Ultimately we did not end up going with this company, but it was very close. Aaron came out (right on time) and did the estimate, and gave me thorough explanations on the work they would do. When he sent the estimate he broke it down 4 different ways to account for the options I was considering. I had a number of questions as I was going back and forth and he answering promptly and honestly - he certainly had the opportunity to be pushy and up-sell, but didn't. We actually went out to the Ayoub showroom in Falls Church so my family could see the samples and it turned out they didn't have them there - but Aaron happened to be there and said he would come back out to our house with the samples if we wanted. Even though we didn't go with them because of price, we came pretty close. I can't say so for sure because we didn't get the work done, but I would have felt confident that they would have done a good job.

Ayoub was prompt and professional in pick-up and delivery of the rugs. The cleaning and repairs were well done and the pricing competitive. The only problem was that when the largest rug was rolled out, there was a large wrinkle/crease across most of the width of the rug. We were told that once flat it would smooth out, but it did not, so we called to have it fixed. Ayoub was very responsive. They picked it back up quickly, and needed to some time to try various techniques to smooth the creased area before returning the rug. The crease was largely removed although there was still a smaller an area with a light fold visible. Again, we were told that this would smooth out over time. It's really much improved, but we have put some heavy books on that area and are hoping for the best, i.e as crease free as the rug was prior to cleaning. Again, Ayoub was generally great, but their process created the crease problem and the unanticipated loss of the rug for about ten days was inconvenient, especially as we were entertaining guests. As a result, I'd have to say we would not use them again.

Very well! The stains had been there for a while, and it was very glaring when they picked the rug up, now, you would REALLY have to look to find a faint stain, I am very pleased! They also repaired a small persian rug, beautiful job!!

Fabulous! The two workers from Ayoub were polite, professional, and did an excellent job. They left no corner unclean. I could not have asked for anything better. Yes, I would have them do work in my home again.

Excellent from start to finish. Dave Hill in Falls Church office responded with an estimate early Monday morning after I requested an estimate from their website the previous night. Gave me a number of options that week; work was completed Friday in about 1.5 hours. Stewart did the work; he was outstanding. Called home and cell when he was inbound and 30 minutes away. Got in, scoped the work, got it done quickly and expertly. Was able to also do the stretching, which I'd forgot to discuss in my estimate request. I will call them again for any repairs, and consider them for carpet replacement.

Excellent work on my oversized sofa with five very large pillows and two small ones. Their staff is excellent: Manager Ray, Customer Service representative Nanci, and technician Marco.

Work was done on time and looks/smells great. More impressive was follow up by lady in office to get me a firm price and scheduling for the job. Went out of her way to look up square footage of house in order to provide firm price over the phone Even though the pricing was a bit higher than other estimates, I went with Ayoub because of their almost perfect reviews on Angie's List. I am glad I did.

5x7 wool carpet 10 years old, never been professionally cleaned. Pet dander needed strong cleaning. Results like new!!

The job was done efficiently and well. The staff was personable and explained the choices and job well.

An exceptionally positive experience from start to finish, beginning with expert and honest advice about carpet durability and price when we first walked into the showroom. We were on a tight deadline, wanting to get new carpet in place before the moving trucks arrived, and the entire team did everything necessary to get the job done AHEAD of the first estimated installation date (which was already very ambitious). Dave was particularly helpful, managing the process from measuring through to prompt installation. And of course, the carpet was installed professionally and looks fantastic.

Needed stairs and a bedroom cleaned. Bedroom with pet stains and Rene very honest saying cleaning would not take care of problem. Carpet needs to be replaced. I appreciated his truthfulness and not taking my money to clean the carpet for a temporary fix. Stairs came out perfect.

Charlie Ayoub was my salesman. He is a straightforward person, easy to work with, and knows carpet. The selection, ordering and scheduling went well. The surprise came when we realized that two closets in the room to be carpeted were build after (on top of) the original carpet was installed. With a LOT of effort the installation team was able to work the new carpet under the closet walls. They went above and beyond what would usually be expected of them. The carpet looks and feels great.

As usual, Ayoub took great care with the rugs. One rug had been left outside and was wet, with leaves all over it. Ayoub squeezed the water out, took the leaves off, and then rolled it up and put it on their truck. It came back looking like new. I was not surprised. My mom and I have used Ayoub for more than 30 years for Orientals and any quality rug that we have. They are the best.

This was an excellent experience with a very professional cleaning crew. I'm afraid I do not remember the name of the 2 gentlemen who did the work, I was caught up in moving frenzy and did not stop to write this review immediately after the work was completed. The level of clean they were able to achieve was truly amazing, and over the next couple months leading up to settlement, the stains did not resurface as so often happens. Within a couple hours they transformed the appearance of the wall to wall carpet in our home, erasing stains that previous big name carpet cleaners were not able to budge. These men were courteous and professional, no up selling additional treatments or services, as had happened with previous companies. I recommend this business highly, it was an absolutely wonderful experience with a great out come at a reasonable price.

Ayoub sent me a team of two men. The team showed up on time and worked continuously until the job was completed (about 3.5 hrs). When they left, the carpet looked clean and fluffy again, without a wrinkle or bunch anywhere. The men were very professional. The initial quote was a little higher than I expected, but it was worth it for the punctuality and end work product.

This is a second time we hire Ayoub Carpet. They did an outstanding job in very short time. The initial assessment and quote were made on a Friday (2 days after I asked for estimate visit). Installation was performed the following Monday (2 days later). They removed old carpet and found tile underneath it. In short time, they managed to obtain the necessary glue and material to clean the tile. The team, their manager and office manager were coordinating together and with us professionally. The full project was completed within less than 3 hours (with the delay to obtain material for the tiles). Every single member was very professional and they did an exceptionally great work.

We called Ayoub to get an estimate for how much it would be stretch our upstairs carpet in a few rooms and a hallway. They gave their hourly fee and it was very reasonable so we scheduled an appointment for the following week. The technician- Steuart- called 20 minutes before our 3hr window to let me know he would be there in 30 minutes. He had me show him all the problem spots and then he got to work right away. It only took him 2hrs to do three bedrooms and a hallway. It all looks amazing and I am so happy with the entire process.

They provided me with a quote over the phone, gave me an appointment within one week. The technician came, moved the furniture, completed the work with 3 hours and it looks as good as new. The area was cleaned properly with no debris left. The area that was re-stritshed was approximately 1500 square feet across 3 rooms and a hallway.

In February Ayoub cleaned our carpet and applied stain protectant. It looked beautiful. A month later a glass of red wine was spilled and stained the carpet badly. Marco and Olvin from Ayoub came out the next day and got the stain out, thanks to their knowledge and skill, and the stain protectant!

Better than we anticipated! We didn't realize that they could clean the armchairs in our home, so we asked them for an estimate for that when we came to do the carpets. They then were able to do the chairs while at our house and wow! They look brand new.
