Great service. They were on time and professional.

These guys are fantastic! They arrived on time (actually early, and they called ahead to see if was OK). They took items requested and were very friendly and courteous. They even took the dryer partially apart so that it would fit up the outside stairs. They come with all the right tools to do the job properly.

This is a very top notch company. Professional, courteous, well trained staff who did an excellent job for our family. They sorted out all of the items for donation and packed them very carefully. I was amazed how fast they work and how polite they were in all aspect of their work. I cannot be happier with 123 Junk at a time when going through cleaning out your parent's home after 65 years can be emotional. Outstanding service and AAA for excellent response.

I called 123Junk the night before I had to be moved out and they were able to come pick up my items the next day! The team arrived on time and I was so pleased with their efficiency. They were highly professional and removed all that was requested in about 20 minutes. So worth the money to be rid of all of the junk and not have to make hundreds of trips to the dump ourselves!

Alex and crew arrived ahead of time (with a call beforehand) and quickly assessed our list of items in the garage ,provided a reasonable price and within 30 minutes had loaded the truck and was on their way. In addition one of the things I really liked about this company was the connection to the non profit community They were able to donate three major items and I received a thank you and donation acknowledgement from the NGO that received the donation. This is the 3rd time using 123 Junk, our go-to for hauling. Matt C & Joe B arrived early, surveyed the debris & started filling the truck. The bathroom debris was heavy, grimy unwieldy. Bits of concrete spilled onto the driveway. Joe B grabbed a shovel and broom

I need an old sofa removed, it's been on the to do list for a while and there has been too much going on to get someone to take it out for me, so I finally looked up someone and found 123Junk. I'm lucky they have a crew that can come out within the next few hours, which is such a relief to finally get the sofa out of the living room!

We absolutely love working with 123Junk. The office staff is very helpful with scheduling visits, and the crews are professional and friendly. Joe and Alberto are stone-cold muscle men who made short work of loading all of our junk out of our house and into their truck, and they were 100% friendly and courteous the whole time. This is the second time I've used 123Junk, and we will use them again!

It was a great experience. Paul and Joe B arrived on time and after a walk-through, gave me an estimate (which proved to be accurate). Both men were friendly, professional, and very hard workers. The temperature was 100 degrees, but it did not slow them down. They took everything I requested, and did not object when I added a few more items to go. Since my junk required part of a second truck, they called and made arrangements for another truck to be delivered. It was all completed in a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

It went very well, from the time of making the appointment to the very end. My mother-in-law lived in a two-bedroom apartment in a senior living community. We needed to leave it in "broom swept" condition. The movers (Paul, Alex, Brian and Mario) arrived on time and Paul came up with me to do an initial walk through of the apartment. He then met with his team and everyone moved quickly to empty the apartment. They were polite, professional and efficient. It appeared that they have worked together before. Once the apartment was emptied, Paul once again did a final walk through with me. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Excellent. Booking was very easy. We completed the email form on the 123Junk website and a 123Junk representative called back almost immediately to provide a quotation and confirm a pick-up date. The pick-up crew (2 guys) arriving early within the 2 hour window, after calling in advance to confirm their arrival time. They were super friendly and crazy efficient, and the sofa was gone in no time. Fantastic experience.

We had a lot of junk. A LOT. It needed to be hauled away, and after seeing reviews for 123Junk on Angie's List, we scheduled their services. They arrived on time, were courteous and incredibly easy to work with, and didn't grumble at the long alley walk to get to the back of our house. (There was an extra charge for distance, but we expected this.) They worked diligently and cleaned the place out. When we needed a second set of junk hauled out (we're renovating our basement), we immediately turned again to 123Junk without considering anyone else because our first experience was so positive. This time, we were on a tight time frame and they were able to accommodate us without a problem. We had a similarly great experience the second time around. This company is highly, highly recommended.

The service was okay. It was a bit overpriced. I would probably not use them again.

They were terrific, from dealing with Robert on setting it up to the actual removal. Timely, professional courteous. we were worried that it would be a problem to get the sofa out without hurting the walls or door frame but they made it look easy. Simply could not have been a better experience.

It was easy to schedule a time when I wanted one. They contacted me that morning to give an estimate of their arrival and arrived when they said they would. They assessed the contents to be removed, provided me with a price and then proceeded to quickly and considerately move the items out of the facility. They were respectful of the hallways and of other people in the building.
