Dennis did an excellent job: he called ahead, arrived on time, checked and explained everything in detail, and provided before and after photos. We would definitely do business with American Home Contractors again.

1st appointment canceled due to the person not being able to make it. 2nd appointment wasn't set by the secretary and was overlooked, no show. 3rd appointment the guy was sick. After that, I gave up completely and went with another vendor. I paid them through Angie's list deal. Not sure yet if I will use them at one time or ask for the money back.....

Great job of cleaning and minor repair work. Above and beyond in service and explaining the inspection results. Photos as well for documentation and future use

Great! He was very polite, knowledge, and hard working. I will use this company from now on. He was even able to come earlier than scheduled appointment.

Once we got a usable date, it went fine. Scheduling was a bit of a problem and there was a postponement due to a technician's illness. Also getting a bit of pressure to replace the roof.

Great. Awesome communication before and the day of work. Tech was professional and did a great job.

The Good: Technician was on time, and very helpful in explaining damage he saw on the roof, discussing its future impact, and performing the limited repairs that was part of the agreement. I was happy enough with the service that I scheduled an estimate for a roof replacement the following week (roof is old and had significant squirrel damage). The technical took before and after pictures of the roof so I could verify repairs were made without actually climbing up. I also got a written report and an email with the pictures. The bad: My only complaint is the company scheduled the repair for several weeks after I purchased the package. I don't know if they were short on man power or just backed up. It would have been a significant issue if the repair was time sensitive (such as a large leak).

Dennis showed up at the correct time. He called and confirmed my availability. He heard the problem and visited my attic to find out anything wrong there. Then he went to the roof and visited all over the roof and caulked the areas. But during his inspection he was not able to find the place and how water sneaks in. He took lot of photos and showed me, everything looks good, Shingles are tight and aligned properly. I have to wait for the next rain to see the caulkings around the vent fixed the issue or not. Throughout the period Dennis was very professional and answered all the questions he could.

Dennis did an outstanding job on the roof tune up. He took pictures of everything and more than adequately explained any issues/concerns that I had. He completed the work in a professional manner displaying excellent customer service and I felt assured that my roof was in good shape.

These guys did an EXCELLENT JOB. Took all time necessary to inspect and repair roof as well as inspect the attic... Did some work on the flashing and ridge vents for a better seal.. Took a lot of pictures to explain problems and opportunities---Have received an estimate now for Windows---Like these guys!!!!!!!!!---NOT pushy at all

Fantastic! Great communication from the home office both by phone and email. I received a reminder call the day before the work and the Tech, John called me before arrival. John was professional and did an assessment of the gutters and noticed a couple of small shingle issues he was able to fix as a courtesy. John really had customer service in mind and helped me out.

When we purchased the roof inspection, they told us they couldn't come for about a month and a half. Part-way through that waiting period, they wanted to reschedule and we could not do the time-frame they were wanting to move to so we kept the original appointment. The Friday before our Monday appointment they called to cancel the appointment and could get us in sometime in October. We were done wanting to work with them at this point and requested a refund of our offer, which Angie's List supplied.

Fantastic experience. John was on time, explained what he was going to do, and then went about it. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I could not have asked for anything better. This is what a service business is supposed to be. Will definitely use them again; hope that John is the one to do any work.

Dennis did an excellent job and went beyond what was needed and came back the next day and installed gutter rain diverter / splash guard on his own. It is was very much appreciated.

Dennis was on time and pleasant. Thankfully, he came and did the work even though I missed the call-ahead call. He did a great job of repairing a downspout that had separated from the house. Upon my request he also dis a cosmetic repair to another downspout.

We are very happy with the new roof that was recently installed by American Home Contractors. From the initial inspection and estimate, through to project completion, we were impressed with the professionalism of the American Home Contractors’ project coordinator, Tyler Griffin, and with the crew. When I first met with Tyler, he took the time to walk me through the details of the project. He provided different options, and helped us to stay within our budget. Everything was delivered as promised. The crew was extremely professional during all stages of work, including preparation and cleanup. And I have to say that I was particularly impressed with the care the crew took to protect my wife’s shrubs and plants. I highly recommend this company!

Very good work done with professionalism, I'm so pleased. Considering the size of the gutters we got our money's worth.
