Technician (Angelo) arrived ahead of schedule after calling to check if it was OK to come early. Check-up went smoothly, with no problems discovered. Office followed up with a phone call that afternoon, and owner Darius called the following day. They know who their customers are. You are not just a name and a number. Good personalized service. The service visit was part of an annual service and warranty agreement; no extra charge for the visit.

GREAT. We have a Trane Heater and AC unit and professional prompt service people come out who take care of the equipment, offer actual advice and no needless upsells. Trustworthy folks.

Great experience. initial diagnosis indicated a possible defrost issue, but the problem didn't occur during the service call. After subsequent failures, Air One followed up with Trane and determined that the issue was a sticking valve. Repair would have been extremely costly given the age of the system (older refrigerant) so he provided some suggestions on how to work around the issue until I was ready to replace the system in a year or two. Extremely honest and candid.

I have been using AirTechOne since 2008, and they did a great job at my condo and now townhouse. They are honest and want to help you get the best out of your AC/Heater. This past spring, I didn't even know the leaves were getting stuck on the AC unit and they cleaned it. Definitely recommend them.

Work was done and problem was resolved. A proactive check on the whole system was performed to make sure everything was in order.

Excellent. Ben showed up and cleaned the vent quickly and thoroughly. He put on a new dryer air vent tube and recommended a regular service to prevent the vent from clogging again for an annual fee. After having to vent my dryer into a bucket of water for several months before I got this fixed, I opted for the plan. It was a better deal than calling every few months so I went with it. I gave them a B only because the offer on the list was what I was expecting to pay that day but I ended up paying for more in the moment for the annual service contact. While I know it was a good deal and the right thing to do, I always feel like getting anything fixed these days is ultimately going to cost me more than expected or advertised. I realize this is why deals are offered (in the hopes of getting more contracts) but somehow I feel "suckered". :-) Bait taken.

Dariush and his Air One Tech team did a great job replacing our heating/cooling systems. Dariush is an engineer so his explanation of the technical aspects of the components made complete sense to us. One of biggest concerns was the noise level. Our original system was noisy every time the fan came on and the unit was particularly noisy in the bedroom. Dariush guaranteed that the noise level of the new system would be much lower. It is. With the new systems, I don't even notice when the fans come on. Since we had the systems installed, Dariush has come out to do spring and fall maintenance under our continuing maintenance contract. We actually look forward to his arrival. Dariush and his team are professional, friendly and prompt for appointments. We very highly recommend Air One Tech.

Very professional and extremely helpful. I asked them for so many quotes with various combinations between AC and furnace and they responded with each request promptly, I called them repeatedly so they could explain to me the different options and their patience and willingness to help was incredible. On installation day everything went super smooth. Great job!!

We were very happy with Air One Tech’s technician, Victor. Our heat pump had stopped cooling a week ago, so it needed service. Victor diagnosed the problem as a capacitor that was no longer working. He replaced it and the unit started functioning as it should. He checked the air circulator (in a crawl space) and found a condensation drain to be clogged, so he cleaned it. We discussed our Carrier unit and its history. Although it now seems to be working again as it should, I asked about replacement options if we should have a serious breakdown, since the unit is 12 years old. Victor seemed very knowledgeable in discussing the options. He was also personable and friendly. I felt he knew his business. We decided to sign up for Air One Tech’s regular maintenance program. Based on this first-time experience (and all the other positive reviews you can find online) I would recommend this company.

Arrived on time, professional appearance. As far as I can tell, the installation was done correctly.

Our heat pump went out during a recent freeze. Our home warranty company sent out a contractor who did not inspire confidence. After determining it was in our best interest to replace our system, I called Air One Tech first for an estimate due to their outstanding Yelp reviews. Dariush came out promptly and explained the type of system I needed (and didn't need) based on our house and how long we plan to live here. I appreciated that he didn't try to immediately upsell other products, and instead figured out what would be the best fit. His estimate was comparable to the others, but I felt most comfortable with Dariush. I could have went with a contractor who charged a bit less for the install, but there are somethings in life you just don't want to take the low-ball offer for, and this is one of them. His two year labor warranty exceeds the other contractors that gave us estimates (and makes paying a few bucks extra worth it to me). Dariush is very responsive, and was even willing to wait on me to get home from work without any complaint. Once the system was installed, he walked me through the different components. Before he left, he did a very good job cleaning any mess up. If anything changes, Ill be sure to update this review. But as far as I'm concerned, this is another 5 star performance

We are very satisfied with the service Air One Tech provided us. They are very knowledge and reliable. They installed a new furnace humidifier and a programable thermostat for us and did a fantastic job. They removed a very old humidifier, covered the opening and installed the new humidifier in a better spot. They did a very clean and professional job.

