It all went great and we are very happy with the experience. Based on the reviews on Angie's List and its promo for $159 cleaning/scotch guard deal, I called the company and they agreed to provide the service for the promo price. A 2-person team came out punctually with an advance call. They were polite, professional and responsive to my questions. Cleaning took less than an hour. They thought there would be some stains remaining after the couch dries. Now that it's all dry, I see some faint marks, but it looks, smells and feels great. It's better than what we expected. Thank you!

They arrived exactly on time, the work was finished within a couple of hours. All items were moved carefully, and, if possible (due to the need for the carpets to dry) returned to proper places. The work was excellent and all the stains were removed. Have used ACS before and was very satisfied, which was why I called them again.

Willy was fabulous!! I would use the company again, just because he worked so hard to clean it! Willy & his helper, was on time, called as I requested and even measured for new carpet. They were very neat and spread a pad over my marble in the kitchen where they filled their cleaning machine, It looked great! I have white carpet and a pet. They are over priced, but I paid a lot for the service compared to all the companies I called after the cleaning. Even with stain remover, sanitized, deodorized & scotch guard for 1,100 square feet. I did move all small stuff out of the rooms prior to them coming.

They did an excellent job. They were quick and clean. They left the rest of the cleaning fluid they had used for me. It has stayed clean since they left.

The first team repaired and restretched every room, even spots I thought were beyond repair. The second team took out every stain and gave me brand spanking new-looking carpets. I am so glad I tried ACS before replacing everything! They were very pricey, but worth it! I am planning on having them return annually.

We called about an oriental rug that had moth infestation. We had the rug cleaned previously, but the moths came back. When we called Ayoub, I went very carefully through the story and warned her that, though we had treated the carpet with insecticide, there were probably still moths in the carpet. The woman with whom I spoke said that they had a lot of experience with this and told me exactly how they would treat the carpet, including a first treatment in isolation from the rest of the plant, thorough cleaning, and finishing with a total immersion bath and moth proofing. The rug came back in much better shape than I had expected, and we have had no reappearance of moths. They were prompt, courteous and gave good service for a fair price.

The crew arrived punctually, I informed them of exactly what I wanted, and they completed the work quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with this service, and will gladly use them again.

overall, to have clean rugs is wonderful. can't remember exactly amount and dates.i thought sizes met the criteria of the offer. apparently it did not and upon delivery i was not told that there would be extra costs. sometime later (i was out of the country) i got unfriendly calls on voicemail that i owed money and that they were going to go to a collections agency. when i returned i paid up as it was the simplest thing to do.

This place is great. I had been using them for years so I already knew they were one of the best in the D.C. area. That is why I decided to purchase the deal with them. They are very punctual and happen to be experts on oriental rug cleaning. The pick up and delivery were right on time.

We have used Ayoub twice and have been very pleased with their work. The most recent service Ayoub performed for us was cleaning several oriental and oriental-type rugs that we had inherited from my in-laws. Most were hand-woven, antique, very dirty, and two needed repairs. We also bought a rug pad to fit the largest rug. We used a coupon for part of the work. During the initial call, Ayoub's representative gave us a good idea of what the cleaning costs would be, based on my estimate of the rugs' sizes and the coupon. Ayoub's men picked up the rugs at the time arranged. They were courteous and gave us a preliminary idea of what repairs were advisable. A few days later Ayoub's office called and gave us the exact pricing for cleaning. The representative was helpful and made sure we got proper credit for the coupon. In a second call, another representative discussed the repairs that they advised to two of the rugs, gave us the prices, and asked if we wished to have the repairs performed. The repairs meant that we did not get the rugs back for several weeks, but the wait was well worth it. Two years ago Ayoub cleaned other of our rugs, also orientals. Several had large light-colored areas. Ayoub made them look terrific. We plan to keep calling Ayoub for our rug cleaning and recommend them highly.

Could not have been better! I was fortunate to have Willie clean my carpets years ago, and I've always requested him since then. He takes great pride in his work, and it shows. He's also exceptionally pleasant and professional. In the past, I've also had Ayoub clean oriental rugs, and I can't say enough good things about the company!
