They arrived as scheduled, completely all work satisfactorily on time and on budget. Upon follow up, we reported an area that was not quite as clean as others. They came out the and cleaned the area the same week. We've received many compliments on the results of their work.

Once the rain finally stopped and the deck dried, they were very effective in getting things done. :)

There was no quality in the job done. I had used someone else a few years ago and they did a better job. I will not use them in future.

My experience with them was good. The work was not perfect, but they did a reasonably good job. There was a little bit of stain on my siding; in a perfect world, I would have had no stain on my siding, but it was not a huge deal. They were actually pretty responsive, and their price was pretty reasonable. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They came out to the house twice. They sealed the deck last week, and they cleaned the deck three weeks prior to that; it had rained, so they had to wait till the deck was dry before they could seal it. They did a great job. They were very detail oriented and very responsive. We pointed out some areas that we thought were not cleaned well, and they re-cleaned them and showed us how those particular areas were in the shade, and they were actually permanently stained because they would never fully dry out. We were happy with them. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Overall the work went great. I made the phone call and described what I needed done. Mike came by promptly and gave me an estimate of how much the work would cost. After I agreed to the estimate he came by and powerwashed my deck and patio. It was almost a month before there was another dry day to apply the sealant to my deck and patio but the work was outstanding. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I was extremely pleased with American Powerclean. I called to get an estimate and within 2 days someone came out and provided a written estimate ($200 to power wash deck, $175 to power wash the side and back of the townhome). They were able to schedule the service shortly thereafter (when the weather cooperated). The cleaning made the deck and siding look brand new.

They came and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were on time, punctual and quick about it. They did what they promised. They did what they were supposed to do and they knew what they were doing. I would use them again in the future if need be.

They did ok. After inspecting my house once they left, it appeared that some of the paint had chipped off from the powerwashing.

They were good. They were responsive and professional. I don’t know if their price was the best. I will use their services again in the future.

Contacted them by phone. They came to my house and dropped off an estimate without needing me to be there. Once I accepted the estimate, the work was scheduled over the phone, and completed as scheduled.

The power washing occurred actually a day earlier than scheduled

The work went very well, and they gave me great service. They came when they said they would come, even though I wasn’t there, and did exactly what they said they would do. I was very pleased. They were easy to work with. Once they had set their price, they didn’t change their minds after they saw my deck, which was in pretty bad shape. They were as good as their word and did a great job. They were dependable. Their price was good; I checked around, and their price was very competitive. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were certainly responsive. They came out and cleaned the deck very well but the water doesn’t even beat on my deck. They didn’t put enough sealing down on it. I called them back and told them about that a couple of weeks after. They said that they would come out and put another coat on it but they’ve never done anything. It’s been over a month now and so I don’t know if they would come back. I’m assuming they’re not coming back. The workers that came out to do the job were very friendly and nice. They were courteous and they had all good things about them. The only bad thing was, the sealer wasn’t enough and then they never came back out to do it again. I was really surprised myself that they never turned up especially after saying that they would. I would not recommend them to the others. I’m going to get another quote on it anyway from someone else. Everything was good except the coat wasn’t enough. If they were truly professional, it should not have been that bad. They were highly rated actually. I will not use their services again in the future.

They did a fantastic job and were able to accommodate us in a very small time window between renters moving out and the home being put on the market for sale with very short notice. Mike was very accommodating when we asked about sharing the job with our neighbor. The deck and fence looked remarkably impressive despite it's age. Mike presented to us the colored sealer (very nice honey gold color) he intended to use, but given the home is in Reston and subject to homeowner guidelines for color, he readily agreed to use a clear sealer. NOTE: The house was sold in a very short amount of time, and the buyer is ecstatic about the appearance of the fence and deck. I highly recommend American Powerclean.

They are very highly rated on Angie’s list. They were quick to get an estimate. The work was very quickly done and very well done. We will use their services again in the future.

It took Mike about two weeks to respond to our phone call for an estimate. Once he came out for the estimate we found him to be knowledgeable and were impressed with his suggestions. We agreed on a date to do the power washing. The technician arrived on the date as agreed and did an excellent job power washing the siding and deck. Since part of the deck is screened in he was very careful not to blow out the screeens when washing. Only the outside portion of the deck was to be washed and sealed.. We were out of town when the deck was sealed, but it was done nicely. We expected to use a credit card to pay the bill, as on Angie's List several different credit cards were listed as acceptable. Mike informed us that he doesn't take credit cards and to send him a check. Fortunately, we had enough in our savings to cover the cost. However, we found this inconvenient and would think that it would present a potential problem for others. Since this company does not accept credit cards, we will probably not use them again.

Everything started well - they arrived early on the scheduled day and got right to work. However, even though I received an invoice for all requested services when the work began, the worker was not instructed to clean the deck, so he left after cleaning the siding and gutters. I had to call and ask for someone to come out and clean the deck. Five days later the work was finally completed. The quality of the work was fine, however.
