Power washing of house was great; however, many nearby plants/flowers were damaged by bleach (apparently they didn't water them down very well beforehand). Hydrangeas were particularly affected. Siding and trim looked very clean afterward. Power washing of deck was acceptable for the most part, but they did a very poor job on many of the areas I wanted them to spot clean (lesson learned - next time, get whole thing cleaned). More than half of my deck & screened enclosure was stained/sealed last year & I wanted the rest of it completed. They did a fair to good job overall. Several areas were missed, some of which I saw/pointed out when I got home from work & found them still working (~6pm). Apparently they arrived at 1pm. The job was completed around 8pm. I was expecting them to arrive earlier, but it wasn't a big deal. After they left, I noticed several more small areas that were missed. I also noticed they had stained areas that weren't properly cleaned, thereby sealing in mold/dirt stains. Stain was applied to some areas more heavily than others. Much of the wood was very weathered & had never been stained/sealed (approx. 5 years). This means it soaked up the stain like a sponge & needed at least one heavy coat (another lesson learned - ask for two coats on previously unstained/unsealed wood). They did a good job protecting my spa, patio, etc. from stain splatter/drippings. It's very difficult to tell if the patio was properly cleaned; it looked virtually the same. I was also not impressed with the patio sealing. Combined cost for cleaning & sealing the patio was $200, which I will never pay anyone to do again. It was a complete waste of money & the most disappointing aspect of the whole job (NOTE: They took a whole 10 minutes to apply the sealant). I will probably hire them again to power wash my siding, but I'll have to think twice about asking them to do anything else.

I called and left a message. Mike called me back the same day. He came the next day and mailed me an estimate. We agreed on a time for the work. I ran into a conflict and called him back. He changed his schedule to accommodate me. I originally thought his price was high. However, I was home when the work was done. The area was quite dirty. It took one worker five hours to complete the job. The worker did not take any breaks and was working constantly. I now think the price was fair.

They did a great job with the cleaning and worked with us to come up with the least expensive service necessary. We had no problems and would recommend them.

We did not need to be home during the spot cleaning or the sealing. There was no evidence of any mess from the job. Items we had for gotten to move away from the fence were moved gently and not disturbed or broken. The fence looks GREAT. I would definitely hire them again.

The company did arrive on the appointed date, but called with an apology and arrived the next day. Three sides of vinyl siding was power washed as was the garage door and vinyl trim on the brick front of the house. The front of the house was unexpected. A wooden deck and gazebo were power washed with excellent results. Mike advised low pressure would be used on the gazebo as not to damage the screens. A few days later they returned to re-seal the deck and gazebo. All work was very thorougly done. The workers had the foresight to hose down slate patios to prevent stains from any deck resealant that spilled over. I will exclusively use this company in the future for these services. Note, I did not solicit other bids on the work since the company was "A" rated on Angie's list, but the rates seem reasonable based on other estimates received from unsolicited fliers and advertisements.

The service was performed very well and with no surprises. I used this company often and they always perform consistently well.

It was a great experience from getting the estimate a few days after initial contact to the work performed. The person from American Power Clean arrived hours ahead of schedule and began working right away. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results. Our house looks brand new. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

This is the third time I have used the company. They do a good job and are responsive.

The Powerwash job was excellent. The first attempt at staining the deck did not go so well. We had a significant rain the same night the deck was stained. Much of the stain washed off, left splotches, etc. I called Mike a couple of days later and he quickly responded - came out to survey the situation, and had the crew back the next day to re-stain the deck. The second time was the charm, and many rain showers later the deck looks great!!

Did a great job, concrete looks new again. Arrived on date indicated, were a little late but they called to tell me so. Told me when I called initially what date they would come, and they showed up on that date. Very professional, high-quality work.

We spent about $350 on that job. It rained right after they finished the work, so I called them back and told them that my concern was that it hadn?t dried in sufficient before it got wet and they actually came back and re-did it at their own expense. I thought they did a fantastic job in terms of standing behind their work.

There were two things that impressed us. It was a fair price and he had to coordinate the work while we were staying overseas. This was all set up over email and he was very responsive, helpful, and easy to work.

The price was very good. They came out on the day they were supposed to come out and called us back. The finished product wasn't overwhelming great, it was adequate and the service was good.

They were very prompt and did the job. They cleaned the deck very thoroughly when they came out in June, but they used a level of power that was too much. It was the first time that the deck was sealed and coated after it was built. The deck had been built about 3 years back and it had been in nice shape. The wood was totally smooth when they started and every single piece of wood on the deck had splinters everywhere. The deck was beautifully done. It was clean and looked nice. Their work ethics were nice and they worked on time. They did it exactly when they said they were going to do the work. They worked hard, but they basically ruined the wood. I didn't call them probably until the end of August, as we were in the middle of planning for my son's wedding in July. The person in charge told me that he would have somebody come out when I finally called them. He said that he would sand the railings and other stuff so that there wouldn't be much problem with the splinters. He also told me that they would replace the wood on the railings if I felt that it was necessary. He did come out as he said. He actually said that his team was going to come out, but he himself came out. He did sand some of it and the places that he sanded are better, but he didn't sand the whole deck. I didn't expect any green stuff on the deck again, but there was green stuff already growing on the deck at that time. My deck is completely in the shade which is a problem, as there would always be mold unless it's treated. So, he told me that he will come back to redo it and clean the deck again. I told him that I wouldn't have the deck if he does super power again. We are having it treated, but it's not keeping the green away and I thought that the product that they used wasn't supposed to do that. So, he told me that the green is on the top and there's no way to prevent it although we didn't have any problems until they came out and treated it. However, he was very nice and willing to do anything he could to make things better. His people had left it and there's no way that he can really repair it without rebuilding the deck. It was really nice dealing with him, as he explained everything. He was very thorough and he responded immediately when I called and complained. He also responded quickly when I called and asked him for an estimate. He came out to give me an estimate. He also spoke about their process and their people. He told me what it was going to be like and what I needed to do, as moving the deck furniture would have been a problem for me and they usually don't do that. He told me that it wouldn't be a problem and told me that he would have his people to do it. They did it and that worked out fine. I had also moved everything out of their way. They also did my back steps. Everything looked beautiful, but you could feel the difference once you touched it. The wood is never going to be the same although they did a nice job and it looked nice. It would have been a different thing if it wasn't a new deck. Their price was good and very reasonable. It wasn't the lowest price, but they had a good reputation and so, I decided to go with them. They were less than half compared to other companies that gave me estimates. The guy who I dealt with was extremely responsive. He didn't complain or say that it wasn't his teams fault. So, it was very good from that perspective. My overall experience was very good except for the fact that there were splinters all over the deck. However, I wouldn't use their services again.
