Called to schedule, knowledgeable person on phone. Rug was picked when they said it would be and delivered when they said it would be.

Due to the company's excellent rating on Angie's List, I called Ayoub Carpet Service to clean the stained Chinese rug in our dining room, even though there were other cleaners closer to me. I told them it was 9'x12' and they quoted me a price; I also chose to have a protectant applied for $60 dollars extra (included in price above). Two men (including super-strong Carlos, who did all the heavy lifting) came during the allotted time frame and quickly rolled up and removed the rug from under our huge and heavy dining room table. Ten days later, they returned it. I had them put it on a different floor, and they had no problem with that. It was gorgeous: no more stains and much brighter in color! The price ended up being less than what was quoted, as the rug was smaller than I'd stated (7.67'x9.75', according to the final bill). I was so delighted, I had them take our second carpet to clean it, too! I had them place both rugs in different spots when they were returned and tried to move the first one myself as the second wouldn't fit where I'd planned; the two guys (Carlos again!) finished moving the first one for me, lifting up furniture to get it in. I really appreciated their professional help; they made it look easy! I would suggest customers measure their rugs before getting bids so they'll know what the price is. I, fortunately, overestimated the size of my rug, but the Ayoub staff measure the rugs themselves and charge only for the actual size, which is great. My only negative comment is that I had thought they were going to contact me 30 minutes before they were to arrive at my home the first time. I had given them both my home and cell telephone numbers. Turns out they did call, but only left a message on my home phone; they didn't try my cell phone when I wasn't home (fortunately, I arrived home before they got there). After I complained, they called me each time to make sure I was home.

Their response was to explain that carpets from questionable sources sometimes emit odors that can be diminished by vigorously airing out the room multiple times for,multiple days. They advised us to try instead of installing a new carpet. In my opinion, Ayoub clearly demonstrated customer interests come first before their own profit interests. This is just another example of why you should do business with Ayoub.

The people who picked up the rugs were on time, knowledgeable and very polite. The work was finished ahead of schedule and the delivery appointment was as equally pleasant as the first. The cleaning and repair work was well done.

Ayoub Carpet Service came when they promised, explained exactly what I could expect. They cleaned a carpet that a previous company could not. Ayoub Carpet Service cleaned a large, ugly dog stain that others could not. I am impressed!

It went extremely smoothly. The gentleman that installed the wood was extremely capable and professional and so were the crew for the carpet laying. They were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. The salesman (Ryan) was there each day, and from the first time we met him in the centerville store he followed up and delivered as promised. I highly recommend this business to all that want to remodel in quality way.

Tthe lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful I gave her the measurement Informed me of the cost Set up date for deleverery The men arrived on time and careful about their shoes- made a few adjustment and placed the pad under the rug I was very happy with their services

I asked Ayoub to clean several oriental rugs. They do a good job. A couple old rugs were so spotted I wasn't confident they could be cleaned. The rugs were returned looking great. The only problem was with delivery of the rugs. The first time delivery was scheduled Aboub cancelled the day before. We rescheduled for the next week and they came during the window they told me they would come.

Service was wonderful beginning with Nancy who answered the phone to the two gentlemen, Ryan and Rooz, who brought back the rugs and laid them out for me. My flokati purchased 45 years ago in Greece had not been cleaned in 15 years and looked very dingy. It is now back to its original cream color and beautiful. The oriental had to be sanitized due to dog issues. I had checked pricing at other companies and Ayoub was very competitive. Receiving the Angie's List deal made it even better. I could not be more pleased!

Wonderful experience. Area rug withstood potty-training 2 kids and 1 puppy, it was well overdue for a cleaning. All Ayoub team members were courteous and professional. My rug, which I had cleaned and sanitized, looks like new and the final price came in under estimate and was completed earlier than expected. I will absolutely use them again in future.

Quoted me $1000 to clean 2,000 sq ft of carpet (a 2-hr job). I could not believe the absurdly high estimate, so I called Apex Carpet Cleaning instead and paid them $200 to do the same job.

I have used Ayoub Carpet Service for a number of years. I always ask for Willy because he is extremely conscientious. He does a very thorough job. He pays particular attention to details such as the edges of the carpet. He also spends a lot of time with any stains that are in the carpet to ensure the best outcome. Willy is very careful in his work. I am always pleased with the work that he does, and I will continue to use Ayoub Carpet Service.

Excellent! Actually I called about having a very large Oriental Rug cleaned. There was some old dog chew damage to a small part of the edge binding. I didn't think it could be repaired and had forgotten about it. But the crew who picked up the rug noticed it and said they could fix it. Fix it they did! Can't even tell it was ever damaged. I recommend Ayoub to all my friends and would definitely use them again. Wonderful, professional service.
