123Junk

I am selling my current home and called 123 Junk from a recommendation of my realtor. And Boy was I glad I did, The two service technicians called me prior to their arrival and worked tirelessly to remove a lot of the junk I had accumulated in my house and garage. Unfortunately we underestimated the amount I had to be removed but they had the office reschedule me for another pick up later in the week. The second two techs were just as efficient and friendly and completed the removal of the rest of the junk in rapid time.

The crew was on time (even early - they called to ask if that was okay) and they did an excellent and speedy job. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. I would definitely hire them again.

Everything went fine and amazingly fast.

123Junk did a good job of clearing out 4 floors of the house. I was disappointed that everything was tossed. I called twice and sent a 123Junk online form message but got no response. I did email the guy who headed up the work and he told me that not one item was donated.

I called Brian 10:30 scheduled same day received courtesy "on the way call" 11:20 Brian, Daniel arrived before noon loaded the truck swept driveway & left 12:20 123 junk is simply the best from the scheduler to the young men who perform the job. Brian, Daniel courteous professional efficient. We have used 123 junk at least 4 times & will use them again

Great! They were able to provide a same-day pickup, they arrived promptly when promised, and took care of everything professionally.

Scheduling and follow-up were efficient and professional, good customer service. Crew was prompt, professional, and got the job done efficiently - team lead even wore booties in carpeted area of home as it had been wet out.

Team called ahead and arrived 30 minutes earlier than beginning arrival window which was awesome (as they allowed me the opportunity to hold them off if I was not ready earlier than the projected earliest arrival time). They made quick work of filling their truck, and treated the interior of my home and garage with respect and consideration. The shed was a disaster area of epic proportions, overrun with old gardening equipment and many spiders and assortments of insects, webs, and insect nests. They did not gasp or complain - just got busy clearing out the mess and sweeping the shed out when it was empty (including knocking down a bunch of webs in the corners and on the doors. Not only will I use 123Junk again, but I will confidently recommend their services to anyone I know that needs junk removal. The cost is not cheap, but the result of having so much junk hauled away so quickly and completely was worth twice the price. I felt a huge monkey off my back when they left. And, the entire process (which almost filled one entire truck) only took about one hour with three guys kicking butt and taking no prisoners (other than the spiders that surely had an interesting trip to the dump)! Thank you very much!

They were on time, incredibly polite, professional, clear, helpful, energetic, and patient. It was a bit chaotic as we (the real estate agents) were helping clients who had already moved to do the final clean out...all while 4 painters were working on the house. 123 Junk could not have been better or more pleasant throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond what was expected all the time with a positive attitude. We took up more time than expected and they re-arranged their schedule to accommodate us without batting an eye. We can't thank them enough!

I called 123 Junk because I had heard very positive things about their service. Charles took all of my information and made an estimate of the size of the job, giving me various estimates of the cost, depending upon how large certain items were. A specific price would be established when the crew arrived. We selected the date and time for service, and I was contacted, both two days before and the day of, to ensure we were still a go. Chris and Walter arrived on time and ready to tackle the work. They told me that they might need to do two truckloads and gave me options as to how I wanted to proceed. We determined that this may be a two-day job. They began clearing everything out quickly and very efficiently. As the truck began to fill, with a good deal more to be cleared, I asked what day they could come back to finish the job. "No problem," Walter told me. "We've called for another truck, and they're on the way. We ll be finished today." Evan and Paul arrived quickly and began loading their truck as well...with all four guys working now in the rain. Every one of them was simply wonderful --efficient, hard-working, and delightfully cheerful throughout -- and several pieces were bulky and very difficult to move out. They made everything look easy, despite the size. What terrific young men! They even helped out my elderly neighbor, who had asked if he could add some of his stuff to the haul. When they finished, I could not have been happier. They swept up and ensured that not one bit of trash was left on the property. It was worth every penny I paid to have this work done, and I would call 123 Junk again, should I have the need to clear out in the future. A very professional, efficient, and customer-friendly company. I can't say enough great things about them.

This was the first time I had used a service like this. I chose 123Junk because of their rating and was not disappointed!!! I was extraordinarily impressed with the crew's professionalism--from their dress to their deameanor. They arrived exactly when they said they would, took care of all we had contracted for quickly and efficiently! Could not have had a better experience. Will definitely call 123Junk for any and all of our removal needs!!!

Terrific - crew was on time, extremely professional, hard working and provided great value, we thought, for the service.

We had a couple of trucks in our driveway due to other work being done on the house and the 123 Junk guys were unable to pull their truck close to our front door. They simply hiked the furniture to their truck without complaint. They moved the pieces quickly and carefully.

Went well. We hired them again to remove more stuff. They provided receipts for objects that were donated.

They were very punctual, quick and confirmed everything. $325 felt a little pricey, but I was in a hurry to have it removed and was hoping it would find a good home. The bench apparently found a home, the piano itself did not. But, I appreciated their responsiveness.

Very easy and smooth. Easy to schedule. Final cost was same as the estimate. Driver called when they were on their way. Truck arrived on schedule. Team was polite, and provided quick and smooth service. Couldn't be happier.

Great service. Our appointment was scheduled within 2 days of calling, the men arrived when they said they would and called an hour ahead, they were polite, gave us our price before starting the job and were very efficient. The price was a bit high but that was offset by the ease of this service. I also like that they recycle and/or donate reusable items.

Excellent! Punctual, careful, tidy, even donated items to charity and emailed me a receipt. They had to change my service window and called with plenty of advanced notice and were very apologetic. Would definitely use again.

They were very professional and did a great job. They reviewed the items and provided us the final quote before they started the job. It went pretty fast and they removed all the furniture & junk within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend them to anyone and would hire them in the future again.

The two people were prompt, called to let me know they were on the way, professional, careful, and efficient. They did the work well. Given the caliber of the company and workers, the price was fair. even though the job did not take long. I plan to have them back again this fall.

Arranging for the service was very easy. They were recommended by the estate attorney. The crew showed up today (2/13/2017) on time with two trucks. Additional staff and trucks were called in (as was explained to us when we booked their service). The house was a mess- every closet and I'd say 90% of the floor space was taken. Now the house is completely cleared! They even swept the floors! All the crew was courteous and very hardworking. They knew what they were doing!
