Excellent customer service and high quality cleaning. No one ever got my rug this clean. I’m particular about how this rug is cleaned in that I brought back from Istanbul. Scheduled with Lisa who was responsive and helpful. Pick up and delivery by Jaime who was friendly and punctual.

They were great. They picked the carpets up from our old house and delivered them to our new home.

They came the day before. Early, thorough and highly effective. My carpets still look great. Every part of the service was the best I have ever experienced. You get what you pay for and it was by no means inexpensive but my carpets were a challenge.

I have an old dog that is unable to hold her bowels, but we love her and will let her go when she is ready. Ayoub saw the issues and handle it thoroughly. They really redeemed an old carpet that was looking really bad. Totally happy with the work. They add a pretty hefty charge for dealing with pet stains but I get it. I just haven't ever paid that charge before. It was just two rooms and a hallway about 600sf in total.

Excellent! Charlie was very responsive and helpful in dealing with our rental property that got flooded. He understood our needs as landlords and made dealing with this situation from across the country as easy as could be. I’ve also used Ayoub in the past for carpet cleaning and they’ve always done a great job (a bit pricey but worth it).

Services went great. They came out when the said they would and cleaned up the carpet. Will def hire again when I need them all redone.

Very impressed with knowledge of people I interacted with both on the phone and those who came to pick up the carpets. I thought one of ours needed repair and was willing to pay whatever was needed to have it done. Upon inspection after cleaning, however, the company called and explained that they didn't recommend it. They could have made quite a bit of money from the repair and I appreciated that they were honest about it telling me they preferred not to do it.

Although they didn't respond via the Angie's emails after the first contact, I called and everything went great after that. I was told what to expect, an approximate cost and a schedule. The crew showed up at the front end of the window promised, looked over the job, told me what to expect, and went to work. Very professional, couldn't have ask for more.

It went every well. One of the rugs was an antique so matching the yard was difficult. You really can't tell where the damage was.

I would recommend them. They came, they get the carpets and they deliver them back. They move your furniture out of the way to get them. They do a good job. They repair the carpets, like if there is discoloration, they color it. I should say the rugs.

Excellent. I had hired another company who did a horrible job so I explained what the issues we're with this group. They came out, explained they might not be able to get out all of the blood. They did a great job and got out 95% of blood and all of the other stains. I called manager to tell him how impressed I was.

Team showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour window I had which was great for my schedule that day. Work was done well. I worked with Lisa to schedule and she was helpful and patient as I worked through some of the nuances/logistics of condo living.

Carpet pick up went exactly as planned - Techs were very polite and on time. Office staff was flexible in arranging our pick up date once the carpets were cleaned since we had a delayed move-in date. Can't assess quality yet as rugs are still rolled up.

The floors are beautiful, they really did an excellent job.

We could not be happier with the job that they did. Our floors look magnificent, and the stairs are better than I could have ever imagined. The price was less than other reputable flooring companies, and the service was top notch! Our sales contact, Ryan, was always responsive and laid out the work plan with us in advance. He made several trips to our house (out of his way!) to bring us flooring samples, do a stain match consult, and answer questions. He really knows his stuff! And you know that issue that we in the service industry often face....the vast divide between sales promises and service delivery? You'll find none of those problems here. The installation crew was in touch with Ryan during the entire job, and they delivered great results! They were very professional and treated our home and belongings with great care. They worked overtime to get the complicated stair project perfect. They listened to my feedback and responded immediately. Our experience was wonderful all around! I would recommend Ayoub to anyone doing a flooring project! We'll be going back to them for new carpets soon!

The wool rug was well cleaned and cleaned on site at the Ayoub Carpet Service in Kensington, Maryland. Pick and delivery was included in the price. Employees were prompt, courteous and professional. The price was very good because I received a 30% coupon in the mail, unrelated to Angie's List.

I actually haven't even seen them. I had them cleaned before we moved last year and I still haven't unwrapped them. Personally to deal with them I thought they were fine and they told me that if I had any problems when I do get around to unwrapping them to just let them know and they would fix it. So I would say they were good.

I could not be happier with the service and expertise that I received from Ayoub. I work across the road from the business so after finding out they did carpet repair on Angie's list, I went in person to their place in Chantilly, VA. I met several employees there and each was so knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing customer service. And the technician they sent - Stuart - was amazing. He has been doing carpet repair for many years and his skills in repairing the carpet were first rate - no signs of the carpet damage after his repair. I am a fan of Ayoub and will be using this business for all future flooring needs.

My rugs came back looking like new. Some repair work was necessary and was performed to lengthen the life of the rug. Very satisfied.
