Dennis was very knowledegable. He showed me a ton of photos of all the minor repairs (mostly caulking and nail replacement) on my 17-year-old roof as well as the condition of each section. He didn't try to sell my on a new roof but advised me to come back in 2-3 years when I should be ready for a full replacement but still within the lifetime of the roof so I get it done before it starts to go bad. Appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. Very knowledgeable guy

American Home Contractors did an excellent job replacing my roof and skylight. The price was reasonable and the work completed in a single day. Roofs are supposed to last for years, so it's difficult to assess how the job will hold up over time. But so far so good.

I had a good experience with American Home Contractors. We had quite a few companies approach us to replace the shingles due to a storm that recently passed by. AHC had a relatively better upfront presentation on all the work that would be performed including samples of what the various upgrades would be. Their prices are very competitive as well. Tyler was very responsive to working things out with me in terms of coordinating with the insurance companies. They handled the conversations with the insurance. Probably the most impressive was the the one day turnaround on the new roof. Both my neighbors had theirs replaced too and it took both 3-4 days. Overall, Im happy with the customer service Tyler provided me and the turn around time.

They came on September for a roof tune up which included minor repairs. The roof didn't have any leaks back then. They officially applied caulk and other regular minor maintenance stuff. The guy Will was very nice and they told me the roof needed to be replaced. They arranged a second visit. This second guy quoted a new roof and left as i told him wasn't interested yet. One week later rain happened and suddenly i detected a leak (for the first time since i moved into my place, the roof was ok before). I called them back and they said they couldn't come but withing the next two weeks. I said how is that possible the first appointment took days but the second one 2 weeks from now? Whatever I waited 2 weeks but on the scheduled day no one came. The first guy Will had a car accident and was off duty. The telephonist and coordinator Monique didn't re-schedule another appointment.. After calling several times they decided to come a week later and this third new guy which was also nice applied some caulk but wasn't 100% sure of the reason for the leak. A week later rain happened and i still have the leak. Don't know what to think about it. I would have never hire this roof tune up if i knew i would have ended with a leak and proposals to change my whole roof.

One of our gutters was beginning to pull away from the house. We hired American Home Contractors hoping they could repair the gutter and help us avoid a major home repair. Dennis Constantino arrived early (after calling to be sure it would be convenient). He was able to secure the damaged gutter, clear out the gutters and do a general inspection. While he was up on the roof, he noticed several other minor items that needed attention. He professionally and quickly repaired those items. He also provided us with pictures of the work done. Dennis was knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

Will Moore from American Home Contractors provided an excellent service. He was punctual, excellent communication throughout the process, and provided valuable insight into what is happening on my roof and gutters. I back up to a wooded lot and their "Gutter Tune Up" service is an excellent value, I will have them out again 2-3 times a year. Don't put this off... give them a call today... you will be glad you did.

Marc came out to do a roof tuneup after we spotted a link following a huge storm. He was punctual, professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also gave me a ton of information that I will use to schedule and plan for additional future work. I’m blown away by the information given and quality of work provided for the low cost of a tuneup! Will definitely use again.

Paul, who was my technician, was very prompt. Even overly prompt ... he was a 1/2 hour early. It surprised me as most contractors are never on time, let alone early. Kudos for that. He inspected my attic space and told me that my insulation was 2" low and there was some water coming in from the roof (we had torrential downpours the previous night). When he inspected my roof, he found a missing shingle, an area where some caulking was needed, and a couple areas to re-secure shingles. He said once he caulked and secured the area, he felt that would solve the water problem into the attic. He did tell me that my roof is showing wear (there was also slight hail damage that I was unaware of), and that my roof should be replaced in the next couple years. When I told him I was the original owner and moved in 1996, he said I got my money's worth on it. I agree with that. He was done with the work within an hour and provided me pictures (both prior and after the work was done). When I am ready to start gathering estimates for a roof replacement, I will definitely American Home Contractors for an estimate. They were honest, on time, and a pleasure to work with. I received a call the day before my appointment as a reminder, which I thought was great customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof work completed.

Work was done on two separate occasions: Initially with Will on 7/18/2018 and followup with Dennis on 8/20/2018. On both occasions the work done resolved my gutter issues. They were neat, tidy, thorough, polite and very professional. Beyond that they were both considerate to my needs and the task at hand, certainly an excellent value for a job well done. I've dealt with numerous contractors that say one thing but don't fulfill their commitment. You won't have those issues with this organization. This is not just blow the leaves out of the gutters. They service popped nails, seal joints, end caps, miter joints, check gutter slope for water flow, clear down spouts, water run off and drainage. This is all part of the gutter tuneup. This is the only company I know of that does all of this for the flat price of $125. This is hard to believe. You'll have to hire them to see for yourself.

Conducted thorough roof tune up. However, attempted to use inspection to garner more business to replace roof by indicating roof shingles are damaged from excessive heat. There are no signs of "heat damage" and we have paid other home inspectors and roof companies to come out which disagree with this companies assessment.

Dennis was timely, professional and extremely helpful! He was very informative and walked me through everything that he did with our gutters or that needed special attention. He also took pictures of every part of the process, our roof, and other things I can't see on a daily basis which truly helped me understand what was going on and what needed to be taken care of in the future. I would 1000% recommend Dennis and American Home Contractors for your gutter services as well as any other type of roofing or siding services you might need.

I have used this company on two occasions and was completed satisfied and impressed with the work done by each workman. Both men was most impressive with their knowledge of the work to be done and were extremely professional in appearance and actions. I am very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again when the need arises.
