Description of Work: Cleaned white carpet in Master Bedroom areas including closets. There were 4 areas that had black finger print dust imbedded in front of furniture and several carpet cleaning companies had told me over the phone that they have had no luck getting that out of other customers' carpets and so probably wouldn't be able to help me. Ayoub Carpet Serivice did a FANTASTIC job! They got all traces of the fingerprint dust out of my carpets and they look like new!! I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent job they did.

They picked up the 8 carpets the same day and delivered them back a day earlier than promised. Honestly, the carpets looked brand new--even better than I had hoped. Everything looks great!
Description of Work: They cleaned, repaired (fixed moth damage, bound edges and re-fringed), appraised (in writing) and provided new pads for 8 large antique oriental rugs. Some of the repairs were extensive and none of the rugs had been cleaned in over 30 years. The people all could not have been nicer. Came into the house, moved the furniture, rolled the rugs and took them away. When they were returned they put everything back.

Description of Work: Ayoub Carpets cleaned three area rugs made of wool and five rooms of carpet, as well as two pieces of furniture. They were highly rated in Angies list, so we compared them to two other highly rated companies. they were not the cheapest, and did not come out to perform an estimate. They did offer the full array of services we needed, including in home rug cleaning. they were easy to schedule with. they arrived within the time period given. they finished quickly. the quality of the cleaning was a solid B. the price for the unestimated furniture was very high compared to others who came to estimate. the crew was good and courteous and polite. they did not bug us with detailed questions but finished efficiently.
