I would definitely use them again and recommend them. An honest company hard to come by.

They powerwashed on a Tuesday - we had a run of a few good days, and that Friday the sealing was done on the deck and fence. They used Olympic Max toner w/the Honey Gold tint, which is gorgeous on the new wood, and even the fence looks terrific. I know there are more expensive products out there that folks have recommended, and while I would probably get better UV protection using a solid color, I have yet to see a color I thought looked nice. So, while I may have to get my deck done a little more freqeuntly due to the southern exposure, I'm happy to have them come back periodically for the upkeep. I thought the price was extremely reasonable for the size of the deck and they were very easy to deal with.

I am very pleased with them. He had done it before a couple of years ago. They first time he came I was not pleased with the way it was done. I called Mike and they immediately returned and did an excellent job and made it right. I have referred him to other people and he does excellent work. I am very happy with them. He does a good job. I live in a townhouse and he doesn't mess up anything with the neighbors. They clean up after themselves. His price was competitive.

Overall the work was done on time as requested and the workmanship was as expected. I would use the company again.

Great job. Work was very professionally coordinated and done in a very neat manner. There was some mix up with the tint for the deck, but this was promptly corrected very cordially. Was given a 2 year warranty on the work.

Outstanding. This is a professional outfit and they did it right. It rained after they did the intial cleaning and they waited until conditions were right to finish the job. I will use them again. Several friends have seen the deck work and have said Wow! A neighbor came over and looked at the result and called them the next day to do his daughter's deck.

They came on time and did what they said they would do. It was a pretty good job. There were a couple of places where the sealant looked a little thin but that could have been the wood. The one thing that was a little annoying was they removed a couple of metal brackets from my deck that held on my window boxes and one of them was hard for me to find after they left. I thought it was gone completely but eventually I found it down in the tall grass. I wish they had been more careful. I will probably look at other companies next year when I have this done again. I wish there was a " maybe" or "not sure" box under "Hire again?" above.

First we had them do the deck clean and seal and the power washing work. their bid price seemed in line with others. We were pleased with this work and asked them for bids on the front porch and garage door work. Though the prices for the second set of work seemed to be on the high side, we were so pleased with the first work, that we decided to go ahead and have them do these items too. They did an excellent job on this second set of work too.

I did everything via telephone for cleaning and sealing my deck. Left a voicemail and received a prompt call back. Played phone tag for awhile but eventually discussed the job on the phone and he just happened to be in the area and went and took a look. Called me back that afternoon with the estimate. Completed the job within the next week. I never saw them but the work was superb. Deck looks brand new (It's three years old). I'd use these guys again.

Work was done well. Some of my plants around the deck were "power washed" too. Most survived but a few didn't. I was surprised how the power washing on the deck made the railings rough but they were fine after they were sealed. Customer needs to be flexible with the scheduling; both jobs (washing and sealing) were done within about a week.

A beautiful job at a reasonable price! The driveway looks better now than it has in over ten years.

They did a great job over a relatively short period of time (2-3 days) and I was extremely pleased with the work and I thought the price was very fair. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors.

I was satisfied with the work. They are prompt in getting back with me and they show up when they say they will.

Very good. Our deck was very dirty and afterwards it looked almost very new. I accidentally forgot to leave the water on for them (garden hose) and they came back later that week without any problem. The sales rep/project manager was great to work with.

They came when they said they were going to come and they did an excellent job. When it was going to rain and they couldn't do it, they put it off but kept in touch with us. We were very pleased with them.

I called them on a Saturday afternoon and left a message to request an estimate. Mike returned the call on Sunday evening to say it would cost $350 for the power wash and sealant of our 416 square foot deck. After seeking other bids and finding the price was comparable, I decided to go with American Power Clean since they had the most positive ratings on Angie's list. Once I offered him the job, he scheduled it for four days later. The worker arrived and did the pressure clean over several hours on a Wednesday. My husband was there for most of that time, then left while the worker was still there. I returned after work to check on the final appearance. The wood looked much better after the pressure wash, but the worker had not completely turned off the water, so there was a small stream coming from the spigot and a puddle had formed on the deck in that area. I let the owner know this and he apologized. They returned on Friday to apply the clear sealant. That greatly helped the appearance of the deck. I liked the company's responsiveness -- they returned calls pretty quickly and were able to have the job done within days of being offered the job. My only quibble is with the water spigot not being completely turned off when they left.

I had a complaint about one area of the house and they came back and addressed that. They did a good job and I would use them again.

I gave this company an overall "B", but I would use them again. I called and explained that I wanted my deck to be resealed and set up an appointment. On the scheduled date, they failed to show. I called the office and was told that their employee was running late. I waited for another hour and still no show and no phone call. After a little over a week, the company called me to set up a date for the service??? I was a not very happy at this point . I explained what had happened and stated that I was in the process of scheduling someone else to do the work. They said there must have been some type of mix up and asked for another chance. They came right out and completed the work in a professional manner.

Prompt, courteous, professional. Would and will use them again.

Outstanding, Mike came out on schedule to look at the house, gave me a fair price and said the crew would be out the next day to do the washing. He said they would let the decks dry for a couple of days and then return to seal them. All was accomplished as stated and the results are excellent, the house is sparkling clean and the decks look great.

The overall process was great. Mike came out and gave us two options for cleaning and sealing. Once we booked the job, his team arrived on time to do the power wash and came back a few days later to stain and seal. The job went very smoothly.

It did not go well. Owner Mr. Corbitt sent a worker to my home to powewash my deck and gazebo. When it dried it was clear something was not done correctly. My deck andgazebo took on a striped appearance with individual boards loosing varying amounts of color/dye. Mr. Corbitt came back to look at the deck but disclaimed all responsibility for damage. He took pictures while there but later did not return my phone calls. Initially, I was not sure what caused the damage to my deck/gazebo. After talking with some people who work in the field I was assured that the powerwashing was the most likely cause of the damage. This deck and gazebo were built in 2005 and 2007 respectively so they are relatively new and cost over $22,000 to build.
