Description of Work: American Power Clean showed up promptly in the morning on the scheduled date. They did a great job of washing my siding and the outside of the gutters. I have used them about 10 years ago and once or twice since. I would definitely use them again. They are a bit higher than most on price, as you can see on Angie' List, but the owner, Mike, is very good about keeping his schedule, weather permitting, and they did excellent work.

Description of Work: Power washed wood deck, cement patio and refinished deck with sealant. Wood and cement look clean; did leave a mat on lawn which killed the grass underneath it and some of stain drom deck splashed onto cement underneath, which they tried to clean up but there is still a mild stain; office staff responsive, worker helpful.

Description of Work: The company power cleaned the deck and one week later they stained the deck. Everything went smoothly and the deck looks great. I would certainly recommend this company.

Then replaced a number of boards on back deck as requested, and stained both wooden decks, as requested. Did a very professional and responsive job. Prompt, efficient, and courteous. Description of Work: American Powerclean Inc, cleaned and sealed our deck. We live in a 3 story townhouse, the deck is on the upper second level. They accessed the deck from the outside of the house, they never needed to go through the house. They were on time, efficient and very professional. They powerwashed it and then sealed it two days later. They took care of moving most of the patio furniture and replaced everything as found. The deck looked brand new once they completed the work. We will be using them again this year for the same services.
