The technician was prompt, thorough, cautious with plantings and efficient. The work was done when requested to my satisfaction. I've used them several years in a row and have been satisfied with each visit.

They did what they said they were going to do, they showed up and they told me what the price was going to be and Michael, the owner was on job to inspect. I would use them again. It was a sizable crew that came and did it. I was very pleased.They were high on price but they had a good rating. They return phone calls within a couple of hours. Mike operates at home.

I cannot say enough about how awesome Mike and his crew were to work with. He responded promptly to my request for an estimate and my request for an appointment. He called each evening before my scheduled appointment to remind me that they would be coming the next day and provided an estimated time of arrival. Each time the crew arrived early! They were efficient, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. They required no supervision and we are extremely pleased with the work.

They were awesome at the power wash. I'd hire them again in a minute as everything was done really, really well and fast and it was a good price. we had them also seal the deck. That was ok; the rails were awesome. The deck was ok but a little uneven in the sealing; The painting was ok; professionally done, but there were a couple of spots and it cost more than the estimate led us to believe. overall still, very good company; conscientious and responsive.

The power washing of my deck was performed as scheduled. The staining of the deck was delayed due to the weather. Throughout the delay Mike from American Powerclean kept me informed of when he would be coming which was appreciated. Mike made a special trip to my home after the power wash to evaluate whether the stain I had chosen would blend well with the prior stain. He recommended another stain which blended perfectly. 2 individuals stained my deck; hand brushing the entire deck. They were on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after the job. I was pleased with the service and would use American Power Clean again.

They needed to clean fireplace dust and soot from the ceiling and then put a fresh coat of paint on the ceiling and recessed skylights.

Did an excellent job was very prompt. Definately would use this service again!

Arrived on time and did a professional job

The deck looks brighter and almost new. Their price included all supplies. Three things in particular made the process more convenient. First, they did an estimate by phone when I provided them with the dimensions of our deck. Second, they did the clean/seal while I was at work, saving me a vacation day. I just left the gate open for them. Third, they handled a small repair at minimal cost at the same time they sealed the deck, replacing two squares of wood each about 4 inches across, for an extra $30.

We were very pleased with the entire process. The deck looks great. Our neighbors liked the results so they had their deck done also.

It was great! Mike was very responsive to my questions and concerns as to just what I should do and what product to use. His men came promptly at the appointed time and did a great job. There were a couple of little places they missed. I called and they returned promptly (not once but twice). I found something else after the first time. The company was prompt, responsive, and gave me great service. Thank you, American Powerclean!

The owner, Mike, promptly provided competitive estimate and scheduled service within a week of that time. Their price was competitive but they also provided the additional service of repairing the deck which was a bonus as many other companies who power wash do not do repairs so this was convenient and likely saved us money as well. They arrived on time and were professional and did a great job. Overall, the deck and stairs look great. We plan to use them annually.

Pursuant to a request from my HOA I had to have my fence painted. I contacted three businesses and only Mike Corbett responded promptly and came to my home to provide an estimate for the work on the day that he said that he would. When I got home the estimate was waiting at my door. The job went smoothly but there was a bit of confusion about whether or not the side of the fence that faced my neighbor should be painted. I assumed that it would be painted by his crew did not paint it because it was not painted in the past. When we noticed this, I immediately contacted Mike. I left a message and noticed that his outgoing message indicated that he was on vacation, I expected a phone call upon his return. To my surprise he returned my call promptly (even though is was on vacation). We discussed the issue and it was addressed promplty. It was a pleasure working with his company and I would use his services in the future.

Awesome, very professionally done

Mike with American Powerclean Inc. is wonderful to work with. I requested a quote and they were out within a few days. The price included my choice of Behr semi-transparent seal. After I requested them to do the work, a date was set quickly for the work to be done in about a week. They came out and powerwashed the deck and about a week later came out to stain the deck. It looks wonderful I highly recommend American Powerclean Inc.

Communication from Mike was good. Powerwash was done within a week and left stain charts for me to choose from. They came back for the deck staining a week later after the weather cleared up and did a good job. Prices were in line with other estimates. Would use the company again in the future.
