+ -1 moreI love the product! and Gavin's patience with my questions, decision-making, and concerns, but would really have liked more promptness of responding to all calls to the company as well as correcting subsequent problems. I think pricing could be more competitive without sacrificing any quality of product, service, or warranties. I'm still considering having installation of a retractable awning. My one regret that has no bearing on Awnings by Clark is that I did not have the fixed canopy extended out further.
Description of Work: Fixed canopy extended over steps to ground.