The Air One Tech technician was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He began by inspecting the thermostats and identified a small wiring issue which was quickly fixed. We then moved to an inspection of the overall system where he identified 2 major issues: 1) a crossed wire causing the heat pump and AC compressor to activate simultaneously and 2) a poorly wired furnace that was bypassing the 2-stage system the furnace was designed for. Both of these were quickly addressed and we moved on to the final issue. It was found that one of the units in the system had a blown 60-amp fuse, which was quickly replaced, though he was at a loss as to how it was blown. The entire visit lasted for 1 hour and the tech allowed me to shadow him the entire time, all while he taught me everything I needed to know about the system. It was quick, efficient, and everything I hoped to get from the visit.

They were able to come out very quickly, their prices are pretty much the same as everyone else but they did not have a deal. They had to come out a second time because they actually did not correct it the first time. I was appreciative they could come out immediately and when there was a problem they came right back out. I am not sure if he overlooked something, it is hard to tell.

Recently I purchased a new Trane HVAC system from Air One Tech, after thorough review of three other suppliers. I knew I made the right choice with Air One Tech and would like to express my great satisfaction with Dariush Jamasb who was very thorough in his explanation of the project and benefits of this unit. He had my best interest in mind and made the process very simple. I would also like to compliment Farshad, installer, who was very professional and knowledgeable in the work, which was done with no mess or disruption. I highly recommend this company.

After initial communication issues, the provider really came through in an extremely courteous and professional manner. He offered an extremely generous option for the future, to make up for the initial miscommunication. Am impressed and would definitely recommend.

I called on 6/25 and they came by the next day. I had a slow water leak on a 16 year old unit and wanted the leak fixed and overall system checked. They cleaned the hose, noticed that the unit was not producing quite up to specs so a very slow leak of freeon existed somewhere. They could not guarantee added freeon would fix the problem forever but as the system was performing adequately I decided adding the freeon made sense. They charged $95 for the service and $130 for the freeon. They spent about 45 minutes. Mehrdad and his friend (I cannot remember his name) were professional and courteous and a pleasure to have over. They provided professional service at a fair price and I am definitely going to call them again.

Our furnace stopped producing heat overnight, and Air One Tech was the first business that responded with a live person during their claimed office hours. An appointment was scheduled that day, Darius was punctual and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Darius was professional and trustworthy, I will be using his business again int he future

As soon as I called for a maintenance appointment they scheduled an appointment for my rental property for the same week; they came over, checked the unit and took care of it quickly , they explained clearly what my tenant needs to do over the summer. It was very hot today, my tenant is happy that the AC works perfectly now. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent, I couldn't be happier! The company owner (Dariush) came to my home on time to inspect a rusty furnace vent pipe in my attic. He diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what the issue was and that it was more Chimney related and beyond the service of an HVAC company. He could have done a temporary fix but explained that it would not be the approprate course of action. He spent about 30 minutes at my house and would not charge me. I greatly valued his honestly. Highly recomended!

Checked his references on Angie's List as well as Yelp. He has excellent references so I wrote him from my Angie's List account. He emailed and we set up a time. Everything went well after that. He knows his job. Gave him an annual contract for maintenance. Will definitely recommend his services.

All went really smoothly. The technician showed up on time and right away started the diagnosing the problem with the fan/motor unit and the capacitor in my ac unit. Soon after he placed the order for the parts and the next day the system was up and running without a glitch. When I saw the final bill I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was compared to other estimate I got from other contractor. I highly recommend this contractor due to some of the factors mentioned above. Quite professional, honest, cost effectiveness, punctuality and very polite staff and technicians. All around this company should be considered as a gem in amongst its peers.

Our furnace blower would turn on, but it would not blow hot air. We called and they service our HMS warranty claim. They scheduled an appt during which to arrive, and arrived during that time. Dariush was friendly and informative. He determined that our outside heat pump had a blown capacitor after I sent him on a wild goose chase inside our basement where our aux furnace was located - clearly he knew his stuff, and was patient in explaining all the details to me. He arrived, put on those carpet booties, did his job well, and left with a handshake. The ONLY complaint I *might* have is they gave me a 4 hour window of service, noon-4pm, and he arrived at 3:40. I wish I could have known more about his schedule so I could have planned my day better - however, this is common and not that big of a deal, many organizations give you that "window" and get to your house as soon as they can. Air One is still A+ in my book.

I was strongly impressed by the Air One Tech technicians. They were punctual, professional, and polite, as well as efficient. I had a lot of questions about the furnace, and they answered all my questions and explained everything to me clearly. They showed me exactly what was wrong, and explained what they were going to replace to repair the furnace. Besides the excellent technical work they did to repair my furnace, they showed a very positive attitude and were extremely cordial and respectful. They were nice to my dog, too! The fee was a deductible for my home maintenance service, which is the service that selected this company as our provider. However, if I had my own choice, I would definitely use this company, again.
