The process went well from start to finish. All of the staff from Ayoub were polite, professional and very prompt. The quality of the work was outstanding and I would use them again.

We recently had our basement remodeled to include building a home theater room. For the flooring in that room, we originally went with another carpet store because we had previously done business with them. This was a big mistake. This "other" store apparently had undergone a management change since we last dealt with them, and when we placed the order in late October they kept pushing our install date back for weeks blaming the delay on the manufacturer. This was causing a huge problem with our remodel because other components of this room were also being pushed back due to the carpet delay. By early to mid December we got fed up, and looked for another company. We found Ayoub Carpet on Angie's List and gave them a call. Their store was close to our home, so my wife went in and picked up a few samples to bring home. After deciding on a sample, we ordered the carpet (which was coming from California), and it arrived in LESS than a WEEK! Ayoub Carpet was able to get us scheduled immediately for installation. We worked with Brian S. who was excellent in keeping us informed during the whole process. The installation crew arrived on time and were very nice. The carpet was installed before Christmas, and it looks GREAT! The whole process from start to finish with Ayoub was quick and painless (unlike the other place). We wish we had started with them in the beginning. We are very happy with this company, and plan to use them again for all of our flooring needs. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for new carpet and/or flooring.

The team arrived on time and were neat and professional. Shortly after they left, areas of my wall to wall carpet began to bulge due to the moisture. Being New Year's Eve Ayoub was only open a half day. I called and left a message about the waves in my carpet, not expecting a response until after New Year's Day. To my surprise later that afternoon I received a call from a manager who explained why the bulges happened and promised to come and stretch the carpet back to normal if the carpet did not straighten out. Well, the carpet did right itself after it dried. Not only did I get a call that very same day, but I received another call and an email asking if my carpet was back to normal! I would highly recommend Ayoub.

I had left a Nepalese carpet in storage while I was overseas for several years, and the storage company had allowed it to get wet, and the rug was stained and damaged with dry rot in one corner. Ayoub Carpet Service picked up the carpet from my house, assessed the damage, proposed the needed repair, and delivered the rug back to my house. They had cleaned the rug and removed some of the discoloration (although some remained), and had repaired a section of the rug's backing. I was very impressed by the company's reponsiveness via telephone -- the scheduling of pick-up and drop-off was a bit of a challenge due to my travel schedule, but ACS very flexible, and kept my rug for a few weeks at no extra charge. They were punctual. My only suggestion for improvement is that I would have preferred to be informed of the remaining discoloration, and given the option to have the fringe (which had also been damaged) replaced, prior to return of the rug. Overall it was a quite positive experience.

Alex and Juan were on time, called 1/2 hour ahead to let us know time frame. Walked job. did work in highly professional, efficient manner.

We chose them by buying 3 Big Deal coupons - I think they were 'clean rug, get a 2nd rug cleaned free'. They came, discussed our many oriental rugs with my wife, and ended up taking 8 rugs for cleaning. They ranged from one 10'x13', 2 9'x12', and an assortment of 6'x9' or smaller. Most required special cleaning and disinfectant because of multiple dog pee and poop spots. (Our miniature dachshund is getting old and cranky about going out.) There were no specific noticeable spots, so I can't comment on the stain removal, other than to say the dachshund is having 'accidents' in other places now, rather than going back to favorite/smelly spots. ACS was very accommodating in that they picked up the rugs at our old house and kept them about a month or so until we were ready to receive them at our new house, having moved in between. The final price included some appraisals and 3 or 4 new rug pads, so it's hard for me to judge if the whole package was reasonable, though they certainly did work with us to take into account the 3 big deal coupons and the deal limitations. All the rugs were returned to us in 'same or better' condition so no complaints there.

I took the carpet in and they cleaned it on site. They let me know approximately when it would be finished, and they delivered within that date.

At an earlier date we had a Angie's list coupon for cleaning two rugs. We were very satisfied with the work so much so that we had another rug cleaned. This time there were a couple of small spots we noticed when we unrolled the rug. I called the company and they immediately set up an appointment for a pick-up. They arrived at the agreed upon time. The carpet was cleaned and delivered in a timely manner. I am extremely pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism.

ACS was recommended to me by another carpet cleaner, who I had contacted after reading reviews on Angie's List, The carpet cleaner recommended ACS as that cleaner was not equipped to service my condo, given the cleaner's limited non-truck mounted cleaning capabilities. The service ACS provided was top notch. Initially, I was a bit disappointed by the 7-10 day period that I had to wait, as ACS was fully booked, but am glad that I waited! Setting the appointment was easy and they accommodated a last minute time adjustment that I requested. The staff arrived at the agreed time, was professional and courteous. They brought the equipment to the condo and moved the furniture around to do the job. I was impressed by the attention to detail paid to edges and corners, which they cleaned using a hand brush. After the job was done, the furniture was placed on small disposable cubes, so the furniture could remain in place and the carpets could dry,as the little cubes lifted the furniture up. Major plus point, given that my one bedroom condo only has a limited amount of space. Over all ACS did an excellent job and the guys who did the job were thorough professionals. A couple of small issues, that I must note: After the carpets were dry, I noticed that some of the darker stains were light, but had not completely disappeared. ACS has agreed to come out again to treat and remove the stains. Also, my Angie's list discount was not applied to the invoice. However, after I called and pointed this out to the office they readily agreed to issue a refund in the amount of the discount.

