I can't say enough great things about the crew from 123JUNK. They were on time, polite, very careful of the doors, floors and surrounding furniture of my home. They did an amazing job of moving out 3 large TVs, a sleeper sofa, an upright piano, old washer, dryer and treadmill. I will definitely call them again for removal of those things that just seem to pile up!

Outstanding. I've used 123 Junk in the past and I will use them again. They were punctual, polite, friendly and honest. They could have easily charged me for a full truck and I would have gladly paid the price. However, they only charged me for 4/5 of the truck. A great service and a great price!

Timmy and Robert who we were in touch with re logistics of the pick up were very professional and friendly. Matthew and Floyd who actually came to the house and picked up the items were friendly, neat and had our items removed in record time. This company will also provide tax receipts if they are able to donate the items removed. We would definitely hire them again.

From the first phone call to today's pick up, customer service was excellent and courteous! I got a call this morning from the team that they were ahead of schedule and would be arriving before their time window - within 10 minutes they were at the house! I had a large sofa, TV set, 2 microwaves and a microwave cart removed within 20 minutes! They were fast, efficient, professional and friendly and the best part - the price was lower than originally quoted! After the work was done, Rob called to make sure we were happy with the job and to me, that speaks volume of their commitment to GREAT SERVICE! I will be using them again in the future!

When I first called 123Junk, Brian Anderson immediately responded. He was professional and helpful as we arranged the date and time when I could meet his crew at our rental unit to clear out some large pieces of furniture in preparation for our next renters. We set it up for the afternoon of Saturday, January 6. Dan and Joey, the 123Junk crew, arrived right on time and did an excellent job for us. They were professional, competent, and patient as we sorted out what they would take and what we would keep. A next-door neighbor asked if they would take her old couch and move ours into her apartment in its place. They factored that into the job and took care of it for us. They were also pro-active in making sure that we did not overlook anything or throw out something by mistake. They were a great team to work with. I think that the charge was a good value for the work done, and I was really very happy with the way Brian and the 123Junk team worked with us. We plan to use them for all our future large-item hauling.

It went very well. I called 123Junk and left a message. They called me back within a short time and we set up a pick up time the next day. They explained on the phone exactly what they would do and went back over it again when they came. The two young men that came were very polite and professional. My only minor complaint is that the service is a bit pricey. You pay by the portion of truck your stuff will take up. So, it would be best to use this group if you are serious about getting rid of stuff! One of the things I like best about this group is that if your stuff can be donated to an organization, they donate it! My sofa couldn't be because it had a mattress in it, so they just took it to the dump. But I love that they recycle if they can.

Very professional. They were not going to be able to donate it so ended up dismantling it. they cleaned up after themselves.

1-2-3 Junk was recommended to me by the moving company that I had hired. Moving is stressful and I found this company to be customer-oriented, responsive and very professional. Timmy gave me 2 estimates on the phone based on the volume of stuff that I needed to move and the final cost was within the estimate. I booked the services 5 days out but had to change the appointment by 1-day and the 1-2-3 Junk was happy to accommodated the change. The crew to my house were highly professional and worked quickly on a very chilly December day. Robert Rowlett, the owner contacted me the day after the pickup to make sure everything went okay and to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Kudos to Robert for doing this in today's busy world.

I was blown away by the service I got from this company. I wasn't expecting bad service, but I also wasn't expecting them to go out of their way to provide excellent service. But that is what they did. Setting up the appointment went very smoothly. The men arrived right on time. Everyone was extremely courteous and took extra steps to ensure I was satisfied.

Great service removing the furniture. Not so good with regard to a receipt for tax purposes. Was hoping for an itemized receipt but what I received was very vague and not of much use. Had a similar experience previously as well (great job removing items, receipt was not of much value to me).

Sad to say, charities do not want your "old" furniture unless it is in pristine condition even though the furniture could be rehabilitated. Thank goodness for a company like 123 Junk. The two men sent were fast, efficient and courteous. The items I had removed included a trash compactor, a pine desk, a 19" TV, a coffee table and end table and several small items. I could not be happier. I like their philosophy of donate, recycle, dispose. I will use this company again.

They were scheduled for between 10:00 AM and NOOn and they arrived at 10:15 with a call to let us know they were coming. The crew director Matthew introduced himself and took and inventory of all the stuff they were going to haul away. Then they set to work and everything was done very quickly and no banged walls! The crew also helped me move some other furniture around that I need moved from upper and lower levels of the house for staging. I could not be more pleased.

Gave a price on the phone. Said they would confirm after seeing the items and if price changed I didnt have to go with it. right on time and price was same as phone quote. Hauled everyting away and surprise, sent me a charitable donation receipt for the patio furniture which was someone acccpeted
