The work was performed quickly and professionally. The price we paid was exactly what we were quoted on the phone. I was surprised that we could get the railings cleaned and painted so inexpensively (only $75 - part of the total price of $325). The work looks great. We had a stager come to prepare our house for sale and she commented on how nice the outside looked with bright steps and siding.

I was very pleased with the quality of the job. Mike was pleasant to deal with and very professional. He suggested the stain color and gave us very good advice. His workers were meticulous and neat and our deck looks better than ever. They replaced a warped and uneven board and secured a side rail that was loose. They cleaned up the place very well and there was no stain left on the siding or the slate patio below as in previous jobs by other companies.

The estimate was fair and reasonable. The work was timely done and excellent in all respects. I would hire this company again.

The man powerwashing continued even though it was raining and completed the job after approx. 7 hours. The sealing had to wait until the rain stopped and the deck dried but there was no rush and it was done as soon as weather permitted. Overall the service was excellent and the firm is definitely recommended.

Happy overall with the experience. Cleaned the deck well. However some of the dirty residue from the powercleaning got on the house and door and some deck furniture- cleaned those areas off myself, not a huge deal. Missed stain removal on a few boards, but corrected the problem when asked. Pleased that a few boards that needed to be nailed in were taken care of at no extra charge. Needed the stain applied to the deck before an event- didn't finish the job until the day before (which was a little close for comfort, especially if it had rained) but luckily it ended up fine. Called Mike w/ issues that came up and felt he was very responsive and took them seriously. Powerwashing and painting went well. Price was good compared with estimates from another company. Overall thought it was a good experience, will use him again.

They were fabulous and I was really happy with them. I will definitely use them again. They cleaned everything up afterwards and it was beautiful. They did a great job.

I called them on Friday September 4; got estimate over the phone of $275 after giving them basic info about house; they came the following Friday; since it was raining they called me first thing in the morning saying they might have to reschedule; rain stopped and they got the job done that day; they went ahead cleaned my driveway as well as front and back stoops for free (not included in the estimate); they did it the job while I was at work and slid the invoice under the door.

I called them on a Friday afternoon. They came out Monday while I was at work and left me an estimate. I called back and accepted the proposal, and they came out and did the powerwashing and stripping within the week. Early the following week, they came back and stained the deck and left their card in the front door. It was perfectly painless.

Called, for estimate, and got a date for the following week. Mike and Jose showed up before 10 am as promised. They walked around the house, moved deck furniture, and covered the fish pond with plastic. Mike left, and Jose got to work. Using a chlorine solution, he pressure-washed the siding. There was some mold or algae on the front of the house, and the pressure-washing got rid of it. Jose then rinsed the siding. Took under an hour. Great job. They took care of our property, and took special care not to harm the paint on the brick lower level. Definitely worth the $300, compared to doing this ourselves. And we didn't have to be there for the service, they do the work, and leave an invoice to be mailed.

The two man crew did an incredible job! They arrived on time and worked steadily and diligently - and didn't call the job done until every piece of the project was done perfectly. When they finished, everything looked brand new - not a sign of dirt, mildew or mold to be seen. They didn't just clean "around" things - took care to move things out of the way so that they didn't miss a spot. Impressive! I only wish I had done this sooner!

They came one day to power wash and said they would be back to paint when there was no rain in the forecast. They came back about 10 days later and the job was done. Simple.

They also cleaned our storage shed which matched the house plus the concrete tiles in front of the garden shed. This was all done on their own without my requesting the extra work.

Went well. Mike came personally for an estimate and to hear all of our concerns/questions. The work was actually done while we were away for the weekend. The work was done just as we discussed, and care was taken not to damage the screening. Mike's professional observations were right on, direct and honest. The deck cleaned up nicely - including some nooks and crannies. Would certainly use this company again.

Mike Corbett answered my request for a quotation within 3 days. He came to the house on a particularly inclimate day to give me a quote. The price was fair, so I requested that his company do the work. Within 5 days, his worker arrived as scheduled and worked 7 hours continuously to complete the job. It was raining the day he worked, so I was doubly impressed with their work ethic. Four days later they returned and sprayed the wood sealer/preservative to complete the job. We were very pleased with their work. I would recommend this company for pressure cleaning decks.

The worker who came to powerwash the deck arrived early and was courteous and professional. He began working methodically and diligently (stopping only for lunch), until the job was completed. I was amazed by his work ethic and his results. Mike said that the worker had been with him ten plus years and I could see why. The sealing occured when I was away, so I have no comment on that. Mike told me to check it after a week and see if job was ok. and promised to come out if I needed any touch-ups, etc. After the last week or two of heavy rain, I have a lot of data and no complaints. I was very pleased with the job and will certainly do business with Mike again. Mike had also suggested that I also get my brick porch and sidewalk powerwashed for a nominal amount ($30). Once again I was stunned by the job. My fifteen year old brick porch looked new, as did the sidewalk. Anyone interested in prepping their house for sale should definitely consider this type of cleaning.

I had a great experience. When I called and left a message, they returned my call within an hour and scheduled the work a few days later. I often have trouble getting contractors to commit to doing work in a timely fashion because my little townhouse is a small job. Too often, they try to leave me to fit in whenever a bigger job finishes early. I've waited literally months for painters to show up! When APC had to reschedule because of all the rain we've had recently, they let me know right away and only postponed by one day. The quality of the work was great and their professionalism was first rate. I'd recommend them anytime.

No problems, good communication. Mike called me to change the day of the washing due to wet weather. Workers were careful of my shrubs and plants.

Did a beautiful job. Deck looks like new. Mother nature played havoc on them as after the deck was washed, they had to wait over a week for a dry day as it rained for many days in a row.

They were scheduled to come around 10-10:30 AM, but did not arrive until mid afternoon. They promptly began cleaning, and performed the services to my satisfaction.

I called on the morning of May 4 and left a message with Mike to request service. Mike returned my call in the afternoon and was able to schedule the job for May 6. I didn't have to be home when the job was done and an invoice was left in my mailbox. My patio looks great!

They did a fabulous job! They are a wonderful company. We used them in the fall of 08, and were very pleased with the results. We had to call them in March of 09. They came promptly and fixed our small problem that was due to the winter weather. They did not charge us, and we will always use them again!

I called to receive a quote to power wash my front stoop and rear patio. I received a call back from Mike on Saturday, and he called me again on Sunday. Appt was scheduled for Wednesday. I didn't have to be home for the work, so I didn't see them do the procedure. The quote that I received was the minimum. A little high, but the work was completed in the time quoted and the bill was left in my mail box. Patio looks brand new, maybe even better!

Everything went very well. He was efficient and did the work quickly. He did a great job and made the process simple for me.