We found ACS through Angie's List (actually we had used them for carpet cleaning in the past, but forgot!) and contacted them regarding replacing the carpet in our three bedrooms. They were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We went to the showroom and they gave us some great advice regarding carpet options for a household with pets, and a house which we plan to sell in three or so years. They did not try to over sell us, and were very patient as we made our decisions regarding carpet styles. We had several other home improvement projects we were working on, and they were very patient with us since we had to get those other items done before we could have the carpet replaced. They arrived punctually on the day of install and worked very quickly and efficiently. We even got a call the following day from the sales person to make sure everything went smoothly. It was a wonderful experience all around and I would highly recommend them in the future. On another note, they do an excellent job with carpet cleaning as well! They are the only ones I will use for carpet cleaning in the future.

I stopped by the location with photos of my oriental rugs and specific close-ups of the moth damage that occurred to one rug while it was in storage. I also brought in a smaller 2X3 oriental rug that needed overround repair which i did not include in this review since it is not yet complete. I met with Brian, and he explained their operations in detail, examined my photos, recommended various rug pads, and gave me time and cost estimates. He also gave me a great tour of their facilities to demonstrate how they clean the rugs. I set up a pick up appt with the ACS for 3 rugs (2 large 6X9s and one runner). The pickup crew arrived on time and provided a 30 min out call which was very helpful. I asked that the rugs be cleaned by 14 Dec in time for a Christmas party, and they warned me that the repair job may take longer. When i called on 10 Dec to get an update, they said they were done with the 3 large rugs to include the moth repair work, but were still working on the smaller 2X3. I opted to pick up the rugs and new pads on the next day so that i could set up my house. The estimate was exactly right so no pricing surprises either. Wow! I think that was my first reaction when i unrolled the rugs. I have had these rugs for 13-20 years and purchased them in Turkey from various bazaars. They have travelled the world with me, and i thought i was conscientiously vacuuming and maintaining them. But after the rug cleaning, they look absolutely fantastic! The colors are so vivid now. I am extremely pleased with ACS' work. The rug pads are also much thicker and provide more grip than the waffle-weave ones i had purchased at Home Depot. On the repair job, you cannot see where they reweaved the moth eaten patch. They blended the reds perfectly. And on top of all that, they also gave me the Angies List discount on the cleaning service portion of the bill. Yes, i will use them again. I was very satisfied with all my dealings with ACS from dropoff, pickup, cleaning, repair, and the folks on the phone. Everyone was courteous and helpful. It's so nice to deal with such a professional operation!

Great service! They quickly arrived and cleaned a 6 year-old microfiber couch. When they were done, it looked and smelled brand new (minus a few cat scratches on the back!). I particularly appreciated their promptness, efficiency and professionalism. Because of how good the service was, I asked them to take a rug I brought back from South Asia to have cleaned. They took it, cleaned and returned it to my home for a very reasonable price - and it looked better than when I bought it! I bought it in a bazaar in South Asia and I guess that even after routine vacuuming, there was still a bit of ground-in dust. When ACS returned the carpet, the colors were brighter and richer than before. I will use them again, just as soon as I have a need for upholstery or rug cleaning.

The entire process went smoothly. I called. They came on time and picked up the rug. All went well.

I have used this company for many years. The staff is always courteous and moves any furniture standing on the carpets. They did a good job getting the cat urine out. The second carpet was a general cleaning and they did not encounter any hidden problems. They looked very good and fresh when replaced on the floor.

Technician (Elvis Garcia) explained procedure, asked if I wanted stain protection, and gave me the estimate. They were very careful with the hardwood floors & walls. Very professional and did a wonderful job.

Willy from ACS called right on time. Arrived 15 mins later. Did great job on some very dirty bedroom & office carpeting. Were very neat and efficient!

Ryan Gallahan was my service point of contact, and he was very responsive and accomodating from the beginning. First, he managed to bring what amounted to a perfect match to my old carpet to our first meeting without ever seeing the original. This was important because I wanted to keep the old carpet in some rooms, but still have the carpet match where a stitching was necessary. Ryan was also able to adapt to my schedule and get the carpet installed before the Thanksgiving holiday so that I did not have to worry about the carpet being installed while I closed on my new house. The work was both quick and fantastic. Carlos and his team (Jose and Marcello) arrived on time and completed the task in a little over two hours. They were very professional, and efficiently moved some of the larger items I still had in the living room so they could do the removal and installation. When they were done, the area was cleaned of all debris; they even offered to let me keep the carpet remnants from the installation, in case I could use them for something else. I also wanted to say that Ayoub offered me the best price of the two carpet installation companies that provided me with estimates (two other companies did not respond to my request for a proposal). Thus, they did a fantastic job for what was the lowest available price at the time.
