Description of Work: I was moving. They came and cleared out a lot of clutter and junk that I did not want to take to my new home. They were very responsive and courteous. They were very flexible with my schedule and were very conscientious and detailed about listening and knowing exactly what to take and what to leave as I was not able to be there when they did the work.

Description of Work: 123Junk removed a massive king head board and several smaller items. They showed up when they said they would and we didn't have any issues. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I schedule an appointment to pick up many items from two different areas in my home (2 rooms in the basement and garage), since I needed to clear those areas. Their work was outstanding! Very puntual, professional, courteous, and fast. They did an amazing job! I will contact them again next time I need to do that. | |I highly recommend them. Also, I like 123JUNK because any items, in good condition, that they collect they donate to the local nonprofit thrift shops, which in itself is a big job to go through the items, and also it shows how much 123JUNK cares for people.

Description of Work: Gave these guys a call on a recommendation. We needed our old furniture taken away to make room for the new. 123 Junk was quick to respond, professional, and made things very easy. The guys showed up on time, removed the old furniture ... and were courteous and cautious with the move. They do make an attempt to donate furniture and etc ... which we like. They were not cheap, maybe a little pricey for what little we had removed, but overall, excellent & would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Very, very happy. We had literally a truckload of junk, everything from a basketball hoop on a steel pole to boxes of books. They came on time, gave me a very reasonable price beforehand and took everything, left the area spotless. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They came and removed an old couch and an old mattress from my basement and took them away. There was one glitch as they were taking out the couch -- punched a hole in the screen door of the basement exit but the screen already had a pretty large hole and it may have just enlarged that one. No serious damage done.

Description of Work: I have used 123 Junk several times to remove old furniture from my home. Every time the staff have been professional, friendly, and efficient and have left my home clean and without damage. My last appt I also had a new mattress I needed carried upstairs which the crew did without complaint or additional charge. These guys are fabulous.

Description of Work: Two polite, quite competent young men handled the whole project. They moved a large old TV from he basement on a rainy day. Also, a couple of large pieces from the garage. They were courteous and efficient, asked all the right question, very thorough. The pre pick up phone call and the post pick up customer satisfaction email and phone call were quick and to the point. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Removed items from our garage (old kitchen cabinets, freezer, trim and flooring, expired infant/child car seats, etc). In addition, they broke down and hauled away an old garden shed and attached walkway, porch swing frame and kiddie pool in our backyard. The crew did all of this in less than 2 hours and kept me updated on their progress, including any price changes from their initial estimate. Although the final price was more than their initial estimate, we knew going in that it would be subject to change as the huge variable was the labor needed to break down the garden shed, including additional items we found in our garage and wanted removed from our property. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service provided by this company and highly recommend their services to anyone who needs items removed and disposed of.
