Kevin was very conscientious and put a lot of effort into getting all of the stains out of our carpet. His price was fair, he was pleasant and professional to work with, and plan to hire him again.

Kevin did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning the carpets of the home I was renting. As part of my lease, I had to get the carpets professionally cleaned prior to move out. I called A2z Action Carpet Cleaning after reading his reviews and was beyond thrilled with the service he provided. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and gave me a fair quote right from the beginning. He took his time and made the carpets look brand new again. A2z action and Kevin, the owner did the best job that I’ve ever had in this house and I’ve been here for 15 years. I could not say enough about this man and how hard he works. He spent over an hour upstairs and some of the in the past carpet, cleaners were in and out in 20 or 30 minutes. Hats off to this company and I will 100% be using them from this day forward.

I have 3 massive dogs and up until a few months ago as soon as you opened the back door to the yard, it was nothing but mud from the door to the fence in all directions. And because the dogs need to go out 100 times a day, that mud did not stay outside. It was brought into my master bedroom and stomped into my carpet time and time again. I thought I had gotten it all cleaned up with my carpet cleaner but Kevin proved I have no idea how to clean carpet. He is seriously a pro and his meticulous attention detail is unmatched. Not only did he spend hours working on that one room, he came back the next day to do it again because he just wasn't satisfied with the initial result. I cannot recommend him enough. He is absolutely fantastic and I am actually a little sad to be moving out of state and out of his service zone. If you need your carpets cleaned, call Kevin. You won't find anyone better and you won't be disappointed.

Kevin accommodated a request to perform a relatively small carpet cleaning job in less than 48 hrs. He showed up on time as promised was courteous and honestly took his time doing the work. His quote was also 20% less than a company that cleaned the same area previously. He actually called after the cleaning, later the same day, to ask how the carpet looked after it had dried. That follow up was over and above what any company performing carpet cleaning has ever done, at least for me. He obviously takes pride in his work and is striving for customer satisfaction. It's a pleasure to offer this positive feedback on his services and I'd recommend him to anyone seeking the services that his company provides.

I spoke to Kevin about a very dirty neglected basement carpet. After receiving pictures he was very forthright with what kind of results I could expect from the method of cleaning he would use. I was pleased with the results. He followed up the next day. He seems to be very knowledgeable about his craft. He is hardworking and arrived when expected.I felt he was reasonably priced. I will use him again and recommend him for carpet cleaning.

One of the best carpet cleaning experiences I have had! Shortly after I put in the request through Angi, Kevin (the business owner) reached out to me to provide me with an estimate based on what I needed to be done. I was moving out from an apartment to a newly purchased house. Because my landlord's carpet was not necessarily in the best shape, I only wanted to do what a tenant was supposed to do -- to get the carpet cleaned so that I could get my security deposit back. Unlike other big companies I have used in the past, Kevin understood what I wanted/needed and did not try to upsell me anything. His price was also reasonable yet on a lower end too. I had received several quotes prior to talking to Kevin. I decided to go with him based on 1) it was him actually doing the work as a business owner, not his employees or contractors; and 2) his price was very reasonable and among the lowest quotes I received, and 3) his flexibility. I had a pretty hectic schedule that I ended up booking the house cleaning and carpet cleaning very last minute. Kevin was very accommodating with my last minute request -- First of all, not many cleaning business offer services on the weekend. Several companies I requested quotes for would only do weekdays. I wanted the carpet cleaning done on a Saturday, Kevin took care of me. Second, I told him I wanted the carpet cleaning done after the movers came to pick up the stuff, and after the maids finished cleaning the apartment. So it would have to be as late as possible. Kevin got me at 4 pm. The maids were over 2 hours late. I called Kevin asking him to postpone even later in the evening. He did exactly just that, no question asked, and patiently waited for the maids to be done. By the maids were done and he finally got to start, it was probably around dinner time for some people.... I am also quite impressed with his knowledge about carpet cleaning. There were some stains on the carpet in the apartment that I did not notice before. He looked at them, immediately knew they came from the stain or paint of my furniture legs, probably coming in contact with water. Sure enough, after I got to my new house and looked carefully at the furniture legs, I could see a little bit of discoloration in the bottom. He also saw some black spots in one of the corners of the living room, and explained to me he suspected water damage with mold on the carpet. Most carpet cleaners would not care about that. Kevin cared enough and basically went above and beyond, so that I could inform my landlord, who did not have a clue about it and was thankful of the information. I would definitely hire Kevin again for my carpet cleaning in my house, or whatever upholstery I need cleaned.

Service was excellent! They were knowledgeable and diligent. Very patient with us when they arrived and we weren’t quite ready! The carpets look fantastic! We will definitely use them again!

He showed up a day early to allow my carpets to dry before the arrival of my household goods for move-in.

Kevin did a wonderful job. He doesn’t push extra services. He arrived on time and does all the work himself. We had 6 rooms and 2 sets of stairs cleaned. He even pointed out a potential water problem in our basement.

We clean our carpets every 6 months for maintenance and to increase the longevity of our carpets. This was our first time using this company. He steamed cleaned the carpet in 2 small apartments which included stairs! Cleaning the second apartment that day was a last minute decision and I wasn’t home to help move things around. Kevin took the time and put in extra effort to move things off the floor (baby jumper, glider chair, pack and play, totes, suitcase, toys, etc) in order to do a great job. This was really nice and so helpful, because not everyone will. He also made note of cleaning up some areas of dried paint our painters left behind! That’s not fun or easy to do. Our carpets are cleaned and refreshed now. Kevin was on time, communicative, professional but friendly, and followed up after the job was completed. I will definitely use this company again!

Kevin does a great job - for the past few years he’s been the only company I would use to get the dirt out of my high-traffic (dogs and child) rugs. He’s also revived two of ny sofas which were in great shape but had years of “stuff” in the fabric. Great guy, great service. Cheaper than other companies and far more diligent. He takes the time you need to get the job done.

Carpet was cleaned professionally and looked like a much newer carpet afterwards. He was able to remove difficult stains and spent the time to really get the carpet clean. Definitely a good job.
