Provider was willing to do the wash even though it was in the winter when I requested the service. They arrived on the date scheduled and even though I was not at home when they arrived, they did the work. My house is very clean and all evidence of the mold was gone. The man doing the job indicated he needed to return later in the day to check on some items and did so promptly, They were courteous on the phone when making the appointment, prompt and careful when doing the work, and I would definitely use them in the future.

Performed services as desired. There was some communication difficulties on both of our parts, but Mike was very professional and patient. I had issues of how the initial job was performed, but he articulated and understood the issues very well and we were able to come to a resolution. Mike's professionalism made this project a success.

This was a difficult job due to the deterioration of the previous old Sikkens finish. All the old finish needed to be removed and it was necessary for the crew to sand in addition to the chemical stripping. There was no residual damage to property or plants from the stripping, the decks look like new, and now are sealed in a way that can be more easily maintained.

They did a great job. They were there when I was at work. They house looked like new, and all that I thought needed painting did not, it just needed cleaning.

They came out one day to power wash the deck, and came back a week later due to the weather to stain the deck. The owner Mike was very accessible on his cell phone if we had any questions.

American Powerclean Inc. power washed my deck and completely painted or stained it. I had three estimates for this job and all three companies were from Angie's List. All three companies had lots of reviews and all three had lots of A's. One company gave me an estimate of $1600.00 plus paint. They called me a week later and reduced the price to $1200.00 plus paint. The second company gave me a price of $1200.00 and we never discussed paint. American Powerclean did the job for $700.00 and provided the paint or stain. They showed up on time and did a nice job. In two or three years I will use them again. This was a savings of at least $500.00 compared with the other two companies.

They cleaned and sealed very large deck and deck furniture; and they painted all of the trim on the house. I would have given them an A on quality except that I thought that they did not use enough seal on the deck. The cleaning job and all painting of trim was of excellent quality. The owner was very easy to work with and all of the workers were very professional.

Very professional. Mike was very prompt with an estimate, answering questions and discussing options. We have a unique house with some very high areas that needed to be replaced due to rotted wood. His team was organized, professional, cleaned up each day and at the end. Price was consistent with some other bids.

This company personifies excellence. We love our deck again, thanks to American Powerclean. Mike came out as promised for the estimate. He had excellent suggestions for fixing our deck that was looking very tired and sad. Mike recommended trying several colors to see what worked on our deck. Good advice. The one we picked was one we would not have done, had we not tested ahead of time. We ended up with Behr Wood Chip, which looks great. Their work met and exceeded our expectations, and their price was very reasonable. We have already recommended them to our family and friends who have now asked them to do work.

Contacted for an estimate asking to meet with them to go over details. The person I contacted said they would be by and I said to contact me a half hour before they arrived. Instead of doing this, they apparently came without contacting me and left a card. I received an estimate online and that was the extent of our relationship.

Mike was very responsive and his team was very professional. The house looks great and they were able to get the mold off the siding as well as several window frames. Great job!

Did an excellent job pressure washing everything thoroughly and carefully. We thought that water might get into the house through the windows, but it was not a problem. There was a long wait between pressure washing the deck and then staining it, but this was primarily because we had so much rain and the deck needed to dry before the stain. Once they finally got around to it, they did a great job staining the deck and fixing any loose nails. Looks as good as new. We will use them again.

I tried to do this on my own once before, with mixed results. I couldn't reach everywhere I needed to, and the results were splotchy where I did reach. I left for work just as the crew was arriving at the house. When I returned home they were done and gone, and the only sign that they had been there was that my house looked like it had been freshly painted. The color tone is now even all around. They were careful in delicate spots and worked well on different surface materials. Communication with the owner was excellent both before and after the job.

The owner came out and provided an estimate for cleaning and staining my deck. He also came with a booklet of color options and recommended one based on the current color. He was very nice. His team came on time and were very professional. They performed the job quickly and cleaned up after they were done. I was happy with the service. The results were ok.

Owner was punctual in providing estimate of work, clear on scheduling, and responsive to all requests. One Day One, crew arrived on-time, and power-washed the deck and attached screened porch. They were extremely thorough and careful; professional in all regards. On next scheduled day, crew arrived again exactly on-time and immediately got to work sanding the IPE wood, which must be done very carefully, cleaned it thoroughly, and applied UV stain. All of the work fully met our expectations. UPDATE; The IPE wood did not accept the stain on about 1/2 of the deck, and so it didnt absorb. We had been warned ahead of time the IPE wood is very difficult to work with and that this might be a problem!. The owner came back to check out the problem, personally worked to resolve, and the next day sent back his crew to TOTALLY Re-DO the problem part of the deck, AT NO CHARGE. The deck still took a long time to dry, even in not humid weather, and is not yet perfect, but definitely much better than before! Far and away the most conscientious service-provider we've had in 30 years in this house!

American Powerclean did an excellent job overall in cleaning and applying the stain. Getting it all done in the time frame that we needed took a bit of prompting, but they came through before we had to go on our trip.

Absolutely excellent. This is the second time I have used Mike and his team. The quotation was fast and very reasonable, the workes arrive in force, on time and are very professional and respectful of the property, and lastly, they do a fantastic job. I'm going to continue to use Mike as this is my second time with him and he is very reliable, high quality workmanship.

The communication in getting the estimate, setting up the appointment with the owner was a struggle. It took several tries on my part. I provided the square footage estimate. He provided the estimate over the phone and said he would be out in a couple of weeks. I had to call back to get him to set a date. When the crew showed up to power wash, there was no communication about when they would be returning to stain and seal the deck. So that required me to follow up with the owner -- who finally returned my text message later with a vague "next week." When they did not show up the next week, I texted again and he said they would try to get to it the next week. The finally did show up and finished the job when I was not here to sign off. The deck looks like it could have probably used another coat. All in all, I think it was an ok job, but I probably will not be using the company again.
