A&N Brothers

Description of Work: Called Alex to schedule an appt. to install a bathroom light fixture. He quoted me one price on the phone. After waiting an hour after our scheduled time, I called to ask him when/if he planned to show. I received no apology and no explanation. He showed up approximately an hour later. When he came in, he did the work and called me into the bathroom to take a look. When I walked in, I noticed he had installed the light fixture... upside down!!!!! Once he installed it correctly, he upped the price on me. I'm assuming he charged me for the extra time it took him to take the fixture down and install it the correct way. Cut to six months later and the light fixture is about to fall out of the wall. I had to jerry-rig support for the fixture so it wouldn't fall all the way out. I called Alex (his voicemail picked up) and left a message explaining to him that the fixture that he installed for $150 was about to come out of the wall. Crickets. I'm still waiting to hear back from Alex. Fine if his schedule is booked, but at least acknowledge my call and make an attempt to get into contact with me to schedule a time to resolve the problem. Alex didn't install my light fixture as a favor - I paid good money for his expertise. I expected an immediate return call or at least a return call on the same day that I left a message. I should have known better when I had to call him to ask him if he was going to show up for the initial install. In any case, I had to have another company come out to fix the shoddy work that Alex performed. I'd advise anyone planning to use his service to save their time, money, and frustration.

Description of Work: I decided to remodel my kitchen, a friend of mine refer A&N Brothers as a very professional company. Initially I decided to replace the old aged cabinets and counter top for new ones. I spoke to Alex from A&N Brothers who was very knowable and patience enough to explain everything in detail. He ended up suggesting that I should partially cut a wall to open up my kitchen. A few days later they come with 3-D design made on computer that help me understand how my new kitchen is going to look like. Only then I realized this is the kitchen I want.
