Superb experience from start to finish.

Excellent service and quality. Very responsive to quotes, good compettive prices, attention to detail and quality. When I had questions or pointed out any problem areas, no arguments, cheery responses. Very professional.

The deck looks like new. The two men that washed the deck arrived on time and did the job in a timely manner.

The power wash was done very nicely, and done in a professional way. I wasn’t as pleased with the deck, and it wasn’t done in a professional way. I contacted them, and they said that they will come back, and fix the issues. I wasn’t pleased with how the work was done in the first place. He was very nice about it, and said that he would come back, and do it again, but I just decided to not have him back.

Overall, it went very well. Mike Corbett was prompt in providing an estimate and completing the work. His crew did an excellent job on the power washing, especially on the siding and gutters. When it rained only a few hours after the deck was treated I called Mike to ask if he would check to see if the sealant had been effected. He told me he's prefer to send the crew out again to reapply the sealant. As he said he would, he waited until a long period of rain had ended and then called to tell me when his crew would be out again.

First, the deck was cleaned and preserved to my satisfaction. It?s the process and the cost that I?m upset about. Our appointment was set for Friday the 14th and it would take 2 trips to complete the job. We also talked about some caulking that may be required and possible wood replacement. He advertises that work also. On Monday the 10th at 8:00 am there was a pounding and I mean POUNDING on our front door. It was a guy to power wash the deck. He didn?t know anything about anything except to clean the deck, and it was hard to have a conversation with him because his English was not very good. He knew nothing about any caulking. He performed his job in less than an hour and that included our brief conversation. I told him to have his boss call me which never happen. Yesterday (June 12th) at about 1:30 pm I stepped out of the front door to get the mail and some guy walked up to me and handed me an envelope and wanted to know if I wanted to write a check or mail it. I had no idea what he was talking about, his English was worse than the first guy. I finally figured he was there to preserve the deck. What I didn?t realize is the deck had already been preserved. He and someone else with him came to my home did not come to me and just did the work without my knowledge. My wife had left about 45 minutes before I knew he was there. She would have had to run them over backing the car out of the garage. So his visit to complete the job was less than 45 minutes. I talked with the owner this afternoon. He made it clear that is what he charges for townhouses. My deck is 4' X 20' (with no steps) which is about 80 sq.ft. That?s a cost of $53.13 per square foot. Because I was so upset with the process he told me to take off $75.00 and was sorry about how everything was handled. Needless to say he?ll never get a call from me again.

American Powerclean did a very good job. They were very quick, profession and efficient. They did a thorough job and the deck looked wonderful. I would use American Powerclean again. They were no-nonsense. We called them up, they gave us an estimate, they did it, they hit their estimate and did a great job. They were well-priced, and came in with a low bid and hit that price.

We got a great deal on our deck. The power washer measured wrong, but American Power Clean honored the lower price. The workers were courteous and on time. The only issue was no option for stain was given. I did not realize until the day we were scheduled and went with the lighter stain that all the technicians carry. I would have preferred a darker stain, so next time I will make sure to set up the deck color stain when I make the appointment.

Outstanding job a very reasonable price to have our deck and fences looking great before we sold our house. Mike and his crew were prompt, courteous and very meticulous about giving the customer their best work and it showed. Highly recommend them.

My deck and fence were pressure washed on the date given to me. We were having rainy weather but as soon as the weather cleared up, they returned a week later and sealed my deck. This is the second time I have used American Powerclean and as before, they did an excellent job.

They were so good that I am going to use this company now for window washing.

Our front porch had a few rotted wood posts and railings, and the ceiling was mildewed. We had talked to a few other contractors, and both wanted to turn it into a bigger project (replacing wood railings with composite, repalcing flooring, etc.) I found American Powerclean on Angie's List and called Mike. He responded the same day. Within three days, he came out and provided an on-the-spot written estimate for exactly the work we needed to have done. His price was very reasonable. Our porch looks like new. We are so pleased with the work and would not hesitate to recommend American Powerclean others. We hope to have them come back to powerwash and stain our deck soon.

I called Mike for an estimate to power wash and stain our deck and power wash the siding on the house. He was very prompt in providing the estimate, which was reasonable as compared to other quotes received. It was a couple of weeks before the work could be scheduled, but that gave me time to clear everything off the deck (we have a large amount of pots for container gardening of herbs). The power washing was completed in one day and then the rains came. It was a week plus before we had dry weather to facilitate staining of the deck. The workers arrived on time and left the worksite clean upon departure.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the results. The deck looks like brand new! The workman was especailly careful to cover the plants around the lattice work and the adjacent siding to the house. I also liked the 2 year warranty. The office staff is friendly and answered all of my questions factually and completely. I would hire them again.

Mike was very responsive in getting me an estimate. We agreed and his foreman showed up on time and the work was finished within an hour and half. (My house is not too large). Both Mike and Jose were very professional, and answered all my questions. The work was done to my satisfaction. I am considering using them again for some painting. Definitely recommend

American Powerclean came out when they said they would be here and the price at the end was the price we agreed to on the estimate. The house looked great.

His name was Mike Corbett. It was a nice sized deck. The price was higher than I expected but I wanted it done by somebody that had a good reputation. The work looks as if it is going to be fine. He had a good crew here and they did a good job. The deck is 20 years old. The guy operates from a cell phone and sometimes I had to wait to get a return call but it's business and I understood. I had some concerns between the first effort that was done and he was right here to look at it and see what it needed. He made a price adjustment and fixed the rest. It was what I wanted. They were here on the date he gave me. They did a good job and they were communicative. They were good. I don't think the work could have been done any better. I interviewed 2 or 3 others.

The company worked with me to schedule the work and we did not need to be home for it to be performed. The work was completed in stages: deck repair, deck stain, paint fence & power wash drive way. On the first pass, my neighbor's side of the fence and the driveway were missed (I expect that most contracts do not include neighbor's property). The company responded very professionally and completed the work the next day. I would make use of this company again.

The job was done well and the result was a very much improved deck appearance. I had thought originally that I would need to resurface the entire deck and steps or maybe even have a new deck built. This was not the case. American Powerclean was able to selectively replace some of the decking and steps but retain the rest of the deck. After powerwashing and staining it looks great.

Was first given a quote for a price that would power wash deck and fence and seal with a water based sealer. I wanted to use a certain product, which was a oil based sealer/stain (TWP) so I contacted the company. He came out and gave me another quote using my preferred product and advised that the fence, since it was vertical, would be fine with the water based sealer, which would be a cheaper option. They ordered the stain for me in a color agreed upon in advance. They power washed first then returned at a later date to stain. Everything looks fantastic, and even now a year later the deck and fence look brand new. Was happy with the quality of the work and the price, and would definitely use them again in the future.
