They did a good job. Overall, it went fine. They did exactly as to what they said that they would do and at the price they said that they were going to do for. They came out when they said that they would.

American PowerClean Inc. did a great job on my siding and my deck. They were pretty dirty but it looks great now. They also stained and sealed my deck as well. It looks like it's brand new. It wasn't contracted but they also cleaned the walkway to my place for no charge. That was pretty cool. They were pretty responsive and did the work pretty quickly. I thought the pricing was reasonable. Overall, I give them an A- for the work that they did and I would use them again or recommend them to someone else.

Had some limited mold on my house siding and they did a very complete and thorough job of cleaning. Have used the before, will probably use them again but price is a bit expensive. Only complaint is that the compressor was placed on my front yard during work and next day I had a patch of dead grass about 2x2 ft. I would recommend that they place a piece of plywood under the compressor next time.

Since I couldn't be home when the work was to be done, they asked I make sure one outside faucet could be turned on from the inside of the house. When I drove up I couldn't have been more pleased. The house not only looked like new again, but the north side was no longer green. They were courteous and very easy to work with over the phone. I will certainly use them again.

Work was completed on time and at the rate promised in the estimate. Our siding looks great! Contractor contacted me several times in the week leading up to the work being done with updates on the schedule, which was affected by the weather. The owner is friendly, professional and proactive in his customer service. I would definitely consider using them again.

I was very happy with Mike McCorbett of American Powerclean. He was easy to reach, an idealist and low key. He is fabulous. He had a fair price and you get a good value. He does what he is supposed to do and does not leave a mess. He is prompt, responsive, accommodating and works around my schedule.

It wasn't a big job. They came and did it. I was satisfied with the results. I have never had a deck power washed and stained so I don't have anything to compare it to but time will tell.

Mike, the owner, met with us and helped us select the proper stain and color. He was extremely helpful and easy to work with, along with being prompt for his appointment. His crew arrived when promised, did very good work, were neat and cleaned up. They even cleaned part of the house siding that abutted the deck, which was not part of the contract (so they went above and beyond...). Overall, I would highly recommend this company, and feel that we definitely got our money's worth. Very professional.

They did an excellent job on the deck. They wet down my stamped concrete patio underneath and covered it with a tarp before they did the sealant. Moved my potted plants back onto the patio when he was done (very nice since they are not exactly light).

I called on Friday to get an estimate and was able to get a quote over the phone. The work was scheduled for and completed on Monday. The whole process was easy because Mike was professional, courteous and kept me in the loop. My house is now nice and clean and not covered in moss any longer!

It was great! They were efficient and performed quality work. I didn't need to be here for the estimate or the work. The porch looked amazing once they were done. I couldn't have been more pleased. He was nice and kept me informed about what was going on.
