Cannot say enough nice things about my interactions with the techs and the wonderful job they performed. My carpets look great. I would recommend ACS to anyone and everyone.

I am not sure I would use them again due to cost.

I'm extremely pleased with how clean and new my carpets look! The quality met and exceeded my expectations and their customer service is excellent. Brian went above and beyond to come out to my house early on Sat to provide me with new carpet estimates in order to accommodate my schedule. The price for new carpet was out of my budget but the Angies discount on both carpet cleaning and new carpet is helpful. I was able to save $60 on the cleaning job which is great.

Mo and Jose arrived on time and were very professional. They answered all of my questions and gave me an estimate before they started. ACS is by far the best carpet service I have ever used. Many of my carpets were heavily soiled and they made them look like new!

The crew called to announce their immediate arrival; Arrived during the scheduled time frame; were courteous & professional. Jay was the lead technician.

Syrup confirmed appointment right before.Crew called 20 minutes PTA arrived. On time - courteous, efficient & knowledgeable - have used once before & will again.

Ayoub, showed up on time, reviewed service with me, all furniture was moved so thorough cleaning could be done. Rugs and carpet were steam cleaned and furniture was replaced on plastic pads to protect.

I originally scheduled for bedroom carpets to be re stretched. Technicians explained it didn’t need to be done, thus saving me quite a bit of money. I appreciate his honesty, cleaning was done as scheduled.

Jay and Carlo arrived on time; they were very polite and professional. They provided good advice and results of cleaning were very good.

First, Ayoub does honor an Angie's List discount as stated on List website. The main contact in the Ayoub office was Ray. He was extremely clear in the services they offer, gave an accurate as possible estimate from approximate size of rugs I gave, and the time window the rugs would be picked up. Both time of pick up and final cost was exactly what I expected. I was also told the employees who will pick up the rugs will gladly help move a heavy dining room table which I couldn't do alone. It helps to give this information because then a bit more time is built into the scheduling for the p/u (and delivery). Job was promised to be completed for the day before Thanksgiving, and team arrived, again on day and during hours promised. Laid all rug pads and the cleaned rugs in proper rooms. Excellent service and wonderfully professional manners from first to last.

I had to give a deposit for half of the amount. Before they delivered the carpets, after they were cleaned, they charged my credit card for the balance without my knowledge. I was a little bit off-put by this, and if they had just let me know ahead of time that they were charging me, I would have greatly appreciated it.

We bought our microfiber couch about three years ago and after three dogs and a toddler it was in need of some TLC. Ayoub steam cleaned and scotch guarded the couch and now it doesn't smell like dogs and looks great! They even quickly steamed the rug the couch was sitting on. The techs arrived in the middle of the window I was told, worked quickly and cleaned up after they left.

The two techs that came were very nice and polite and gave an unnecessarily long sales pitch, but I should have been given a better idea of how brief the cleaning process would be before I committed to the appointment. I needed (and was willing to pay for) expert cleaning for a fairly new carpet that we had spot cleaned for cat urine. But they were in and out so fast and I didn't hover over them so I'm not sure if what I got was worth the money. I went down to check on their progress and they were already packing up and ready to go. I couldn't believe what little time they spent was costing me $300. I didn't even like the awful smell of their "deodorizer" that lingered for days and days, but there was no other choice given. They didn't hesitate to write a disclaimer on the invoice about the urine odor returning. I think it is. Not sure I will use them again without thoroughly investigating a better option.

The service is friendly and professional. The rug was cleaned well but seems not vacuumed enough after dried. The promotion price didn't include pickup and delivery service as a regular price does.

Overall, every thing went fine. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone, but I would warn them of the price, they are NOT inexpensive, but they be fair prices for the work done. Ayoub did offer every opportunity to find coupons and other ways to help reduce the cost.

Jan and Carlos were on time. They assesed the house, lifted what could be lifted and put black plastic under what couldn't. They worked fast, were very knowledgeable and the rugs looked better than I ever expected.

We have many Oriental rugs that need to be serviced (i.e. cleaned) and thought to try this company. Our dacshund had an accident on an antique 9.25 by 12.42 Oriental Rug in which we chose to send and test how clean this company can get rugs. One month later, the carpet was delivered and it looks fantastic. The kind gentlemen Carlito and Carlos were extremely pleasant during the drop-off process and helped me unroll/stage the cleaned carpet. Our only issues with the company dealt with billing and communication. We were overcharged by $94.80 as they had added a discount versus subtracting it. We also never received a call from the repairs department as requested (they were going to offer us an estimate three weeks into the process after the rug was cleaned for fringe work). We had to call the company to find-out the status of the rug fringe repair estimate after the three weeks had passed. We then received a call a few days later without a voicemail. So, we called back and spoke with someone who had to call us back because he couldn't remember what the repair estimate was on. We soon called back and discussed the fringe in which was not recommended. At any rate, we are pleased with how the carpet looks and will be using this company to clean our other Oriental rugs despite the mistakes. The pick-up and delivery process was pleasant and so was the original associate I spoke with to schedule the pick-up and service.

They did a fine job on the carpet but they were not able to get the stains out of the chairs.

Fantastic! Elvis & Juan were prompt courteous& very professional. They got out spots I had given upon. I could not be happier. I was even given a 15% discount thanks to Angie's list!

We have a 10x12 rug, nothing fancy, that we have in our living room. Our dogs slept/rolled around/sneezed/drooled all over it. Since we dropped about $1K on the rug, we didn't want to throw it out because it smelled like dog. Long story short, we confine the dogs to the basement and our 4 month old now has free reign of the carpet w/ out dog hair and dog fluids all over it. We called ACS on a Tuesday and the nice lady gave me 2 estimates: one for synthetic rugs and another for wool. Ours was synthetic (you'll know if the main material is poly-something). Anyways, she said the guys would be there on Friday to pick it up. Friday came and they arrived to get the rug-in and out She said it would 5-10 business days. A few days later ACS called to tell us they found stains on the bottom of the rug and some noticable seperations in the rug fabric were causes of concern. We appreciated the call and told them if they can get the stains out-great. If the carpet starts unravelling, then call us. 2 weeks from the pick up date they dropped it off-looks like a new rug. The only thing that I thought we'd get would be that new carpet/rug smell or cleaning solution smell (like you get with carpet cleaning). Ours didn't have any smell at all, which is fine, cause anythign beats the smell of a dog in a rug. Don't forget to ask for the 15% off Angies List discount!

Technician were on time provided valuable. Advice worked non stop until job with finished did a great job!

The rugs were professionally cleaned and wrapped; important since one of them was going into storage. No complaints at all.

Nicely done, furniture was left on poystyrene foam tabs to protect the carpet and allow it to dry for a day or so. Honored a discount coupon for AL members. Will use their services again.
