Description of Work: They did not get the pet odors out the first time but when I called agreed to clean and treat the rug again. The final result was wonderful. It smelled great(no detectable odor) and the running of the color that happened the first time was corrected. | |The staff who picked up and delivered and thoseI spoke to on the phone were all professional and friendly.
