Description of Work: I used them 8 years ago. They did several rugs for me, some did not get very clean. They rolled up the carpets and layed them back down for me (very nice). They were prompt in cleaning and delivering the carpets. The orientals were not damaged, but some did not look clean. I used regular rug shampoo on them and they looked a lot better after that. I thought they were expensive for what they did.

Description of Work: They cleaned six Oriental and other rugs of varying sizes. They picked them up at my house in Falls Church and delivered them back to me after cleaning. They repaired a tear in one of the rugs. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The rugs look great. They were able to do the pick up and drop off on the weekend, which was important to me. It wasn't inexpensive but I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Picked up and cleaned two 8x10 rugs. We were satisfied with the result. No noticeable damage to the rugs. Rugs were generally cleaner. Rugs were not stained or overly dirty, so we cannot confirm level of cleanliness.

Description of Work: Right after they delivered my rugs they lowered their price to $200.00. I bought in at their special at $260.00 . One rug was 10x14 and the second was free according to the ad which said one 9x12 and the second the same or smaller free. My second one was only 5x8. $205.00 was added on for protective film ..but to add on $230.00 because the first rug was larger..seems they might have taken the difference between the two and charged much less. Very disappointed.

Dear Member, We are completely confused by your response as our special clearly states that you can clean 2 8x10 rugs for $260 (or second rug of equal or lesser value free) We have run this special for over a year and do not nor do we have a special for cleaning a 9x12. We did not charge $205 for protectant or even $230, you were charged $140 for the protectant which is not part of the deal and you approved to have applied to both rugs. Your 5x8 rug was serviced at no charge and your large rug was a 10x14 which you were charged the difference by our standard cleaning charges for the extra square footage, also clearly stated in the special. Please feel free to contact me directly and I will be happy to discuss this in greater detail for you as to how the special works for the service you had requested.
