We had done some cleaning around our AC unit and our electrical wire got cut. He spent time tracking down where the problem came from and fixed it for us. He has been doing work for us for 3 years now and I highly recommend him to anyone. He is highly knowledgable and goes above and beyond every time I hire him. I have worked with quite a number of AC/heating companies, he is the only one that I will do business with after the very first experience.

We had AC issue on and off for a year.We tried different companies with no result. Almost two months ago we read reviews about Air One Tech and gave them shot to see if they can find the problem. Darius and Mike showed up on time-I loved that they already had their shoe covers on before walk in the house- Darius found out that compressor after working for few hours gets overheated and quit working!! seems simple but nobody got it before and as quick as this Company. After they fixed our problem I waited two months to make sure the issue was fixed permanently. We had more than four provider diagnosed the problem, everybody had different opinion! Scheduling with an AC company in the middle of summer is not easy but we were lucky to get Air One Tech come over and diagnose the problem. Since we have a very old unit, we got the option of changing it from everybody but Darius. He explained us the problem and fixed it. Fixing the problem took some time but he was following up with us and he kept his promise to fix it! Our AC is working totally fine now. There are something I'd like to say, this company is great!! it might be helpful for other people if they are kind of picky like me and my husband: 1- We had great experience with their costumer service. 2- Darius is very knowledgeable, experienced. and explains the problem elaborately. 3- He was ON TIME. They showed up the same day we were scheduled. 4- His price was fair and we are happy since other companies cost was much more! 5- More importantly; the problem is fixed permanently Air One Tech is a very professional company and we will definitely recommend it.

Two months ago, my HVAC started giving me problems - but it was an intermittent issue. Rather than thinking through the issue, Daryus quickly pointed me to an electrician and focused more on having me close the claim with HMS so he wouldn't continue to be bothered by their follow up calls. It turned out to be an HVAC issue - not an electrical issue - after all so I had to open up another claim. This time, Daryus didn't give me a date until five days out from the call. I called three times the day before the appointment and he did not call me back. He called the day of the appt and said he'd come over - I explained that the problem was intermittent and he told me to call him when the AC is next acting up and he'd try to come down. The next day the AC was acting up and I called him. He was inappropriate and used the word "naked" - referring to the need for me to remove clothing to cope with the heat unless I manually reset the AC - and he said it's ok if the AC's not acting up the next day as he'd just start replacing some parts that could be creating the issue. Well, when I called the next day, he said he can't do it since the AC was functioning! - if he'd told me this, I would have left the AC off for him to diagnose in "unworking" condition the prior day. When speaking with him, he told me "I have a call and will call you back" and then never did. He told me to just have HMS assign another company - which I did in the end. I cannot believe how non-responsive and unhelpful he was.... what I can't believe is that I actually continued to try to work with him for two months and the problem is still unresolved! I hope I find someone better next time.

I chose this contractor after receiving wildly varying cost estimates and recommendations on how to proceed; I felt that this company provided the most candid advice. Installation was tricky because this was an old house with limited space and required putting service lines through walls and floors, then thru a crawl space and foundation to the outside. But the work was done on time and with no problems. My only critiques: --the thermostat was installed on a certain wall at my request, but I could have been warned that putting it directly under an air outlet was not a good idea (temperature fluctuates too much). I simply moved the thermostat. --one of the outdoor A/C connections would have been vulnerable to being bashed with a lawn mower; I fixed that by installing a permanent wooden barrier to prevent damage.

My heat pump had been making terrible sounds - bad enough that I think they neighbors were talking about it. I called my home warranty company to start the process of having the issue taken care of. They assigned me to Air One Tech so I called and made an appointment. To my surprise they were able to come the next day which fit my schedule. Dariush arrived and did a full system check AND explained to me what was happening in my system without being condesending. As a woman and a first time homeowner, this is important to me. Since I bought my home and previous owner was the one responsible for the major appliances, it's nice to know where things actually stand in terms of condition, etc. What really sealed the deal was when I mentioned that my exhaust hood over my stove wasn't is great shape he not only took a look but he fixed it by screwing it in place and adding the proper industrial sealing tape. I highly recommend Air One Tech and will be using them as my primary heating and a/c provider!
