Description of Work: I had to replace the carpet in my basement d/t a pipe bursting last winter. Ayoub Carpet Service had great reviews on A.L., so I decided to try them. | |They were very helpful in the showroom because I had never bought carpet before and didn't know how to choose. They asked me where I was putting the carpet in my house, what kind of traffic I had in that area, what kind of durability I wanted, the price range I wanted to stay within, as well as explaining the type of padding used in basements, etc. I was unsure about colors, so they let me take a sample board home to decide later. I discussed the color again when they came to measure my basement, and I decided to go with the in-stock color (bonus - the stock colors are less expensive b/c they buy them in bulk). The installation team were very professional, and it only took about 3 hours for them to do my entire basement and the steps leading to the second floor. | |I am ecstatic with the results, the price I paid for it, and I have decided to use them again the next time I need flooring. I have also recommended them to several family members in the area who are thinking of buying new flooring d/t my excellent experience with them.
