They did a great job.

Perfect. Worker arrived within 3 days of estimate and worked non stop for 6 hours to power wash above areas, a lot of space! He returned the first day the deck was dry and the weather permissible to seal about 4 work days later.

Excellent job. Arrived as expected. Did a great job getting mildew off the house. Cleaned up everything. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

He told me his products were low VOC but they were only VOC friendly. There is a difference.

I completed the whole transaction by e-mail, from the inquiry. Mike Corbett (owner) responded promptly and visited the house and sent a written proposal for the work. Due to my lack of decision making, he put up with several exchanges about the differences between sealing and staining, but he had someone out at the house to power wash within two days of us agreeing to go ahead. The powerwash and siding cleaning was quick and efficient. I had to ask for special attention to the fence repair (but I may have jumped the gun in sending a note about my expectations). I am satisfied with the overall work and timeliness of his work. I've rated the price as "good" but not Excellent as I didn't do alot of comparison shopping, so I'm not sure if it was excellent, but it was fair.

I was impressed because when I first called I got the voice mail, but got a call back right away. They came to my house and looked over what needed to be done. I got an estimate right away. I've had other people clean my deck, but nobody did such a good job.

Mike beat out other estimates I received. Deck was cleaned one day and sealed the next. After cleaning, the deck was very fuzzy and stringy... over 1 inch in length in places. Mike advised it would lay down after sealing, but it did not. Crew was to come out to sand fuzzy places and reseal, but no one has arrived. Hopefully, that is due to the recent rains.

Very reasonable price compared to the other estimate I received. Left deck kind of ''furry'' after powerwashing, but got some large paint stains off that inadvertantly had spilled on the deck. Got to the washing as scheduled, but did not come back to seal the deck and fence until about a week after they had said they'd do it. Since the house was empty waiting for a tenant to move in, it was not that big of a deal. All in all did a good job, and I'd hire them again.

TALKED TO MIKE ON THE PHONE AND DESCRIBED THE WORK TO BE DONE. HE QUOTED A PRICE AND SET A TIME FOR THE WORK. THE WORK WAS DONE ON SCHEDULE AND TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION.

They did a great job. Everything was done on schedule. No plants were harmed as had happened with another service years ago. The price was so good we did more work than we had originally planned.

They did a great job and made my deck look like new. They were also very neat. Mike is great and always returned my calls. From first contact to finished deck only took a week and a half, and they even came back earlier than expected to seal the deck. I will definitely be calling them again and would recommend them to anyone.

They did the best job of any company we've had out. We had extensive mold staining, due to trees. They also powerwashed our hot tub cover and all of the wood railings, which I did not think was included in the price. They did a fabulous job. I will have them back next year.

The washing was done in a timely fashion, but due to the rain in June, the sealing wasn't done for a few weeks. It was no fault of Mike's. We were pleased with the end result.

Mr. Corbett was pleasant and professional. In addition to the deck work, we contracted American to paint the outside of our house. The work was done in one day and everything left in pristine condition. All workers were polite and cleaned up workspace before leaving. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will use again in the future.

Very favorable. Despite the diffinculty in removing the previous finish, an obscure and very durable product that I'd cautioned this company about removing, this company persisted in attempts and finally did succeeed in removing enough of the old finish that the new finish covered satisfactorily. I was impressed with the patience of the owner, Mike Corbett, despite the greater-than-anticipated problems, and with the patience and care that his crew took in sanding and applying the new finish around some delicate parts of the deck like rope-lighting that could easily have been damaged. I also greatly appfreciated that Mike did the job exactly when he said he would and then, after the initial problem with the old finish, returned to complete the job exactly when he said he would. And the price, which initially was competitive, went up by only $100 for all the extra work, which was less than I would have expected

Mike arrived with his crew and had a professional manner. I think they did a thorough job, and completely removed the algae from our detached garage and side of house. I probably could have gotten the work done cheaper but they seemed reliable, professional, and committed to doing a good job. I may bring them back to do our deck.

Both the estimate and the work were performed on time, and the work was very satisfactory. We would certainly use this company again.

Did a very nice job, but left the grill and table/chairs in the middle rather than putting back in place. Price was reasonable, and they did the job and left without even knowing they were there.

Polite and proper quotation of price. They took into account weather when showed up to do the job and called first. They came when they were expected, and they did what appears to be a very good job.(Bottom line will be how long it holds up.)

IT IS AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY. I WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE. I RECOMMENDED THEM TO EVERYBODY. I HAVE ALL MY FRIENDS USING THEM. THEY SEND THE SAME PERSON EVERY YEAR. THEY ARE REALLY POLITE.
