Description of Work: your plumber was very flexible in arranging a time and called to give us an estimate on their arrival. They looked at two issues and gave us their professional opinion while educating us on parts and possible causes. No charges were made just for the visit. They were very clear what their service charge was if they were to start taking things apart. | |They didn't end up completing any work but we will definitely use them when we need something fixed.

Description of Work: The My Plumber people who came to our house were familiar with our neighborhood and knew the plumbing problems in our subdivision. They also told us how to avoid our problem in the future. We have used them twice and would use them again.

They responded within 2 hours and were great. took care of the problem right away and even tried to help figure out why my pressure was low. I used them again 2 weeks later to repair a valve in the basement . I now consider them My plumber.

+ 0 moreThe overall process was good and the problem was resolved. As many homeowners will understand - generally plumbing "emergencies" occur at night and/or on weekends - hardly ever during normal business hours. I was happy that the toilet was now operational and that it could be used. My shoulda/coulda/woulda...would have been just to purchase a new toilet....because the price of the repair was the same as a new toilet.
Description of Work: The toilet in the master bathroom wouldn't flush after replacing the flapper and the water constantly ran. The plumber replaced the ballcock, flapper, and supply lines and changed out the polybutylene pipe to a flexible coil line. During this process, the plumber also found that my main water shut off valve inside the house did not work and provided an estimate as to the cost of replacing that item at a future date. I had purchased several size flappers to perform a DIY. And, only after finding that the cause of the problem wasn't the flapper after the flapper had been replaced---the tank wouldn't refill with water--it appeared that the ballcock assembly was the culprit ---and I knew that I could purchase that assembly and attempt to fix it myself - however, was more comfortable in calling in a plumber to do the repairs.

+ 0 moreThey came on time and replaced the carterage in the faucet fairly quickly. The small leak was fixed by tightening a screw. One sink was backing up and I assumed the P-trap needed replacing. The plumber determined that wasn't so and fixed the problem by adjusting the stopper. He easily could have just gone ahead and replaced the P-trap and charged me a good sum (the P-trap was a continuous pipe and would have required a lot of work.). I was very impressed by his honesty.

+ 0 moreThey are a family owned company.They were very responsive in taking my call and gave me a estimate over the phone that they stuck with even though the project took a little longer than anticipated. Before replacing the new faucets they cleaned up some stains that had been there from the old faucet. He mentioned something along the lines that he treats other peoples homes they way he would want his treated. They are very personable and they treat your house with respect. It snowed Friday and they put down a plastic sheet to protect the floors. I appreciate that very much. I was very happy, impressed and pleased. The price I paid included a Angie's List 10% discount.
Description of Work: They replaced two Moen faucets. One was a kitchen faucet and one a bathroom faucet. He also snaked the shower drain for half price after realizing I needed it done when he was already there working on the faucets. The cost listed is only for labor costs, I provided the parts myself.

He came when he had to come and he called us if he was going to be late. Overall, my experience with him was excellent. I would definitely use his services in the future too and I won’t use anyone else for plumbing.

He is honest, trustworthy, and I would highly recommend him. He is a very good plumber. He is hardworking and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. His prices are fair, and his company is excellent. I don't think it is a big company, but I would not hesitate to use him at any time.
Description of Work: Your Plumber is my plumber. Last summer my neice was visiting and by accident the shower broke in the bathroom that she was using. Your Plumber offered to go to Home Depot and get another shower just like it to replace the broken one. He charged me exactly the same amount of money that the shower cost plus a fixed rate, so it ended up being about $106. He was back in like forty minutes and installed it, and that was it.

Price seemed high for the time spent, but I have no basis for comparison to other plumbers in the area. He did give us a discount because we are located very near his home and he did not have any extra travel time.
Description of Work: Cleared a really bad kitchen sink drain, which I could not open with chemicals, hand driven snake, or water pressure. He used a large motor driven snake to do the job.
