and they came on time. I would not use them again in the future.

After consulting Angie's List, it was clear that my original, highly advertised choice of oriental rug cleaning service was not the best option. ( Thank you Angie and all who took the time to rate theses services!) I instead selected Ayoub Carpet Services for my business. I contacted ACS via email and received a response from Mr. Brian Supanich within 12 hours. We subsequently exchanged several messages to iron out price and details--Mr. Supanich was amazingly responsive and answered every question promptly and thoroughly the FIRST time I asked. (My work environment and long hours make it difficult to conduct this kind of business via telephone, and my typical experience with email inquiry is that the respondent answers only the first question in my message, necessitating multiple exchanges just to get basic information--not the case here!). To be honest, the quoted prices were somewhat higher than I expected. I didn't question the value for our "true" and expensive orientals, but several rugs I had initially planned to clean were good quality outlet/clearance purchases, so the price of cleaning was more than I had paid for the rugs. I told Mr. Supanich that I was going to try to replace them instead, and he did not require me to finalize the number of rugs to be cleaned until the day of pick-up. Pick-up at my home was scheduled for and occurred on 26 June. The gentlemen were courteous, clean, and arrived on time. Rugs were delivered back to us on 6 July in beautiful condition. The colors are vivid and bright again, and no evidence of pet issues remains. The ACS crew once again arrived on time and laid all the carpets in their proper locations for us. The purchased pad is perfectly sized and very high quality, making the carpet even softer and more lush under foot. I wish we had done this years ago! I would not hesitate to use ACS again, and I highly recommend their services. Ultimately, the price was very fair for the value delivered.

We especially appreciated the fact that the crew took exceptional care to avoid scuffing floors and baseboards while they cleaned our carpets and furniture. This is a family business that deserves its high rating, and I'm glad that Angie's List is playing a role in their continued success.

This is the second time that we have had Ayoub Carpet Service clean our carpet. I was so impressed. We had them come back. The only negative was they said the carpet would dry in a few hours, but it took a day.

They are convenient, did the job, very professional and it came out clean. Mark the price N/A because I don't have anything to compare it to. It was the first time my dog crapped on my carpet and I never had to have it cleaned before. I don't know what normal people charge to clean dog poop off carpets. I didn't want to have dog poop on my carpet so it was worth $400.00 to get it out. I would pay it again if that makes sense. It worked and there was no more dog poop and that is the bottle line. They got back to me right away and I hope not to use them again but if I have to, yeah I will.

Carpets were conveniently picked up and delivered at my home. The cleaning results were great -- carpets are soft and bright. I used a 15% off coupon from the website which was welcomed by the company. I would definitely use this company again.

Exactly according to plan. I got a prompt and accurate estimate from Brian S., The guys were on time and nice. They did an OUTSTANDING JOB...the carpet looks absolutely beautiful. They were able to remove rust! I used them years ago in a rental property, and they did a beautiful job.then...this time was just the same. They gave instructions for afterwards (like how long to wait before walking on it, or putting furniture I on it.) recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation. They are not cheap but they do fantastic work. I will use them again.

This was a phenomenal experience. They were professional, detail oriented, and very pleasant to deal with. So why didn't we go with them? I had another bid from a competitor who I was confident would do very good work and they also gave me a discount if I would do some of the prep work. It was an inexpensive job that I was trying to get as cheaply as possible...while staying with a respected company. I will definitely call Ayoub for my next job. I am very confident they are the best of the three companies I had quote the job. For my own house (not one I am selling), I would have chosen them, despite the extra expense.

This was our 3rd time using ACS. We used them twice before in our townhouse. They do a great job and the carpets look fantastic. I had used other companies before, but after reading good reviews, we gave them a try. I will always use them going forward, and recommend them to friends. They are a bit pricier than some of the others, but you get what you pay for. Also check Angie's List and ACS's website for discounts and deals.

Willie came, thoroughly and clearly explained, worked with his associate Juan to move, items without breaking, protect non carpet surfaces. They were excellent clean and professional. I am very particular. They met my standards.

The time window I was given for the techs' arrival was between 9 and 11a.m. At 9:05, the tech called to say they were on their way and that it would be 25 minutes. They arrived within 20 minutes. Hector was extremely polite and customer-service oriented. Since I had ordered the cleaning service, I realized that the outdoor rug on our porch needed cleaning. Hector spent several minutes evaluating the rug and called in the new order to the main office right there. He then told me what the estimate would be, and when the office will get back to me regarding when the rug will be ready, and took the rug onto the truck. When they were done, Hector explained that though the carpet is clean, some of the stains may re-appear (but not as dark) because the stain went down through the carpet and into the pad. He also explained that though the carpets were still damp, that it would be safe for the cat to walk on, since all the chemicals were extracted, and that the dampness was just water. He also put in a polite and not-too-pushy pitch for ACS's showroom, as I had indicated we would be replacing the carpet with hardwood soon. I have been using ACS for carpet cleaning for many years. Their service today, as always,was excellent, technicians polite, and on time.
