Very well. Price was very similar to 2 other estimates but Darius explained the situation well, seemed very knowledgeable and gave me more comfort that everything was going to go well, as it did.

Great Job. Everything was done in one day. They removed the old gas furnace and AC systems that we had installed in 1995. We received estimates from three companies. Air One Tech’s estimate was comparable to the other two, but was not the highest. All three provided estimates for the same Trane systems at our request. The company has been great to work with and I would strongly recommend them.

They came immediately and throughly explained us how to avoid the same problem in the future and what potential repairs need to be done. We do have a maintenance agreement with them (and it was the best decision to switch with Air One.

Air one tech was very professional and thorough throughout the entire experience. Allison was very professional, courteous, efficient on the phones. Dariush came out for the estimate. He spent plenty of time looking over my current systems and throughout the house to make sure that I was getting the proper size equipment for my home. Pricewise, they are price came in very closely with the other two quotes, but it seemed like Dariush spent the most time understanding exactly what was needed and then explaining that to me. They were prompt in arriving to do the work, worked efficiently, and Dariush was here at the very end to make sure everything was working properly and to set up and explain new thermostat and system.I would definitely recommend them. And will use them in the future for maintenance.

The technician arrived earlier than expected (with permission) and went immediately to ascertain the nature of the problem. This was a difficult and tedious process undertaken with patience. skill, and tenacity. He called in his supervisor for assistance and the two worked closely to ensure that the problem was identified, parts replaced, and the machine operating at its optimum capability. The job was accomplished with much attention to detail, care for my home, and the best professional standards upheld. I have no complaints.

Tech arrived and found ice had accumulated inside the unit casing after a freezing rain. He removed ice and restored unit to its normal quiet functioning. Dariush called to confirm completion of work and to answer question I had sent by email. No charge for service call since we have annual service contract. Couldn't ask for faster, better service!

I have been using Air One Tech for years. They installed my new system several years ago and I've been on a service plan with them since. Service plans are reasonable and keeps my system running well. These plans are about $90 for the year. Everything is digital and they take pictures that are included in your statement.

Arrived on time. Performed work quickly and efficiently, while training a new employee at same time. Friendly. Part of an annual service agreement signed when installing new unit two years ago.

Dariush was responsive with our estimate, explained pricing and was best price. Install took one day and was super easy. System up and running well. Air One Tech had better price than home depot contractor and other large contractor. They care about customer satisfaction. I would use them again.

Dariush and his crew did absolutely wonderful work. My wife and I just purchased a new home, 21 year old hvac system. We got quotes ranging from 38k Carrier infinity system to a 13k goodman system. Dariush didn’t try and upsell (some contractors do), he ensured that I understood that cooling and heating capacity are limited by the size of the ducting in the house (only so much air can move through these ducts). He ensured that all work would be permitted (some contractors offered permits as optional… seriously). The scope of work was - Replace both gas furnaces with new Trane, equal sizing - Replace both air conditioners - Replace both electrical whips to outside air conditioners - Add two steam humidifiers - Add two 20a 240v dedicated circuits for steam humidifiers - Replace two thermostats with ecobee smart thermostats - Run new thermostat wire for one thermostat to accommodate multi-stage heater (Other had req’d wiring already) - Upsize duct filters from 1” to 4” - Install new duct filter cabinets That’s a lot of work. We were told it was going to take two days, they completed it in one and half. We had heat (it was winter at the time) at the end of the first day, humidifiers online half way through day 2. The end result is pictured below, it’s been over a year since the install and the system has transitioned from heating to cooling and back again with no issues. The county inspector that signed off on our work said “This is the first time I’ve seen a perfect job, I have nothing to complain about”. Bottom line, Dariush and his team do awesome work, they do it on time and charge fair prices.

Doesn’t it figure AC quits when it gets hot, but Jaime got us an appointment really fast. Had to wait for parts, which took a couple of days. Jaime was wonderful and kept me updated from start to finish. Daniel made both visits to the condo. He was fantastic, very knowledgeable and efficient. Was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the charges were. We will definitely have them back for any future issues.
