He did an excellent job. I initially purchased a gutter cleaning deal through them. When they arrived, Eric informed what I actually need is a roof tune-up. Eric has excellent communication skills and he was very thorough. I will be calling them back to get the roof replaced. I will continue to use them.

Eric was great. He was friendly, on time, went out of his way to show me potential issues, and did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters. There was a misunderstanding with the deal I bought, but Eric and the team at American Home Contractors quickly responded and we were able to find a reasonable solution in a timely manner. I will definitely hire them again.

Eric arrived on time and did an attic inspection (w/photos) and then proceeded up on the roof to look for signs of potential water intrusion points. He was able to seal several locations with a commercial roof sealing product.

I could not be more pleased. They had a GAF rating that was the highest quality available, and did the work to show how they got there with GAF. They were on time, ahead of schedule, and extremely professional. Tyler Griffin was amazing in his knowledge of roofing and the answers he had to questions I had not even thought of to ask. We got our money's worth and more. I definitely recommend them. REMEMBER most roofers are not GAF certified, and those that say they are can't provide the evidence that they have a certification. There are several levels of GAF certification and AHC is the very highest - Master Elite President's Club - and it shows in the work they do and deliver. AHC is on prominently displayed on the GAF website so you know GAF trusts them too.

STAY AWAY! Mark Parrish is the most unprofessional person I've ever worked with.. After the work was done, there was SEVERAL issues that needed to be repaired, Mark scheduled THREE follow ups and he had THREE NO SHOWS. The actual guys that did my roof appeared in an unmarked van, with no company logos or anything. After the last no show, Mark said he would be coming to collect the remaining balance. I asked Mark Parrish to show proof they are certified roofers with insurance, he made a scene in front of my neighbors saying "you're just being ridiculous". Mark Parrish represents himself as the "Project Manager" but after talking to the owner he's just a salesmen. The owner called me after the incident with a bad attitude until I told him all of the details. By the end of the call, he even told me he wont apologize but Mark was wrong

We needed some minor repairs done to our roof - sealing of some exposed nails and securing a loose part of the ridge. American Home Contractors offered a full roof tune-up for a very reasonable price (much more reasonable than any other roofing company we contacted) and the tune-up covers these minor repairs. My experience working with them was exceptional. Marc Burkett was the technical that came out to complete the tune-up and he was incredibly friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He did arrive a little late, but he communicated this to me through the main office before his scheduled arrival time, so it was not an inconvenience at all. Upon arrival, he asked if I was having any issues and explained the tune-up process. He did exactly what he said he would do and upon completion, walked me through the inspection report, and told me what repairs he made and showed me pictures. The entire process took about 1 hour 15 minutes. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend this company and Marc to anyone in need of a roof inspection or service.

They did nothing because I refuse to deal with an inept person, but I don't know how they ever got the ratings that they have on Angie's list given my experience.

Jeff Waltos of American Home Contractors did very thorough inspection on my Attic. Mr. Waltos was also very polite and courteous. I am very satisfied with Mr. Waltos?s professionalism and his works.

Marc was prompt, professional, and took the time to clearly explain to me what I wanted to know about the roof. Too soon to tell if all of the repairs took but he spent a good amount of time working on it for me. What I was able to observe make me feel that their efforts exceeded my expectations.

Marc Burkett was the gentleman that came out to perform the service. I couldn't have been happier. First, Marc called that he was running "early"...WHAT? that's unheard of. Anyway, he was here, as mentioned, before my appointment time (I was thrilled). Once I showed him the issues he explained what he was going to do and approximately how long it was going to take. Once Marc had completed the inspection he explained everything he found and what needed to be done. My husband and I agreed with his recommendations and wanted to make an appointment to get an estimate for the work. He contacted Kaitlyn while he was here and we set up an appointment for another person to come out and give us an estimate. We were very impressed with Marc's knowledge, professionalism and he was very down to earth. It makes a difference to me to feel "comfortable" enough to ask questions etc., and Marc was very approachable and answered ALL our questions. He even gave us his cell phone number and told us we could contact him ANY TIME!! What??? Another surprise! Most times people do the assignment and you're lucky for that. Because of Marc and his professionalism I would definitely recommend him and American Home Contractors to anyone! Thanks again Marc for all your help.

Howard Shires came to check out my roof (I got a coupon from another website). He was 20 minutes late but called me to let me know he was running late. He apologized several times upon arrival. I thought it was very professional as many other contractors just show up late without saying anything. Howard explained to me what he was going to do, took lots of photos since I couldn't go on the roof with him, and then took the time to explain what he saw, etc. He quickly fixed what needed to be (these were minor repairs) and made sure I understood everything he did before he left. I would highly recommend you ask for him when you call the company, he is efficient, kind and professional!
