I am very pleased with the work. They provided a reasonable estimate, showed up on time and completed the job as promised. The deck had not been cleaned in two years and the fence over 10 years. After the job, they both look like new..

Overall very pleased with the service, scheduling, and promptness.

They were professional, arrived on schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. We were working with a deadline, and the owner made sure everything was completed before the deadline. They explained the cost and procedures at the beginning so as to have no confusion at completion. We added a few things and the additional cost were discussed before the work was started.

.They were rofessional and flexible. I hired them to clean and seal the deck. However, when they had finished a section, it became clear that the deck needed stripping first. So they stopped and bid fairly on the additional work. Then they returned quickly with the Safe Strip product and finished the cleaning portion. They returned a few days later to seal. The team consisted of four people for sealing and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was a bit leary that they were going to spray the sealant instead of brushing but the end results looked really good and they subsequent rain proved , with substantial beading of the rain water, that the deck was indeed sealed well.

Thorough and careful job. I was worried about power washing the vinyl siding next to our painted brick because I didn't want someone to carelessly blow some paint off the brick. These guys took the time to be careful and did a fine job. I'd use them again. They even tossed a little extra in and blew the dirt off the second floor balcony.

Be prepared to wait due to weather issues. It will be worth it!

The service was excellent. They did a great job. They were quick. Everything was fine.

1) Used wrong coke 1st time so did it twice. 2) Wasn't ever here long enough to either clean or stain adjusting- in a big hurry! 3) Finish is uneven & dup marks are numerous.

An excellent experience in all aspects

I hate their business model which is you speak with a person who speaks English and you try to convey to them what you want then they send a person out who does not speak English and who are not professionals and who have no lived in houses and do not know how to take care of a house. It's some sort of cultural thing and they are just maximizing their own profit by sending out these people who are not qualified. I had a painter last week that spent his entire time on the telephone so he was essentially a one armed painter and this was supposedly the best painter they had. Two weeks earlier they washed my siding and my sidewalks and there were problems with that effort as well. They power washed the deck also and they were not suppose to do that so now the deck needs to be stained, I just put in the deck a year ago. The business model just doesn't work.

Powerwash driveway, steps, and brick porch. Last year I had the same employee who stripped, cleaned and seal deck. As with last year, he was a hard work as well as being both professional and pleasant. Both times, he did a great job.

When they arrived to pressure wash, they said they didn't do the undersides of a 2nd level deck. After talking with Mike, he agreed to wash the undersides for an additional $50. I also had 2nd thoughts about staining the deck (neighbor aesthetics) and after talking with Mike, agreed to a clear sealant for the same price. I had assumed this would be brush and roller work. The workers arrived at 7am in the morning and were finished after 30 minutes laying tarp and 30 minutes of spraying on the sealant. I don't feel that this was the level of work that was originally contracted for and definitely not worth the $500. I believe I could have hired and electrician AND a plumber for that price! After contacting Mike about my dissatisfaction, he refused to lower the price. Be careful about estimates with this company. Be sure of exactly what is covered and the quality of workmanship that you are paying for.

I used them for the first time. They did a good job, I was satisfied with what they did. I would absolutely use them again in the future if needed.

The contractor was first rate in every regard - estimating, completion of work and scheduling. It well deserves its high rating.

Mike was very prompt to return my initial phone call and was out the next day for the estimate. The work was completed within a week of the estimate. We were very happy with the price since another company had wanted to charge us about the same amount just for the deck. Couldn't believe the difference in the appearance of the deck and fence. Everything looks great! Would definitely use them again.

OVERALL, I GIVE THEM HIGH MARKS. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND DEAD ON THEIR ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. I HAD SOME SMALL QUIBBLES -- TWO STAINS THAT I HAD NOT NOTICED BEFORE WERE VISIBLE ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE AND THEY DID NOT COMPLETELY TURN THE WATER FAUCET OFF IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE SO THAT IT LEAKED UNTIL I FOUND IT -- BUT OVERALL AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

Mike was very quick to come give me an estimate, and the first warmer day (today) came to power wash. They did an excellent job, I was very happy.

Overall the work met my satisfaction, I did not need to be home.

My decks look new again. They did a phenomenal job. They came out and looked at the deck. They came out and did the cleaning first. Then they had to wait because it was raining. They waited until it dried out and they let me know when they were coming back and they did. They cleaned up after themselves. They were professional. They did what they said. They knew what they were doing. At one point they had to reschedule as they had more work than they could handle. They called and asked about the reschedule. Their price was very competitive. The quality of their work was excellent. They came when they said they were going to come. They seemed to know what they were doing. I would use them in the future.

They charged me $2000 for their services. They did a great job. They’re very good. I will use their services again in the future.

The work was done when my husband and I were at work. I received a call back telephone call for the estimate, a call when they arrived at my home and a call when the work was complete. This company is professional and a pleasure to work with because they made the whole process easy.

They were excellent. Their price was reasonable. They did a fantastic job; we were thrilled! Our decks looked brand new once they were done, and our home is about 20 years old. We’re happy with their services.
