Description of Work: The crew arrived SUNDAY AT 8AM as scheduled. Two man crew physically carried wood from a fence which had been taken down and an old wooden swing/play set. The weather was cold and rainy, the materials were heavy and wet. The crew worked rapidly and efficiently, carrying the items about 100 hundred feet to their truck (which could not be parked closer). I was very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: I bought a new couch and chair on Saturday and they were going to be delivered on Tuesday. I needed to get rid of my old furniture in a hurry to make room. I called 123Junk Saturday afternoon and they arranged to pick up the furniture Monday afternoon. Their estimate was 160.00. They arrived right on time and called 15 minutes ahead to let me know the exact time. They were very professional, quick, and the actual price came out to 20.00 less than the initial estimate. A very positive experience and I will definately use them in the future.

Description of Work: I had furnishings removed from a townhouse. Most of the items the company stated they could donate to charity, which made having to get rid of things easier. I would recommend this company, they did a great job. The cost is reflective of two truck loads and in my opinion was reasonable.

They did not plan the path that well and damaged my door from the basement which they offered to fix. I declined because I am going to replace the door anyway. They came on time. The washer and dryer were removed quickly.

Price was higher than expected because we filled the entire truck. I would recommend them to others and use them again if needed. |
