Description of Work: American Powerclean power washed and sealed my deck. The sealant color was selected to match the siding and the finished product looked wonderful. The job went just as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Description of Work: American PowerClean uses a special detergent that breaks down the dirt and mold during the process. It really gets rid of the mold and then it stays looking clean a long time. We have a two story single-family house that has gardens on all sides and not a single leaf was harmed. This is the second time we have used them.

Description of Work: Power cleaned, stained, and repaired the deck. My deck was bigger than the deal and there was some problem with establishing I had purchased the deal. Although a lot more expensive then I planned, my deck looks brand new.

Description of Work: Power washed and stained deck. They were in a big hurry from the beginning. Two employees of the owner showed up and quickly powerwashed on such a high setting that it frayed some of the wood. They also made a mess that they came back later with the owner and cleaned up. I was under the impression that the owner would be at least be one of the people doing the work. I'm tired of these small businesses sending workers and not doing any of their own work or at least not showing up while the work is performed. The owner came the next day after the problem had occurred. He said they would sand the frayed areas. They did not. The two workers came back and stained and the frayed wood was still there. The owner came out a second time and looked over the areas and had the men come out and sand and re-do those areas. He more or less made excuses and wasn't apologetic about causing us any inconvenience. Kindness and a good attitude go a long way. I also mentioned that for the time it took them, the price was too high. The end product was good, but I won't go through that again.I will find someone who does his own work, does a good job the first time and has a kind manner.

Description of Work: I don't recall the exact price I paid but this company provides great value and courteous, superior service. They have been in business for about 25 years and have reliable and expert teams that do house powerwashing and deck cleaning and staining, with the homeowner choosing among dozens of stains for the deck. They even cleaned out the gutters for a modest charge. I'll use them again!

Description of Work: Contracted them to powerwash house and deck, then to stain and seal the deck, as well as to replace two sets of deck steps. All the work was done well, with the deck being stained by hand. In addition, they went above and beyond, tightening up several loose railings connecting to the house foundation at no additional cost. These guys did outstanding work for a very competitive price, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who values quality craftsmanship.
